During his battle with Yoshino Sōma, it was revealed that, to him, all humans are food. When battling, he seems analytical and not the least taken by his enemy&#039;s abilities. He was the most power-hungry of the Bounts, and wanted to overthrow Kariya for his seat of power. 

An Admiral in the empire, served under Admiral Lennenkanpt, and was later assigned a fleet and flagship, garnered the nickname "Explorer Admiral" for his superior geographical skills.

Sanan is one of five ayakashi selected by Kokuboro as part of an advance guard to invade Karasumori. They are each given human skin so that they can enter undetected during daylight. Kaguro, as the highest ranked member of the the guard, allows Sanan to take command, as he is smarter than the other three by far. In his ayakashi form, Sanan is able to fly and use his sharp wings with lethal accuracy. He is also strong enough to lift and carry an ayakashi heavier than himself for some distance.  Ukon is the twin brother of Sakon. He usually resides in Sakon's body (where he's said to be sleeping), with only his head protruding on Sakon's back. Ukon, unlike his brother, is very impatient and prefers to finish a fight quickly.

 Sakon is the twin brother of Ukon. Sakon enjoys bad-mouthing the opposition, and, like the rest of the Sound Five, he constantly refers to his enemies as "trash". Orochimaru noted Sakon to be the fastest and strongest member of the Sound Four, traits Sakon is very proud of. When in battle Sakon likes to prolong the fight by toying with the opponent and use unnecessarily powerful techniques. This tendency of Sakon's would cause him to slow down the rest of the group whenever he got interested in an opponent..

Kazama is captain of the powerful table tennis club of the Kaiou Gakuen academy. He has also won the Inter-High for the second consecutive year. He has a stoic personality and devotes everything to table tennis.

He's a contemporary of the head of the terror incident investigation. He is aloof and lazy, with a reluctance to work, but when push comes to shove and people's lives are in danger he quickly turns into a smart, quick-minded man being able to solve most problems that arise. He is extremely experienced in his field and has a strong sense of justice.

Ishikawa is the information warfare/technology specialist in Public Security Section 9. It has not been stated in the series thus far as to the degree that he has been cybernetically augmented, though character dialogue suggests that he is one of the least augmented members of Section 9. His appearance is characterized by a large beard and perpetually unkempt hair, and he is the oldest of Section 9's field operatives. He formerly served with Kusanagi and Batou in South America when they were with the Ground Self-Defense Forces in the Japanese UN contingent. He was one of the earliest members recruited to be in Section 9 and seems to know the Major and her dislikes quite well. He is shown as being in charge of a gambling parlor called Parlor Ishikawa, and on occasion uses the cyberbrains of the old men who play there to complete particularly heavy data gathering, though it seems the men suffer no ill effects or are even aware of their situation. Ishikawa in terms of personality is the most seemingly laid-back member of the unit.

He said in Cry of the Worm that the kessen-chu were given to him by Yaobikuni during the Muromachi period, which means he is two hundred years old. His weapons are a poisoned pair of a dagger and a saber both named Inoue Shinkai Kosatsu ("Wormkiller"). He first appears in Conquest part 1, is named in Cry of the Worm part 1 and is later killed by Manji in Cry of the Worm part 3. The poison he uses (Kessen Satsu) is later used in Trickster in an attempt to kill Manji.

Jinbei Shishido is the self-proclaimed leader of UQ Holder. Immortal for 1400 years.

A former Zi-Fighter and Amy's former lover, Kidd was soundly beaten in a championship battle and left the league. He returned with a Holotech Saber Tiger, an unusual Zoid that had the ability to turn invisible and conceal itself from sensory detection. Using the Zoid, he went on a rampage, attacking other Zi-Fighters. He was able to destroy many Zoids including two Blade Ligers, the Dark Assassins' Killer Spiner, and Sigma's Boldguard before being stopped by the Mach Storm team.
