Ippon-Matsu was the owner of the weapons shop in Loguetown Zoro visited. He was the previous owner of two of Zoro's swords, Sandai Kitetsu and Yubashiri.     When he first met Zoro, he tried to rip him off by buying Zoro's Wado for less than what it was worth, until Tashigi entered the shop. His greedy attitude changed when Zoro tested his luck with the Sandai Kitetsu (he threw it up into the air, then held out his arm to see if it would be sliced off).    After being impressed by Zoro's willingness to test his luck against Sandai Kitetsu and its curse he gave him Yubashiri for free. Yubashiri was his family's heirloom, a sword passed down through his family from one swordsman to the next until it reached him. His willingness to part with the sword, he told his wife, was that he was simply passing on to Zoro his dream.     Ippon-Matsu made a guest appearance in the The Detective Memoirs of Chief Straw Hat Luffy TV special.

Jazz is the "very cool, very stylish, very competent" member of the Autobots in the Transformers television and comic series based on the popular toy line produced by Takara and Hasbro. His original vehicle mode is a Martini Porsche 935 Turbo racing car. Self-possessed, calm, and utterly collected, Jazz is head of Special Operations, with his own dedicated roster of agents. He often gives the most dangerous assignments to himself. It's not a matter of ego—he just really is the coolest head for the toughest missions. Jazz's ease extends to whatever environment he finds himself in, no matter how weird or wonderful. He effortlessly tunes in to the local culture, assimilating and improvising, and making creative command decisions, making him an indispensable right-hand bot to Optimus Prime.  Jazz remains one of the more popular and well-remembered characters from the original series. Because of problems with trademarking the name Jazz, some later releases of Jazz are called Autobot Jazz.  

Hardhead is a soldier to his core. A soldier with a stubborn streak a megamile wide. He's stubborn to the point of rejecting outright any path but his own, any idea that goes against his natural instinct or inclination (namely fighting), and any advice he didn't come up with himself. He doesn't talk much, and when he does, it tends to be blunt and terse, if not outright rude. A soldier doesn't waste time on social niceties when there's a war to fight.

Enormous in both size and power, Trypticon is an unstoppable engine of destruction. Utterly relentless, totally without mercy, steadfastly unwilling to stop his attack until all that is left of his target is their smoldering remains, he is programmed only to feel hate. That, however, is also Trypticon's downfall—for all he can do is hate. He loathes the Autobots to the extent that he would destroy an entire city just to get at one, but he also hates his fellow Decepticons, and that, in turn, means he is not emotionally committed to their cause, as he sees just as little value in them and what they stand for as he does in anything else. Consequently, though he has accepted what he sees as his fated role as the ultimate Decepticon weapon, the war seems pointless and boring to him. It is a prison... and deep down, as much as he refuses to acknowledge it, the most powerful hatred Trypticon feels is hate for himself, for allowing him to be trapped in it.

Kinnikuman Big Body (キン肉マンビッグボディ), originally Strongman, was one of the Five Fated Princes (運命の五王子, Unmei no Go Ouji) from the final story arc of Yudetamago's manga series Kinnikuman.
