Black Jack's nemesis and rival Dr. Kiriko also known as the "Death Doctor" or "Black Jack's Dark Reflection" served in the second world war. His experiences of violence and suffering have driven him to believe that death is sometimes a better alternative than a life of living in pain. Much like Black Jack he is underground doctor who travels the world and charging outrageous fees for his own special services... Lawrence III (Japanese: ジラルダン Gelardan) is a self-styled collector, appearing as the main antagonist in The Power of One. Many refer to him as explicitly a Pok&eacute;mon collector, though there is no evidence that he had any Pok&eacute;mon himself prior to the movie. His Japanese voice actor is Takeshi Kaga, while his English voice actor is Neil Stuart.    He travels about in his airship, known as 飛行宮 Hikōkyū (literally, &quot;Flying Palace&quot;), which is about the size of a small city, and gathers artifacts from around the world. Despite the scope of his collection, however, he remains rather shortsighted about the world, with his entire plot to capture Lugia reflecting this; his not taking into account the disruption of the natural forces governed by the legendary birds leads to his downfall.    Very little is known about his past, with the only concrete information given by him in the movie. The first object in his collection was an Ancient Mew card, and it remains the only thing remaining in his possession at the end of the movie, inspiring him to continue his collection on a more modest scale. Tetsuhiro is a professor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the Toto Institute of Technology, where he had established his Shigemura Laboratory that was attended by students such as Kayaba Akihiko, Sugou Nobuyuki, and Higa Takeru. Shigemura Tetsuhiro was also an external board member at Argus, the company that created Sword Art Online

After the death of his daughter Shigemura Yuuna in Sword Art Online, Tetsuhiro developed the Augma, Ordinal Scale, and YUNA at Kamura as part of a plan to resurrect his daughter as an artificial intelligence (AI) by gathering memories of her stolen from Sword Art Online survivors. The plan would have culminated in a mass high-output scanning of Sword Art Online player brains during YUNA's first concert at the New National Stadium, but it was thwarted by the artificial intelligence reproduction of his daughter, who decided to sacrifice herself to save the players from potential death due to the scan. In the aftermath of the incident, the professor resigned from Kamura,relinquished his rights to the YUNA AI, and was introduced to Project Alicization at Rath by Kikuoka Seijirou.
