At the beginning of the story it is explained that Puchiko, also known as Capuccino, is Dejiko&#039;s five year old sidekick and is a catgirl. Her relationship to Dejiko is not explained in the original series, but Gema states that she is a princess in the Di Gi Charat Movie and it is seen that she lives with Dejiko in the castle in Panyo Panyo Di Gi Charat. According to Di Gi Charat Complete 2002, Dejiko saved her by pulling her out of a hole, and so Puchiko followed Dejiko to thank her. Although in Winter Garden, it said that Puchiko is Dejiko&#039;s sister and share the same parents.   Puchiko is quiet (but when she does speak she has unexpected sharp tongue) and has a Type B personality. She has the ability to use an eye-beam similar to Dejiko&#039;s but is often too docile to conjure the aggression required to perform such a feat. This has caused many things to come out of her eyes, including sludge, when she attempts to use it.   Puchiko has brown hair and dark brown eyes. Midori first appears as one of Mai&#039;s co-workers at the Linden Baum diner. She claims to be 17 years of age, even though she is really 24, and no one believes her. She is friends with school nurse Yohko Sagisawa from their college days and she eventually becomes a teacher at Fuka Academy.Though she appears to be goofy and more of a gung-ho justice fighter than a serious leader, she is actually the most experienced HiME, being the eldest of the group, and reveals herself to be a more than capable leader and far more intelligent than she lets on.

Midori in My-Otome is the leader of the Aswad, who are a fighting group with membership drawn from the last survivors of the "Black Valley". She seeks to recover the ancient technology to cure the disease plaguing the Black Valley. Her personality has made a drastic turn, just like with Mashiro's, as she is now rather cold-hearted. Kage Hōshi, whose real name is Kagerō, is the first antagonist of the series, and is later revealed to be Recca's mother. She possesses the madōgu Eikai Kyoku (&quot;Shadow Ball&quot;), which allows her to teleport through shadows, show people the past, and perform acts of scrying. Later in the series she is also seen wielding a Shikigami (hair) and the madogu Hokishin. She performed a technique called Jikūryūri (a technique which allows the user to travel or send another person to a different time) to save the infant Recca from being killed along with the rest of the Hokage clan. The technique, however curses the user with immortality.

Spaurh Aronn Saicspath Nimh Laitpanr Painaich in Baronh is the head of the Spoor family, heir to the clan's name. She lives up to her traits as a Spoor, being bored a majority of the time and bothered by menial tasks. Beneej Spoor maintains a fierce rivalry against the Abriel's for the sake that their two clans have been rivals for centuries, if not millennia. Her tastes and behavior can be considered eccentric, but given some time one could easily read them. Spoor is an expert in reading people and comparing their intelligence to her own, which makes her more effective as a businesswoman and a field commander.  Due to her family genetics and inheritance, Beneej Spoor has a tendency to poke fun at those who cannot think on her level. According to Lafiel, it is publicly admitted Beneej is the one who completely elaborates the thousands-year-old teasing skill of Spoors' clan. Her nature outside of the battlefield is relatively arrogant, but not so much so that it interferes with her duties or subordination to her superior officers and nobility. She usually appears bored by doing menial tasks. Additionally, she seems to despise having to wait before taking part in some sort of action. In the mean time she spends time teasing her subordinate Kufadiss to satisfy her taste and show off her superior knowledge.  While on the battlefield, she bears a calm and cool presence; otherwise it can be called excited when she has the advantage. She seems to lack great amount of care for inevitable casualties, but she seems greatly attached to her own fleet, often referring to her craft as "her little ships". She cares greatly for the fate of her fleet and the servicemen under her command, shown at the Aptic Campaign and Lobnas Gateway Battle.

She has also shown great concern about her appearance and weight, causing her to put herself on crash diets.
