Fecor is a Lord who looks like a feeble middle-aged businessman with features of stereotype devils, such as horns, pair of bat's wings and a long tail. He usually acts as a guide of Seireiden, greeting Denizens and Lords at the gate. Being polite and timid, young Denizens like Vine had thought of him as mere guide but in fact, Fecor is Bel Peol's right-hand man, who is in charge of the Seireiden's defense. Despite his looks and behaviour, he uses very powerful and deadly "defensive" Unresticted Method called Magnesia, which creates storm of heavy particles. The particles are controlled at Fecor's will, its streams inflict heavy blows upon the enemies in spite of it's true purpose as defensive maneuver. Mitsuo was a very large man. In the beginning he travelled along with Himiko, Masashi Miyamoto and Isamu Kondō.    ~!After Isamu Kondō was killed by Masashi Miyamoto, he along with Himiko ran away from Miyamoto taking away his supplies. He teaches Himiko how to use the radar to track people. He was killed by Himiko while attempting to sexually assault her.!~  Not much is known about his past, only that he had sex with a girl he liked once, and that afterwards everybody at his school hated him (implying that it may have been rape, a fact he seems to be unaware of). This could lead to him being sent to the island.

Joi Irinaka  also known as Mimic ミミック  is a Yakuza and the general manager of Shie Hassaikai.

Gangar is a dark purple, bipedal Pokémon with a roundish body. It has red eyes, a wide mouth that is usually curled into a sinister grin, and pointed ears. On its back are numerous spikes and it has smaller spikes on top of its head similar to tufty fur. Its arms and legs are short with three digits on both its hands and feet. It also has a stubby tail.

Gangar has the ability to hide perfectly in the shadow of any object, granting it exceptional stealth. However, Gangar's body acts as a heat sink. Its presence cools the temperature of the surrounding area by nearly 10°F (5°C), because it absorbs the warmth. The anime has shown that Gangar can fly and possess people and other Pokémon. In the past, Night Shade was its signature move.

Gangar is very mischievous, and at times, malicious. It enjoys playing practical jokes and casting curses, such as pretending to be one's shadow, then behaving erratically. When the quarry notices, the Gangar takes delight in its victim's terror. However, Gangar has been known to be loyal to a Trainer who treats it well. Being the result of an evolution via trading, Gangar is rarely found in the wild, though they can be found in caves and dark places where shadows form. It is especially fond of urban areas such as cities and back alleys, but only during the night.
