He greatly distrusts the Bioroids, so much so that he is willing to start a coup de &#039;etat in order to wipe them out!    However, unlike Col. Hades, Uranus is not ruled by irrationality. O the Bounts, the antagonist race in the Bount arc.     Sawatari seems to be the oldest Bount, but this is merely a by-product of his eating habits. He has been consuming living souls for far longer than any other Bount, causing him to age. He wears a black suit, with a light purple garment underneath.     When fighting, Sawatari seems to think of his opponents as mere children, similar to Shigekuni Yamamoto-Genryūsai. But he seems to be power-hungry like the rest of his tribe, and wanted to overthrow Kariya as leader of the Bounts. 

A member of the National Diet the president of the Kaidou Zaibatsu. He is the boss of the dark organization Innovator that plots to take over the world.

He is a high ranking noble who serves the noble family. However, his loyalty is just a facade as he despises Mina, working with Vampire Terrorists to have her killed. He also has a racist hatred towards Werewolves.

The eighth and current head of the Einzbern family. He wasn't around during Justica's era, but he has kept himself alive for nearly two centuries by continuously prolonging his life. He has a white beard that makes one think of a frozen waterfall, and Emiya Kiritsugu notices an astute light from his eyes that makes it impossible to see any senility and constantly brings about a feeling of bias and pressure every time Acht's gaze meets him. Scar&#039;s mentor from Ishval, a holy man. The two got separated when Kimblee attacked the group of refugees of which they were a part. Upon learning of his student&#039;s &quot;crusade&quot; against State Alchemists, he counsels him on the teachings of Ishvala. In the anime, he says, &quot;Even in the darkest of suffering, a man can sleep. But for the man who inflicts the suffering, his mind cannot rest. Ever.&quot; In the manga, he explains &quot;Revenge only grows seeds of revenge,&quot; (which Scar didn&#039;t care for much until he found Winry pointing a gun at him, intending to seek revenge for her parents&#039; deaths, as Scar was their killer in the manga). He later speaks on behalf of the Ishvalans at a refugee camp when Mustang and his men arrive looking for Scar. Scar&#039;s master was one of the few survivors of the covert op of which Martel was a part, and which triggered the Ishval massacre. He is never mentioned by name in the anime. He does exist in the Manga because he can be seen in a cameo in Chapter 58 for a brief period of time, and in chapter 72 in flashback when he stating that although they may (and should) not forgive the damage Amestris done to the Ishval, but they must not surrender to the hatred, and endure it, to sever the bonds of hatred, since they&#039;re human beings.

Dakuwan is a spy for the Tokugawa clan who is opposing Shogun of the dark&#039;s Toyatome clan. He is a shrewd and underhanded (although not evil) little man. Underestimating him because of his size would be a major mistake. He, like Jubei, is very clever, but unlike Jubei, is a little sadistic.

Degwin was Zeon&#039;s chief of staff and claimed that on his deathbed, Zeon, with his dying words, declared Degwin his successor. Given this much, general consensus tends to automatically connect Degwin Zabi with the sudden death of Zeon Deikun, but nothing concrete has ever been uncovered. Degwin initiated a purge of Deikun loyalists and declared Side 3 colony the Principality of Zeon and himself as Archduke. He initiated a war with the Earth Federation and set his children up in high-ranking positions.
