Dalton used to be a guard who served under King Wapol, but was opposed to Wapol&#039;s treatment of his subjects. He was seen with Wapol in Alabasta in a meeting with Princess Nefertari Vivi&#039;s father. He was inspired to rebel by Hiruluk. After seeing Hirluk&#039;s noble sacrifice, he turned against Wapol, but was subdued and thrown in prison, constantly mocked by Wapol and his henchmen, Chess and Kuromarimo. After Wapol abandoned his kingdom when Blackbeard invaded, Dalton took charge and kept the island from falling into disarray, soon gaining the trust of the people.    When Monkey D. Luffy and his crew came to Drum Island in search of a doctor to cure Nami of her illness during the mission to get Princess Nefertari Vivi to Alabasta Kingdom, they encountered Dalton and some men who thought they were here to rob the island. He doesn&#039;t live in the castle, preferring to live in the village.    

He has eaten the Devil Fruit known as the Ushi Ushi no Mi, Model: Bison (ウシウシの実 モデル野牛(バイソン) Cow Cow Fruit, Model Bison) which gives him the ability to transform into a bison and into a half human/half bison form that resembles a minotaur. In the English anime the fruit is called the &quot;Ox Ox Fruit&quot; and the animal he turns to is an Ox.    



Pyrus Drago is Dan’s guardian Bakugan. He is a gigantic dragon-like Bakugan from “Pyrus”: a space attributed to fire. He is one of the most powerful species living in Vestroia, able to infinitely evolve on his own. In battle, his power is to radiate intense heat from his body, dissolving everything around him. One of the Four Divine Kings of the Dark Rebel Armies. Gara is a ninja master who wields the Murasame Blade and leads an army of thousands of dark ninjas. Though tough and free-spirited, he is manly and takes good care of others.

Mamoru Chiba is the major romantic interest of Usagi Tsukino. He is often portrayed as stoic, steady and introverted. ~!This may be because when he was young his parents died in a car crash. This blocked his childhood memories of his current lifetime and opened up the memories of his previous life as Prince Endymion. Tuxedo Mask is a disguise Mamoru created for himself in order to hunt for the Silver Crystal incognito and, later, assist the Sailor Senshi in battle.  He is always addressed as Mamo-chan by Usagi throughout the series (Chibiusa also addresses him with this nickname later on). After dating for two years, Mamoru gives Usagi an engagement ring at an airport. The couple eventually gets married. In the future, they become king and queen of Earth and Crystal Tokyo and have a child together whom they name, Small Lady, but is in the majority of the series known as Chibiusa.  The manga develops Mamoru more extensively, showing that the car crash happened on his birthday and gives a glimpse of his parents. He also is given the power of psychometry, which also showed up in the anime, but was not given a name. This manifests in his ability to see and read dreams (such as Chibiusa's), heal people and monitor the status of the Earth. The anime tends not to develop Mamoru as much, however, he is shown to be more social than his manga counterpart. He's interested in a variety of subjects and is shown as smart.  Mamoru also has his left ear pierced in the manga, a trait that does not carry over to his anime counterpart.!~

Morrison is a character in Devil May Cry: The Animated Series who brings Dante most of his job requests, much like Enzo did previously. However, unlike Enzo, Morrison is calm and doesn&#039;t get very scared by the demons that Dante hunts, as shown in the final mission of the anime. Morrison is also shown to be a handyman of sorts when Patty asks him to fix the TV in Dante&#039;s office. Like Lady, Dante owes Morrison a sum of money although how much is never really implied, although he continues to bring Dante jobs even with a lack of confidence he will ever be paid, no matter how many good jobs he brings Dante. 

Ginyu is the commander of the Ginyu Special Corps, and the strongest member on the team. He is purple and has veins on his head and horns that resembles Freeza&#039;s first form. His highest powerlevel, which is said by Jheese, is 120,000. He is one of the more flamboyant members of the Ginyu Special Corps, second only to Reacoom.      ~!Ginyu knows and uses a unique technique in the series, the ability to switch bodies with others. He fights with Goku after giving the Dragon Ball to Freeza only to be overwhelmed by his power. He uses his ability to switch bodies, but is unable to use Goku&#039;s power. After being battered by Gohan, Kuririn, and Vegeta, he tries to switch with Vegeta twice. The first time Goku, in Ginyu&#039;s body jumps in the way, and the second time the injured Goku throws a Namekian frog in his way. He accidentally and forever changes bodies with a frog. Unable to speak, he can not transfer into a new body. In the anime only, when Bulma deems him harmless and translates his frog speech, he is transferred into her body. However, he reverts back to the frog when Gohan throws it into Ginyu&#039;s path of Piccolo, changing Bulma back and trapping him once more. He was later transported to Earth along with everyone else when Dende asked Porunga to transport everyone but Goku and Freeza there. Formerly the Crystal Alchemist, Marcoh was the leading researcher in the creation of the Philosopher's Stone. Tormented by the fact that his research was used in the Ishval War to kill many innocent people, he fled from his position as a State Alchemist and took his research with him to prevent it from being used for further destruction. Hiding from the military and posing as a medical doctor, he uses the Red Stone he created to help the sick.

Ayerton is first seen in the series as a scientific officer aboard US warship Abraham; he states he&#039;s been sent on a secret mission to investigate the sea monsters phenomena. Later in the series, Jean and Nadia meet him again partially buried on a mysterious moving island, completely drunk and telling stories about a strange witch who inhabits the island (who naturally turns out to be Grandis). While on the island, Ayerton falls in love with Grandis, and to strike her, he pretends to be an English nobleman who&#039;s going to inherit a large wealth from his family.    Ayerton is quite a weird, loudmouthed character, who is never really able to completely grasp the reality around him, and to tell good from evil. Zagato was the High Priest to Princess Emeraude and Clef's right-hand man. When Hikaru, Umi and Fuu arrive at Cephiro, they're told that Zagato has captured Princess Emeraude and now their world is crumbling without its pillar. Zagato acts like a cold hearted man who will do anything to achieve his goal, indifferent to the chaos in Cephiro. However, his true purpose remains obscure until the girls fight him.   ~!It's later revealed that he and Emeraude were in love, which caused the unbalance in Cephiro. He had imprisoned Emeraude to prevent her from being killed by the girls, according to the prophecy.!~

Captain of Division 2 of SV.2. He seems quite laid back and very nice but is an extremely capable officer. He has a razor sharp perception and is highly subtle and manipulative. It was rumored that because of this, the top officials in the police force assigned him to SV.2 for fear he might ruffle too many feathers. Despite that and his general attitude, Goto is on top of most events long before most others are aware of what's going on.

Lieutenant Makoto Yamamoto is another very strait-laced, by-the-books military man. Yamamoto is the first officer on the Soyokaze and tried mightily to interject an air of professionalism to the outfit. Constantly enraged by Tylor's lack of discipline and his loose command of the troops, Yamamoto spends much of his free time in the medic's office taking tranquilizers and making use of the neuro-cleanser. Yamamoto sees Tylor for what he is, a bumbling fool, but is torn between the unwritten soldier's code of supporting and obeying your superior officer, and telling the UPSF brass what is REALLY going on. He is always on the lookout for a chance to get some form of command, hoping to get a ship of his own one day.

Asuma is the leader of Team 10 (Nara Shikamaru, Yamanaka Ino, Akimichi Chouji), Kurenai's lover and the son of the third Hokage. 

Asuma smokes often but despite that, his skills are respected. He primarily uses Chakra Blades and can quickly dispatch his foes when the situation warrants. He is also proficient in Wind and Fire elements.

Kuzan, better known by his former alias Aokiji, is one of the three Marine admirals. Kuzan is a very laid back man, showing no shock or surprise from almost anything. His lack of interest and lazy justice (as he describes his motto himself) let others often believe he can not possibly be a marine of such a high ranking. However, if he deems a situation worthy, he will take action.  He seems to be the kindest of the three admirals, helping Tonjit at Long Ring Land to cross the ocean with the power of his Devil Fruit and even letting Nico Robin escape the Buster Call on Ohara. He seems to dislike the Shichibukai, or at least Crocodile; he said that the only reason he did not kill Luffy was that Luffy had defeated Crocodile. In contrast to his fellow admiral Sakazuki, Kuzan has a sense of honor. Kuzan's moral stance is unknown, but it is likely that he follows Moral Justice. He is disgusted by Sakazuki's brutal actions in dealing with situations, calling him a fool. While he may follow Moral Justice, he does understand the position his ranking puts him in, as he does not hesitate to do what is necessary for the needs of the Marines.

~!He was nominated by Sengoku for the position of fleet admiral. However, after losing the position to Akainu, he resigned from the Marines.!~

Number 493 - Arceus, Alpha Pok&eacute;mon    Arceus made its debut in Arceus and the Jewel of Life. It was angry at the people of Michina Town for Damos&#039;s unwitting betrayal of it in ancient times, and so attempted to destroy the land. When Ash and his friends are teleported by Dialga to ancient times, they directly influence the event, changing the future for the better so that Arceus will stop its destruction.     In Battle Finale of Legend!, although Arceus is neither seen nor named, the Red Chain is said to contain the power of &#039;The Original One&#039;. Using the Red Chain, Cyrus takes control of Dialga and Palkia by causing a red ring similar to the one surrounding Arceus&#039; body to appear around their bodies.

Out of all five main characters, Shiryu is known as the calmest and most collected. His sheer physical strength is the greatest of the bronze saints, with perhaps the exception of Phoenix Ikki.This is reflected in his ability to have won numerous battles without his Dragon cloth. Shiryu trained at the Five Old Peaks in China to obtain the bronze cloth of the Dragon constellation, and his mentor was none other than senior gold saint, Libra Dohko.   Shiryu sports a large tattoo-like image of a green and white dragon on his back (however it is said in the manga and the anime that it is not a tattoo but is connected to his guardian dragon star and only appears as his cosmo is rising). Whenever his life is in danger, the tattoo-like image begins to fade away—once it completely vanishes, it is a sign that Shiryu's cosmos is nearing zero—as in death.

Dr. Faker is a Numbers Hunter and the creator of Heartland.   ~! He is later revealed to be the father of Kaito and Haruto.  He also once worked together with Byron (now known as Tron) and Tsukumo Kazuma in order to find the door that would lead to parallel worlds. !~

Kazuma is an adventurer and the father of Yuma and Akari. Before setting off to the exploration of some ancient ruins with his wife, Kazuma gave his deck to his son. As well as the Emperor's Key.

__Series 1: Phantom Blood__ 
~!Dio is the son of Dario Brando, an alcoholic and abusive father. Back when Dio was just a boy, he was brought into the household of George Joestar after the mysterious death of his father, so as to repay the debt he owed Dio's father for saving his life. But soon Dio's personality caused trouble for George's young son, Jonathan Joestar. Even more of a sociopath than his father, Dio was resolute to shatter Jonathan's spirit and take his place as the favored son, even going so far as to arrange for Jonathan's dog Danny to be burned to death. Initially, Dio is able earn the trust of the patriarch of the Joestar family through deceit (and at Jonathan's expense). However, his plans of taking over the Joestar household were discovered by Jonathan when he discovered that not only had Dio poisoned his biological father to death, he was doing the same to his adoptive father, all to take the Joestar estate for his own.  Determined not to be stopped, and understanding the potential to enjoy power over all things instead of just the Joestar estate, Dio wears and activates the Stone Mask, becoming a nearly unstoppable vampire. His gains supernatural abilities such as being able to walk on walls, and regenerating his body faster than fire can consume it. He is able to create two fluid jets from his eyes powerful enough to slice stone and kill living things. He is also able to vaporize his body fluid rapidly enough to freeze anything he touches. However, this is at the expense of having his body be sustained by sheer willpower alone, rather than vital energy. A sufficiently powerful vital force--specifically, sunlight or the Hamon force--will negate the sustaining force's presence and disintegrate the long-unliving body. Like all Jojo vampires, Dio sucks blood through tentacles in his fingers and has been seen at least once drinking blood from an unnamed girl.  At the end of Series 1, Dio's body was destroyed, but his severed head managed to kill Jonathan Joestar and together they sank to the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean.!~ 

__Series 3: Stardust Crusaders__ 
~!100 years later, at the bottom of the sea, Dio's severed head reattached itself to Jonathan Joestar's lifeless body (giving Dio the same star birthmark as the members of the Joestar family). Dio's casket is recovered by fishermen, who are implied to have been killed by Dio as he awakened. He finds that he is now in the year 1985. After he returns to land he develops a Stand (a sort of ghostly bodyguard), giving him vastly powerful new abilities on top of his vampiric powers. For most of Series 3, Dio is out of scene and in the shadows, and the question of exactly what his Stand "The World" can do is a mystery.  In Series 3, many of Dio's offensive vampiric abilities do not appear, though he displays a new ability described as "evil implants"; parasites generated in his hair that attach themselves to and brainwash victims, finding early success with Kakyoin and Polnareff. Dio's Stand "The World", as a sort of brother power to "Star Platinum", possesses great speed and strength and, crucially, is able to stop time, making Dio appear to teleport or move at impossible speed. Dio's ambition is to create a perfect world for himself and his servants. In the interim, he seeks to drain for himself the blood of the Joestar lineage, which will help him to fully fuse with Jonathan Joestar's body and take better control of The World. Once he does this, his powers will gradually increase, until he is able to stop time for as long as he likes. In the beginning of the story arc Dio's World, Dio mainly battles Kakyoin and Joseph. Kakyoin succeeds in leading Dio into a vast barrier created by his Stand, trapping him. Dio uses The World to stop time, allowing him to ignore the barrier and approach Kakyoin to deliver a fatal blow. Before dying, Kakyoin deduces the The World's time-stop ability and uses his last strength to give Joseph this message. Joseph then warns this to Jotaro before he is also killed by Dio.  After a long battle between Dio and Jotaro, Jotaro finds his own ability to stop time just before Dio drops a steamroller on him, proceeding in time-stop to break Dio's leg. Jotaro's intention was for the two to end the fight with a final blow once Dio's leg had healed. Dio, determined not to lose, squirts blood from his open leg into Jotaro's eyes. Dio then attempts a final kick with The World, which Jotaro blindly counters with a punch from Star Platinum. Star Platinum's hand breaks on The World's leg, but the punch sends a fissure through The World and through Dio, shattering Dio completely above the waist. Jotaro and doctors from the Speedwagon Foundation (an oil and medicine company loyal to the Joestar family) transfer the blood from Dio's lower half to Joseph Joestar, reviving him. Later, they lay Dio Brando's remains in the Sahara Desert to evaporate with the rising sun.!~ 

__Series 6: Stone Ocean__ 
~!In Part 6, it is revealed to the Joestars that his reemergence was planned to create a perfect world when the moon reached a certain angle and time. He stumbled upon Enrico Pucci not long before Part 3 and "healed" his disfigured foot for him. After piercing Pucci with a Stand arrow, the two spent considerable time together, plotting and scheming. He questioned Pucci's loyalty to him, wondering why he didn't use Whitesnake to remove The World from him. Pucci had explained that he loved Dio as he had loved God, and thus worshipped him too much to betray him. Ensuring that he wouldn't completely fade, he left one of his bones in Pucci's care. Dio's presence continues to haunt the series, emerging in flashbacks and his disfigured sons. His bone played a vital plot element for the first half of Part 6, an odd green baby inheriting a Stand to merge with it.!~

Nakamori is an inspector for the Tokyo district. His division is nominally devoted to fraud cases, but he spends most of his time and energy capturing the gentleman thief Kaitou Kid.

Nakamori has been dealing with Kaitou Kid ever since he first joined the police force, not knowing that he has been dealing with the original Kaitou Kid, [Toichi Kuroba,](https://anilist.co/character/30378/Toichi-Kuroba) and the new Kaitou Kid, Toichi's son [Kaito,](https://anilist.co/character/1747/Kaito-Kuroba) who is best friend and the romantic interest of his daughter [Aoko.](https://anilist.co/character/13972/Aoko-Nakamori) Nakamori used to be a homicide police inspector, but gave that up to focus his time more on Kid. 

Nakamori has a fiery and boisterous personality, always yelling to direct his officers and losing his cool when one of his plans goes awry. Nakamori is extremely self confident. He is usually very self-assured his plans will work and cackles madly to himself at the thought of Kaitou Kid being caught in them. His many failures don't stop him from proudly declaring on live news broadcasts he will surely nab the Kid next time. Nakamori's experience in chasing Kid is balanced by his impulsivity which is his downfall. After a surprise, Nakamori is typically drawn into chasing a Kaitou Kid dummy or shutting off the defensive measures instead of wisely making sure that Kaitou Kid isn't still on the scene or only pretending to have bypassed security (which is often really the case). 

Though a dedicated and capable police officer, Nakamori is always outsmarted by Kid, and even when he captures Kid, Kid somehow finds a way to escape. Nakamori doesn't like asking for help, but heavily appreciates the work of [Conan Edogawa,](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) who often lends him a hand in trying to outsmart and capture Kid. All of the Kid's cases that involved Conan, end with the Kid giving back the treasure that he robs. 

Despite his intense dislike for Kid, Nakamori respects his rival's personality and sense of honor, willingly acknowledging that murder or similar capital crimes are completely out of the question for Kid. He becomes depressed and worried when Kid doesn't send out notices in a while because it means he has nothing to do; the return of Kaitou Kid pleased him greatly.

Lupin's marksman. He can perform a 0.3-second quick-draw and shoots with amazing accuracy. He prefers to conceal his eyes using his hat, as it gives him a more enigmatic appearance. His hat is also an important element to his dead shot accuracy because he uses it for aiming and target acquisition. He is also proficient in the use of many different firearms, such as machine guns, sniper rifles, and even a PTRS anti-tank rifle.
