Bunta Fujiwara is the owner of a tofu shop in Akina, and the father of Takumi. He used to be the No.1 downhill racer in Mt. Akina years ago, but he no longer races, preferring to guide Takumi's racing development. He is the original driver of the mysterious AE86 that holds the record of the fastest downhill time at Akina. Bunta has a unique way of training his son to drive; every morning when Takumi delivers tofu, Bunta gives Takumi a cup of water. The cup of water is placed in the drink holder; Takumi must not spill even a drop of it while he is driving. This is ostensibly to prevent breaking the tofu in the boot, but it forces Takumi to drive very smoothly. As for Bunta, he is still considered the fastest downhill racer in Akina. We see proof of this early in the series as he pushes the Trueno with Yuuichi in the passenger seat lighting a cigarette while drifting around a corner.  Season Four:  ~!Later in the series, Takumi used the Trueno more than Bunta, so he gave the car to Takumi. While test driving a Subaru Impreza WRX STI Type R Version V on Akina, Bunta defeated his son, inducing a 4WD complex in Takumi. Bunta decided to buy the car, but hid this fact from Takumi for some time (Fourth Stage, 14th episode). After revealing that he was the driver, he then told Takumi he was to alternate between the Impreza and his Eight-Six for deliveries - another strategy to improve Takumi as a driver, showing him the potential of modern cars, and the characteristics of 4WD. While this shows his training strategy, we still see that Bunta is, once again, proven to be the most formidable opponent in Akina.  (Trivia: There is a lot of confusion about Bunta’s car. It is a Subaru Impreza WRX STi Type R version 5. Many confuse his car with the legendary Subaru Impreza 22B. Guyot is tall, powerfully built man. In the beginning of the series, he acted as the commander of Chronos Japan branch after Agito Makishima&#039;s foster father, Genzo Makishima, failed to retrieve the Guyver units. He has an immensely commanding presence.

When Enishi was an infant, his mother died and he was raised by his older sister, Tomoe. She raised him herself, becoming both sister and mother to him, and he grew to love her quite dearly. When Tomoe became engaged to Kiyosato Akira, Enishi reluctantly accepted him because Kiyosato truly made Tomoe happy and she loved him. Kiyosato later joined the Mimawarigumi believing that the sombre Tomoe would be happy if he became a hero, only to be killed by Hitokiri Battōsai (Himura Kenshin) for the new era. Tomoe left her brother behind to seek revenge, working with spies from the Shogunate to do so. Enishi became consumed by his loneliness to bring her back to Edo (now Tokyo) so they could be together. 

When he was about ten, Enishi ran away from Edo, disappearing for seven months. He discovered the location of Tomoe through the Shogun agency and soon appeared before her, revealing that he was the Shogun agency&#039;s contact sent to Tomoe. While he believed that he was helping Tomoe&#039;s revenge, he did not know Tomoe had grown to love Kenshin, despite the fact he killed Kiyosato. She sent him away, hoping to protect Kenshin, leaving her brother angry and confused by her actions. After witnessing Kenshin&#039;s accidental killing of Tomoe, his hair turned snow white from the stress and grief of losing her. Enishi became more unstable and swore Jinchū (Man&#039;s Punishment) to be brought down on Kenshin&#039;s head for destroying his sister&#039;s happiness and then killing her. He disappeared to China, where he is taken in by a kind and wealthy family after suffering months of hardship in the wilderness. He later killed them all and took their money, unable to bear seeing how happy they were.    

In 1878, he returned to Japan after becoming a powerful overlord in the Chinese underworld (almost forgetting to how to speak Japanese in the process) and began his Jinchū campaign with his &quot;comrades&quot;.

An anthropomorphic echidna and the current guardian of the Master Emerald, a powerful ancient gemstone which is kept on Angel Island. Guarding it is his solemn duty to protect from anyone seeking to abuse it, as well as the sole surviving descendant of the echidna race from the Knuckles Clan. Known for his powerful and wild nature, his dominant traits are his super strength and the two spike-like knuckles on each of his gloves, from which his name is derived from, and which he can dig and climb walls with. He can also trap the wind under his dreadlocks to glide through the air. Knuckles is also one of [Sonic the Hedgehog](https://anilist.co/character/2882)'s oldest friends and rivals.

The second pilot of Getter Robo, Hayato is portrayed as a psychopathic yet highly intelligent delinquent. He is first seen as the leader of a student revolutionary group, but is captured by the Saotome Research Institute after a fight with Ryoma and pulled into the Getter Robo storyline, initially as the pilot of Getter-2. He is the only character to have appeared in every Getter Robo series and has fulfilled many roles, from being a regular teenager to an adult colonel and an aging scientist.    Like the other Getter Robo characters, his portrayal is drastically different in the 1970s TV series. While still a rebel and a loner, he is far less cold and cruel.

A cute and small devil that served as Pluie&#039;s sidekick until he was purified by Wedding Peach and subsequently forced out of the devil realm. He becomes a close friend of Momoko and pretends to be a stuffed toy when others are around.

The president of 21st Century Defense Security. He was previously an army officer, and was the one responsible for ordering the use of OE Weapons during the Heterodyne attack twelve years ago. Because of this, he is determined to avoid the use of these weapons again, and is thus very supportive of the Dai-Guard team. A sly and handsome lieutenant in the intergalactic police force. His secretary is Nina Mercury, who has a big crush on him and is constantly spilling coffee on him, much to his chagrin. He seems to be a friend of Kane, but their relationship is, more or less, a &quot;you scratch my back, I scratch yours&quot; kind of thing, usually leaving them at odds with each other. It seems as though, at times, he likes teasing Kane and gives him &quot;jobs&quot; that are usually the worst of the worst with little to no pay.      ~!Later in the series, he betrays Kane and the intergalactic police by stealing a Lost Ship for himself, which he finds that he cannot control. He is severely wounded while attempting to command the Lost Ship, and is then rescued by Nina and Millie.    In the final battle between Kane and the Spreader of Darkness, he tags along with Millie and the crew, offering to help the best that he can, showing that he really does care for Kane deep down.!~

Antagonist. He fights in one of the most famous Battles of Japan, They say he killed more than 36 persons instantaneously on the Kagiya Duel. He was poisoned after that duel, however.
