Harald was a genius German programmer who meets his unrequited love interest, Emma Wielant, at a seminar for anthroposophy. Harald immediately falls in love with her, but Emma is only interested in his programming talents. One day Emma calls Harald and asks him to meet her. She never makes it, crashing her car and dying at the age of 28. Harald, unaware of the accident, waits for her under a gingko tree.

Although Murano is a well known photographer, it isn't easy to work with him. His specialty is photo shoots for women who are stripping, and he may end up seeing attractive woman naked, which causes him joy. During the shoot, he can't resist a cheerful grin.

Though Arceus made Damos promise to return the Jewel of Life at the time of the next solar eclipse, Marcus was fearful that Michina Town would revert to its lifeless state if this was done, and together the two betrayed Arceus, with Damos under the control of Marcus&#039;s Bronzong&#039;s Hypnosis.     Ash, Dawn, Brock and Sheena travel back in time with the help of Dialga to prevent Arceus&#039;s betrayal. It was revealed Marcus used to be Damos&#039;s underling but overthrew the latter and put him in prison. There he finds out from Ash and co. that he would betray Arceus in the near future and that Marcus is behind everything. Thanks to the help of his friend, the Spiky-eared Pichu, he managed to break free. He saved Sheena from certain doom and managed to convince her that he isn&#039;t a betrayer like the legend makes him out to be. Together they stop all of the Pok&eacute;mon from attacking Arceus by connecting with them. Damos manages to break through Arceus&#039;s anger and connect with it thereby calming it down. He then later bids farewell to the &quot;future children&quot; and makes a stone engraving with them on it for them to see when they get back to the future.

Lowell is the boss of "Hu-Gite", a manufacturer of robots that does not strive for the humanization of robots. Nevertheless, they are a market leader in front of another manufacturing company called "Conception". Lowell suspects behind the successes put their philosophy - automation of homes and integration of the robots in this, by increasing functional performance. According to Lowell every robot needs a right to exist and must fulfill its purpose. Lowell is convinced that the coexistence of humans and robots only under these conditions is complete. Early on "Hu-Gite" robot for different work and testing has begun, since robots have a long history on Mars. Still there but there is still a great mistrust of the robots. Lowell realizes that his philosophy is still not arrived complete with the people.

Maximilian Johann von Ugar is a classmate and rival of [Tanya Degurechaff](https://anilist.co/character/121052) in their class during War College Arc. He hails from a plain family, and had a newborn daughter in 1924. After graduating from War College, their friendship goes on, and Tanya gains personal connections with him, which helps her many times afterwards.

 Leader of the Kurenai racing gangs, he is a street fighter that doesn&#039;t seem to feel pain. He fights Hatanaka Kouhei in round 1 where he severely breaks his own arm as a form of intimidation before viciously beating Kouhei. In round 2 he fights Ian McGregor with shadow bonding and nearly defeats the boxer. Shiba wins by breaking both of McGregors hands with his rock hard skull. Though he wins he is unable to continue due to injury. He is replaced By Andre who proceeds to throw him through the ceiling after a disgruntled Shiba confronts him and demands to know why he&#039;s being replaced by Andre in the tournament. After recovering from that, he is struck in the throat by Jack Hammer and knocked out. He&#039;s last shown (still injured), riding with his gang. Shiba makes a surprise return in the Son of Ogre series. At the request of Hanayama Kaoru, Shiba is to be Baki&#039;s training partner for the upcoming fight with Yujiro. Kaoru says Shiba must be Baki&#039;s partner because Shiba is weak. Baki is reluctant to fight Shiba at first, but finds a reason of his own when Shiba keeps on attacking him at various times throughout the day.

A robot assigned to Shunsaku Ban by Superintendent Notarlin to aid in his investigation. Amazed at the advanced technology of Metropolis, Shunsaku Ban often asks the robot questions to try and understand him a bit better. Masayoshi Kuki appears as second in command to Maya in Tokyo Jupiter. He sometimes questions Maya's orders and also shows some disapproval of how she treats Ayato. It is revealed that Kuki was the JSDF officer that ordered Jin Kunugi to perform the nuclear strike on the Mu in the Great Mu War. Kuki attacks Nirai-Kanai with the Dolem Largo, and appears invincible to its defence systems.

When Lucci is first seen as one of the five foremen of Galley-La Company's Dock One, he appears to be a ventriloquist using his pigeon, Hattori, to speak for him. He also shows very impressive skills when he gets into a fight with Paulie and, later on, Luffy. 

~!It is soon revealed he is the unquestioned leader of the Water 7 CP9 unit which infiltrated the Galley-La company, and perfectly capable of speaking for himself. Lucci ate the Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Leopard (ネコネコの実 モデル豹(レオパルド), Cat Cat Fruit, Model: Leopard ), which allows him to turn into a huge leopard-human hybrid and a full leopard. This coupled with his mastered martial arts style of rokushiki, makes him a resilient foe, and he has been ranked as the strongest CP9 agent by far. Lucci can perform Life Return, like Kumadori, and use it to alter his body into forms that amplify his skills in a specific rokushiki ability, though only Kami-e Form, which makes his man-beast form smaller and thinner, has been seen and arguably the main villain of the Enies Lobby Arc if not the main threat to the Straw Hats at the time.!~ 

~!In the anime, Lucci&#039;s backstory to his admission in CP9 is revealed by a Vice Admiral during the Buster Call on Enies Lobby. Fifteen years prior, a kingdom had 500 of its soldiers and its king taken hostage by a pirate crew, with the captain demanding to be made the new king of the kingdom. As the government saw the king beginning to admit defeat, they sent in the then thirteen year-old Rob Lucci, who mercilessly killed all 500 hostages to get to the captain, whom he killed without mercy. During this incident, he gained a back full of scars from the pirate crew&#039;s guns, vaguely scarred in the shape of the World Government&#039;s symbol. Shortly after that he became a CP9 member, and gained the reputation of being the group&#039;s most cold-hearted and efficient assassin in its entire history. As such, he is a very valuable asset to the World Government, almost to the point of legend; the other vice admirals believe that he can even survive a Buster Call attack.    At the Galley-La headquarters in Water 7, Lucci effortlessly defeated Luffy in a relatively short fight. Later in Enies Lobby, Luffy chased after Lucci and initiated a second fight with him. The two engaged in an extremely long, hectic and boisterous fight in which Luffy eventually emerged victorius. Lucci respectively bested, withstood and survived Luffy&#039;s attacks and various states until he was defeated. However, it took Luffy&#039;s last bits of energy to defeat him, as Luffy was in the floor and couldn&#039;t even move. This proves how much of a monster Lucci was, but also how much stronger Luffy has become.!~

~!Lucci comes off as the most cold and collected member of CP9, almost never displaying any emotions. An example is the brutal assault on his friend of five years, Paulie, whom he even tried to kill after the CP9&#039;s identities have been revealed. He also states that he feels no real bond with the city he&#039;s lived in for those five years. He also seems to have no feelings for his fellow CP9 colleagues, least of all Spandam. His emotionless nature includes anger and distress (he&#039;s &quot;kept together&quot; all through his fight with Luffy, unlike all the previous villains). Even while taunting or demoralizing Luffy, he keeps a passive face, and refrains from the classic &quot;villain laugh&quot;. However, during the final moments of his fight with Luffy, he expresses surprise and anger prior to being defeated.  He seems to derive amusement and gratification from inflicting physical and emotional pain on others, making him a typical sadist. These scenes, along with when he anticipates battle, are the only times where he smirks. In Enies Lobby, he reveals that he works so he could be legally allowed to kill people. An example of Lucci&#039;s lust for violence is when he compromised the mission of bringing Robin to the Gates of Justice by allowing Luffy to tail him, for the sole purpose of having a battle. Lucci&#039;s violent and predatory nature is also shown when he goes into full-beast mode during battle, in order to attack Luffy more violently.  However, while Lucci does love the benefits of his job (killing people), he seems to be completely devoted to the government he serves as a tool from the shadows. He speaks of pirates as &quot;evil&quot;, and sees it as his duty to hunt down and eliminate Nico Robin. All this is revealed towards the end of his battle with Luffy, and is a sudden departure from his &quot;care for nothing but blood&quot; attitude. This may be because he was dominating the fight at the time, and his bloodlust, which otherwise overshadows his better judgement, had worn off since Luffy was no longer fun to fight. However, as his flashback in the anime shows, this moral isn&#039;t just limited to pirates. If Lucci sees anybody that he believes faulters in the face of justice, they have &quot;sinned&quot; in his eyes and must be eliminated. This is his own sense of justice which he calls &quot;dark justice&quot;. Lucci also appears to exhibit a rather high level of intelligence. It was he who deduced the connection between Iceburg and Franky, figured out the principles behind Luffy&#039;s Gear 2nd &quot;upgrade&quot;, and showed extensive knowledge about Devil Fruit. On Enies Lobby, he even effortlessly jeopardized the lives of Luffy&#039;s crewmembers and friends, as well as their mission to save Robin, by flooding the underwater passageway to the Gates of Justice. Although this might just as well be yet another display of sadism, where he removes Luffy&#039;s chances of &quot;having everything&quot; just for the sake of angering him. Lucci has a complete mastery of Rokushiki, having not only used at least one or more moves from each of the different forms with ease, but to such an extent that he can mix two or more forms together to great effect. He demonstrates this when he unveils the Rokushiki hidden technique, Rokuougan, during his fight with Luffy. The massively powerful technique, usable only by one who has literally mastered all six forms as stated by Lucci himself, is so strong that it causes severe internal injury to Luffy&#039;s body; no small feat considering he has a rubber body. Luffy described it as if an &#039;Impact Dial&#039; with much more greatly amplified power went off inside his chest. Not much is known about Hattori, the pigeon that is constantly seen perched on Lucci&#039;s shoulder. It appears to have no special significance. While acting as Lucci&#039;s voice Hattori expresses human body language, matching the behavior of a professional shipwright: constantly insulting and lecturing Paulie because of his reckless lifestyle. After the CP9 reveal their identities, Hattori loses many of his human characteristics, although he is seen wearing a coat and drinking from a cocktail glass.!~

But Eliza suffered from a deadly disease that no cure, so Faust devoted his life to find one and evetually did it. He became a doctor, saved Eliza's life and married her. They lived together in their clinic in Germany until one night a burglar broke in and shot Eliza dead.  Broken Faust turned to his ancestor's black arts, necromancy, and now fights in order to become the Shaman King and bring Eliza back to life. His spirit is Eliza herself, and his medium is her skeleton, which is always tied to Faust's arm in a chain.

A self proclaimed brilliant strategist, Mr. 3 prides himself that his plans are supposedly flawless, and was ordered to kill the Straw Hat Pirates and decided to claim the bounty on the giants Dorry and Broggy. Mr. 3 ate the Doru Doru no Mi (Wax Wax Fruit in the English), giving him the power to produce molten wax from any part of his body. However, he can't turn himself into wax. He sabotages a sacred battle between the two giants and then captures Vivi, Nami, and Zoro creating a huge, spinning wax cake he made with his devil fruit abilities to rain wax down upon them, the desired effect being that the three will slowly be encased in wax, and suffocate to death. This would also give Mr. 3 human wax statues, as he admits he has trouble making perfect human wax figures himself. Mr. 3 was defeated at the end along with three other Baroque Works Officer Agents, Miss Goldenweek, Mr. 5, and Miss Valentines Day.   

The main antagonist. Apparently he is only using Kagura and her mother to extend his influence and profits, but there is a hidden vengeance plan in his agenda. He is a Euphoria with the ability to manipulate his own blood and use it at will to attack and defend. He carries around a music box that belonged to his younger sister, Yui. His real name is Ueno Takeshi.  Suitengu once had a normal life with his family. However, his parents were deep in debt with the Tennouzu's Group's predecessors (the Ashikaga Group) and were murdered. Yui and Suitengu were separated, the thirteen year old boy given to the mercies of a perverted and lecherous man before being sold as a child soldier while the five year old girl was sold as a prostitute. Suitengo grew up on the battlefield, told that every kill he made reduced his parents' debt and brought him that much closer to freedom. His last mission was infiltrating a research lab, but the facility was destroyed and Suitengu was severely wounded, even dismembered, in the destruction. However, he contracted the Euphoria virus as a result of this and was thus retreived and repaired by the research lab's remaining scientists so that they could preserve their work.  Suitengu despises the fact that his family and his life were ruined for money and as such secretly holds a deep hatred for it. Eventually he was reunited with his sister, but her state of mind had been shattered and he mercifully killed her to end her life as a prostitute. His ultimate goal was to take revenge on the Prime Minister who destroyed his peaceful life and punish people steeped in greed and money by causing the entire country to go bankrupt. The Brown Beast's effectiveness, cruelty and sadism in his persecution of dissidents and spies were legendary even by Stasi standards, leading to his prominence within the organization. Axmann's endless pursuit of power and security for himself and the Stasi influenced the significance of the Stasi Armed TSF Force, and the widening of networks of intel and blackmail spanning across Europe, making him hundreds of enemies both outside and inside the Stasi.

Foxfire Kinemon (狐火の錦えもん Kitsune-bi no Kin'emon) is a samurai from Wano Country whom the Straw Hat Pirates found in various pieces at Punk Hazard.   Kinemon seems to follow the code of bushido, claiming he would commit suicide if he could, for the disgrace of being dismembered without dying. He still tried to maintain his pride, even after being completely dismembered. He is also greatly honorable, such as bowing before Sanji (in Nami's body) for saving his torso and thanking him for helping him stating he was indebted to him.  

He is a very old fashioned samurai warrior who expects women to walk three steps behind men and talk gracefully and quietly. He on many occasions referred to Nami as a shameless, violent and obscene woman due to her careless behavior. He has a tendency to be quite perverted in spite of his old fashioned ideals. Though he seemed to be outraged at Nami's sense of fashion, he still greatly enjoyed ogling at her cleavage. He also has an extremely rude special ability of talking with his farts. He cares deeply for his son, Momonosuke, as he traveled to the dangerous Punk Hazard island and challenged one of the Shichibukai to find him. Even after being chopped to pieces, his torso and leg still attempted to look for his son, and attacked anything that got in the way. He seems to be unaware of Devil Fruits, as he said he ate a strange fruit, instead of stating the correct name.   
~!He is the leader of the Nine Red Scabbards, the husband of Tsuru, and a former thug, He is also not the real father of Momonosuke, they pretend to be father and son in order to protect Momonosuke from his enemies, the Donquixote Pirates and the Beasts Pirates. 
Despite the two not being related, the Straw Hat Pirates noted that they looked alike and shared the same perverted traits.!~

Seaman Recruit Jango is the first mate and hypnotist of [Captain Kuro](https://anilist.co/character/2519/Kuro). He uses disks that double as chakrams to hypnotize people to his advantage in battle. He has a former bounty of 7,000,000 Beli. Jango usually ends up hypnotizing himself as well as his targets. Jango wears strange clothes, including a long coat covered in the disks he uses to fight and hypnotize, and red-lensed heart-shaped glasses.

Flint is a member of Team Rocket    He was first mentioned in &quot;Out of Control Pendra! Rescue Kibago!&quot; as sent by Giovanni to help Jessie, James and Meowth in a mission. In &quot;Rival Battle! Strong Opponent Pururiru!&quot;, Jessie, James and Meowth are intercepted by Officer Jenny and backup, Flint comes in, driving a truck and the trio get in. Officer Jenny and the police follow when a half-constructed road appears and the police are forced to stop. The truck still pushed on: it drove past the point where there was any road at all and was toppling down into the ground below and exploded. Luckily the group were safe with jetpacks, and Flint gives them a briefcase and flies off.     He appears again in &quot;Ishizumai!
