When Mato's mother tells her to wake up Hiro, Mato moans in protests but does so, stating that Hiro never listens to her when she tries to wake him up. Her mother simply says Onee-chan, a tone reminds Mato that she is his big sister. Mato's method to wake up her brother was to open the door and give the order that school started that day, when Hiro doesn't respond she states that its not her fault if he is late and upon leaving gives him the raspberry. After Mato leaves, Hiro awakes (somewhat) and stares at his alarm clock, only to collapse into a sleepy heap. Kurumi Kumamakura is a 4th-year grade school student at Hosea Academy. After getting to know [Haruhiko Ichijou](https://anilist.co/character/89033/Haruhiko-Ichijou), she joins Team E as a member of the Phantom-Hunter club.

In order to fight, she uses her special ability, Albrecht, a teddy bear in which she always carries around her wherever she goes. If she could, Kurumi would put her life on the line if it meant protecting him, as she considers him to be her childhood best friend (even if he doesn't talk). In fact, she loves everything that has to do with bears, from the animal itself, her favorite food, her birth place, and her last name which has "Kuma" (Bear) in it's name.

Nico resembles the sin of Greed. In modern Japan, her sin is 'The Eccentric Headcase' _(Japanese: 不思議メンヘラ, Romanized: Fushigi Menhera, Official English Translation: "Screw Loose")._ Her identification when she experiences pain is D-6. 

Nico appears to be bright and energetic, often being the comic relief of the series. She tends to overreact or be very dramatic when experiencing new things, and acts very feminine.

However, Nico is shown to be rather perceptive in the series, much to her companions' surprise.

Since she came from a wealthy family, it is implied that she has polite and lady-like manners.
