A scientist who developed cybernetic technology for the police force. Taki, however, refused to allow Ichihara to test his works on the Special Security agents. Nevertheless, Ichihara was able to give Raiden a cybernetic exoskeleton. During the final battle, he was killed when his laboratory exploded.

Mr. Simpson is a person that Wataru meets in a strange city that apparently hasn&#039;t been affected by the wind. He lives in the strange city with Lisa, and also seems to wish for Wataru to remain there.

It speaks of the glorious future that awaits when mechanical life comes into its own and claims the solar system. Although a machine, Gorn is not devoid of emotional attachments and has a special desire to see Sandy suffer because she is the daughter of the man who uncovered the alien ruins on the Moon. When Sandy confronts Gorn at the heart of its citadel it is forced to consider ideas it cannot handle and self destructs rather than deal with the consequences.

General Dominov is the leader of the remaining forces of the East&rsquo;s army in Australia. He coordinates his forces closely with Nelson&rsquo;s after they learn to trust each other at the end of the first chapter of the story.
