Sanae Mizuno is a nurse at Yomiyama Hospital. She is first seen at Kouichi's ward. She has a brother named Mizuno Takeru who went to the class 3-3 at Yomiyama North Middle School.    ~!While on a call with Kouichi in an elevator, the elevator cable snaps and the elevator plummets to the basement of the hospital. She dies upon impact and is buried under falling debris.!~

Akihisa's elder sister and an E cup. Contrary to her brother, she is good at learning and studies at Harvard University. She has a notable brother complex which greatly agitates Akihisa. She loves to kiss Akihisa.

Yuuko is a mysterious girl who Hiro first meets in a church on Christmas night. She always appears generally out of nowhere, and disappears just as quickly in various places throughout the story to talk with Hiro or other characters and give them advice; interestingly, Miyako already knows her. She could be considered the key character throughout the ef story. She is a main character in the second series, part of which is focused on her connection to Himura. Yuuko is a kind-hearted person who hates being alone and puts on a brave face, even when upset or hurt.

Sarutobi Ayame is a ninja from the Oniwabanshuu by training, but is currently working as an assassin. She also has a part-time job at the Kunoichi Café.   Since her initial appearance, she has developed a serious obsessive infatuation with Sakata Gintoki, to the point of even stalking him. She is severely myopic, to the point of being almost blind (cannot tell living things from inanimate objects) without her eyeglasses​. It was also hinted that she doesn't see well even with her eyeglasses on, as she once mistook Kagura (dressed up as Gintoki) for Gintoki himself. However, this could solely be due to her infatuation with him. She has frequently clashed with Otae for various reasons.  Ayame has a playful attitude but gets serious when it comes to her work. She also seems to enjoy bondage and S&M. Although Gintoki is indifferent to her affections and even treats her badly most times (e.g throwing things at her whenever he senses her stalker presence), her 'M' or masochistic personality only makes her enjoy the punishment, and his 'cruelty' only serves to encourage her.

Matako Kijima is the only female member of the Kiheitai and is skilled in using a pair of pistols. She is fiercely loyal to [Shinsuke Takasugi](https://anilist.co/character/2948), and appears to have a crush on him.

Eucliwood, also called Eu or Yuu for short, is a necromancer who brought Ayumu back to life to be her guardian and has been living with him since. She wears an armor that suppresses her abilities and doesn't talk because her power can make every word spoken become reality. Instead, she communicates to others by using note pad, which usually pertains to her appetite. Although seemingly emotionless and mute, it is shown that she cares deeply about her friends and other people, even Ayumu though she considers him to be her servant. She does not like the word "death" taken lightly especially since her powers can instantly take a person's life. Ayumu often daydreams about her speaking in a cutesy manner.

Futayo Honda is a student of Mikawa, and is Masazumi Honda's second cousin. She is Tadakatsu Honda's daughter, one of the Four Divine Matsudaira Kings, and is the head of the Mikawa Security Force. She met Haruo when she was a little girl, and instantly fell in love. Her hair changes colour (brown to silver) when she uses her battle magic. Yuri is still in love with Haruo, hence her constant daydreaming about him, and gets irrationally angry when Ayumi is with him. As an excuse to see him she often says that Ayumi&#039;s behavoiur is &quot;Against School Policy&quot; and as the Student President she must see that all rules are followed

She is friends and rivals with Kuki Ageha from KimiAru.

Rina is the Mermaid Princess of the North Atlantic Ocean, and keeper of the Green Pearl. She is the third Mermaid to appear in the series and has three different forms: Mermaid Rina, Touin Rina (her human form), and her idol form, Green Pearl Voice. Her two image songs are Star Jewel and Piece of Love.

She is part of the main trio with Lucia and Hanon, and so she is present throughout the series. Initially she is depicted as beautiful but stern and bent on revenge for the capture of her best friend, Noel. Later, however, she evolves into a more mature character, and acts as an older sister figure to Lucia and Hanon. She seems to love plasma TVs and shows this love in many anime episodes. She also seems to love watching comedy shows. 

~!When her kingdom was attacked by Gaito, Rina had escaped with another Mermaid Princess, Noel. The two were searching for the other Mermaids, but Gaito and Yuuri appeared. She eventually becomes an admirer of the group, especially Pandaikon and Ichiro. She uses mechanical gadgets similar to those of Inspector Gadget. However, he loses the Orpehus Armlet due to losing to Kaito in a Fool's Puzzle that Rook made. Because of this, he gets his 'sanity' back and starts traveling around the world.!~

The vice president of the student council. In the second season, she was given an earring version of the Armlet of Orpheus by the Orpheus Order to try and gather data about it. She was brainwashed and sided temporarily with the Order in order to defeat Kaito but she lost. She returned to normal after the earring broke.

However, when she is ordered to eliminate Nymph, she breaks off her chain and betrays Synapse, engaging in combat with Chaos. !~ Astraea has been described as having greater battle capabilities than Ikaros, and possesses two equipments: the super-oscillating photon blade 'Chrysaor', and a shield said to surpass the defensive power of Ikaros' 'Aegis', 'Aegis L'. However, unlike 'Aegis', 'Aegis L' is unable to cover every angle possible, only being able to block certain directions at a time, and it covers about half the area of 'Aegis' in terms of angles. Astraea's weak point is that she was made entirely for close-combat, and thus is extremely disadvantaged against opponents with long-range weapons or attacks, as she has no ranged attacks whatsoever.
