Kumakawa is Kumanee's younger brother. He's a lively dancer and refers to himself a "genius dancer."

Ryuga (リュウガ, Ryūga?) is the elder brother of Yuria and the successor of the Taizan Tenrōken (泰山天狼拳?, "Mt. Tai Celestial Wolf Fist") style, which allows him to scoop the chunks of his enemies' flesh while leaving them with a feeling of coldness. He represents the solitary star of Sirius (天狼星, Tenrōsei?, The Heavenly Wolf Star), which is neither, part of the Hokuto nor Nanto constellations. After the nuclear war, Ryuga pledges his loyalty to Raoh, believing that his tyranny will restore order to the world. Namur is the commander of the 8th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. He appears to be some kind of shark-type Fishman, with shark-like teeth and gills. He appears to be a tiger shark Fishman because of the stripes on both sides of his face. He also has a scar or a mark in the shape of a lightning bolt on the left side of his face and fangs protruding from his bottom, similar to Jimbei. He is somewhat short and round in shape, and his hair is arranged in spikes pointing upwards, similarly to Foxy. He has the number &quot;8&quot; tattooed to the left of his neck to represent the division that he leads. He also wears a white T-shirt with sky blue sleeves with the star logo for the Criminal brand (colored orange) on the chest. Due to his legs not being visible in the manga, in the anime, he was given standard grey pants held up by a belt. In the anime, he is also seen with a gray shark fin protruding from his back, and no shoes. 

One of the few male Sekirei seen other than Shiina. He is was once an 'S Plan Guardian', one of the five members of the 'first generation' Disciplinary Squad. Mutsu carries a sword with him but has never drawn it. His ashikabi (patner) is Hayato.The few times he has been in action, he has been shown to slam the butt of the scabbard to the ground creating shockwaves and large fissures in the ground, suggesting that he may possess earth-based powers.
