Genbu Kururugi (枢木 ゲンブ Kururugi Genbu) is Suzaku's late father, the last Prime Minister of Japan, and host for both Lelouch and Nunnally Lamperouge during their exile as political hostages seven years prior to the start of the series. When Britannia began its invasion of Japan, Genbu refused to surrender, preferring unending resistance against Britannia.    ~!In an argument over whether to stop the war against Britannia he was murdered by his own son, Suzaku. Kuraudo Oishi is a veteran police investigator at Okinomiya who has vowed to solve the mystery of the Hinamizawa murders before his retirement, due to personal reasons. Due to his uncouth tactics and the lengths that he goes to in order to solve the mystery, he is looked upon as a nuisance by the villagers.

Lupin's marksman. He can perform a 0.3-second quick-draw and shoots with amazing accuracy. He prefers to conceal his eyes using his hat, as it gives him a more enigmatic appearance. His hat is also an important element to his dead shot accuracy because he uses it for aiming and target acquisition. He is also proficient in the use of many different firearms, such as machine guns, sniper rifles, and even a PTRS anti-tank rifle.

Bio: An ex-cop who is partners with Mikura and Harada in the DSA or Danger Service Agency (often referred to as the &quot;Risk their Lives Trio&quot; in the press).  He loves noodles, drives a pink Volkswagen Beetle, howls at hot women and always cracks lame puns. Ronald MacDougall is the elder MacDougall Brother. Always calm, he is the brains of the MacDougall's entire operation. Ron has a past with Hilda. He uses a caster gun like Gene, but it is basically the barrel of a Caster fashioned in the style of a Shakujo, the staff often carried by Buddhist monks. Ron is a man who will take on any job so long as the money is right and he ends up finishing ahead of where he started. Be it pirates, Space Forces, or private contractors, he will consider anything viable and carry out the job only as it is stipulated, and no further than that. A Paper Master employed by Dokusensha. He's mysterious, wearing sunglasses and a large coat that conceal most of his face, and he never speaks. He's incredibly physically strong as well and probably at least seven feet tall (given he is much taller than Maggie, who is six feet). He has no qualms about killing people to achieve his goals. He challenges the Paper Sisters during "Twilight of the Papers" episodes and proves stronger than all three combined, even capable of ripping Maggie's familiars apart with his hands, and he only meets his fate after Maggie successfully manages to fight defensively until he is engulfed in a sea of ink released when a series of explosives in the building go off. Cliff is the son of a Plant engineer who purchased land with copious amounts of water on it and as a result, makes a good living selling water to the town. He portrays himself at first as a kind, caring older man with a sense of humor who only wants to protect the water and his guest Marianne. He even hires Vash as bodyguard to help.    ~!He later shows his true nature as he assaults Marianne, a Marshal that came to find proof of Cliff's monopoly of the town's water. It is revealed he only wanted to hire a bodyguard and call him Vash so the town could leave and no one would be around to witness the murder of the intruder. Cliff shows himself to be clever and observant (even mentioning to an infatuated Vash that he told Marianne to keep her curtains shut as an extra precaution, while likely knowing full well Marianne was the intruder as well as figuring out how Vash was dodging his shots). He is also extremely determined to keep his luxurious way of life at any cost. He is eventually arrested by Marianne thanks to Vash's help. !~ Appears in episode 2.   (Source: Trigun Wikia) 

__Nen type:__ Enhancement

None other than the Chairman of the Hunter Committee, and the final authority over the entirety of the Hunter Exam. He has enough administrative power to grant anyone the Hunter's license if he decides to do so, and enough combat power to playfully avoid attacks of the main heroes single-handedly when they challenge him. All examiners, even the most despotic ones, obey his orders without talking back.  He was said to be the strongest Nen user in the world 50 years ago, but he comments that he is already past his prime at his current age and that his subordinates might be stronger than him now (yet his direct subordinates disagree). Netero is also revealed to be older than Zeno Zoldyck (Killua's Grandfather), who is said to be 67 years of age. 

At one point, Zeno says that when he was still a young boy, Netero was not only already old, but he is the only person alive who has fought with Maha (Zeno's) grandfather. Various stated times would put Netero over the three digit mark. He is able to use attacks faster than the speed of sound. He also uses the hyakushiki kannon which is also known as the 'Hundred Style of Buddha'. This utilizes nen to make the attacks seem as if they had come from another side and or dimension, simply because they move so fast.  In the manga he is also shown fighting chimera ants and is heading towards the destined fight with the King. His assistants Morau and Novu note that he was the strongest Nen user 50 years ago, and show great respect for his abilities.





Dan Blackmore is the Master of Archer in the Moon Holy Grail War of Fate/Extra. He serves as the second Master Hakuno Kishinami faces. 

Dan is a decorated soldier from England that is allied with the Harwey Plutocracy. He was formerly a sniper, but he is currently retired. Dan married his wife Anne but due to his occupation, he rarely sees her and with her sudden death, it left Dan with regrets. He was bestowed the title of "Sir" by the Queen and he is considered a close confidant of the Queen. The Queen was displeased with the allied Harwey organization. He was ordered by the Queen to win the Holy Grail, he believes the queen picked him so that no young soldier needs to be sacrificed in the process.

Jean Henri Richard is one of the main supporting characters in B: The Beginning. He has known Keith Kazama Flick for a long time and is an inspector with the Royal Investigative Services who works as a member of Erik's team.

Raoh is the eldest of the four adopted children trained by Ryuken, the previous Hokuto Shinken master. The manga and anime gives two different origins thorough the course of the story. In his first origin, Raoh and his biological younger brother Toki, were adopted by Ryuken after their real parents died. A second origin shows that a young Raoh and Toki, along with an infant Kenshiro, were actually refugees who were sent to the "Eastern Land" to be trained in the art of Hokuto Shinken by Ryuken.  Raoh trained under Ryuken along with Toki and Kenshiro, as well as another student named Jagi. In spite of his ambitions to become the greatest martial artist in the world, Raoh lost the rights to the Hokuto Shinken succession to Kenshiro. Refusing to give up the style, Raoh killed his sifu Ryuken in combat and formed his own army, taking the name of Ken-oh, King of Fist. Among his many subordinates includes his adoptive brother Jagi, the Toki impersonator Amiba, Uighur the Warden of Cassandra Dungeon, Juda of Nanto Seiken, and Ryuga of the Star of Sirius, among others. Raoh also begins to ride a large black stallion named Kokuoh-Go (黒王号, Kokuōgō).   ~!Raoh first appears in the story after Kenshiro and his allies destroys Cassandra. Raoh and his army begin to occupy Mamiya's home village afterward. Rei is the first warrior to challenge him, but he proves to be no match against Raoh and is defeated. He is then challenged by both, Ken and Toki, and managed to thwart both. In the end, Raoh fights Ken again and the battle between the two men end in a stalemate, with both too wounded to continue fighting.  After Souther's defeat, Raoh re-emerges to resume his "conquest of the heavens". He gauges the extent of his recovery by challenging Koryu, Ryuken's former rival for the Hokuto Shinken succession and defeats him. Raoh then challenges his brother Toki to a fight and defeats him, but spares his life out of sympathy due to the fact that Toki was already dying from a terminal disease.  Raoh later fights the warriors of the Five Chariots, who challenge Raoh on behalf of the Last General of Nanto Seiken. When Raoh discovers that the Last General is actually Yuria, he rushes to the Capital of Nanto to capture her only to be confronted by Kenshiro, who has now mastered the ultimate Hokuto Shinken technique of Musō Tensei, the Unconscious Transmigration of Souls. Raoh manages to escape from Ken and takes Yuria captive with him.  Vowing to overcome the fear he felt fighting Kenshiro, Raoh decides to challenge Fudoh of the Mountains, the first person who ever made him feel fear. During his confrontation with Fudoh, Raoh learns that the only way he can ever learn Musō Tensei is to experience true sorrow. Raoh decides to take Yuria's life to achieve, only to learn that she is already dying from a terminal illness as well. Feeling sympathy for her fate, Raoh is able to master Musō Tensei as well. Raoh challenges Kenshiro to a final battle at the Hokuto Renkitōza, the North Star Mind and Body Training Ground. The two brothers engage in a long grueling battle, in which Kenshiro emerges as the ultimate victor.
