The current UN secretary general who is also the supreme leader of the Reclaimer faction. He was romantically linked with Naoko Isami in the past until now, but his intentions in keeping Orphan is to maintain the balance of Earth&#039;s environment. He was ousted by Baron Maximillian and arrested with Naoko until the release of Quincy from her state as the girl of Orphan.

Hitoshi Demegawa is a publicity hound and the director of Sakura TV.

Dodoria (ドドリア, Dodoria) is one of Freeza's top henchmen. He is a large, pink alien with short spikes on his head and forearms. He travels with Freeza and Zarbon to planet Namek in search of the Dragon Balls. While interrogating a village, they are interrupted as Kuririn and Gohan save Dende from being killed. Dodoria pursues them, but he soon encounters Vegeta. After being outmatched, he tells the truth about the destruction of Planet Vegeta, hoping it would aid in sparing his life, but he is still killed by Vegeta. He also appears in Bardock: The Father of Goku, where Dodoria and his team attack Bardock and his team. He is voiced by Yukitoshi Hori in Japan, Chris Forbis in the Funimation dub, and Ward Perry in the Ocean dub.

One of the soldiers who follow Allen Schezar. He seems to be a leader/captain of the band of swordsman under Allen, as well as the pilot of the Crusade.

Geese is a proud man who considers himself a mighty warrior and as such thinks highly of himself. He craves power in all of its forms: from money to immortality, a desire influenced by various tragedies in his childhood, from losing his mother to being estranged as a stepson. He can be quite vengeful as well, as he holds grudges against Krauser and Jeff, whom he later killed. Despite appearing to be heartless however, he has his own code of honor and there are lines that even he will not cross; never underestimating his opponents, especially after suffering defeat from Terry. He will crush anyone who stands in his way and reward those he deems worthy of his respect, or in the case of Billy, whoever he sympathizes with.

He appears to show respect to Tung Fu Rue despite their histories, even if he is sometimes sarcastic about it, as seen in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum, and more recently in The King of Fighters XIV.

He has a fascination with Japan, often adorning the Japanese decorum on the Geese Tower rooftop with American flags, and has assimilated some Nipponese culture as a result.

Whether because of ambition or to simply keep them from possible harm, he was apparently distant from his personal family, ignoring Rock's pleas to help Marie in her sickness until she reportedly passed away. As a result, this earned him Rock's indignation and the latter's devotion to stay away from his shadow.

Ryu is one of the original members of the White Base crew. He can usually be seen keeping track of the performance of the mobile suits, when teaming up with Hayato Kobayashi and Guntank they form an unstoppable duo.

The chief mechanic of the Earth Alliance warship Archangel, whose small cadre of talented engineers keep the ship and its fighting vehicles in fine working order. Murdoch is gruff and informal, with a fatherly concern for the pilots who depend on his skills, and he always keeps an eye out for the young and inexperienced Kira.

A prior member of the Alliance&rsquo;s mobile suit development team, Howard is an aging engineer who operates an oceangoing salvage ship. He invariably wears Hawaiian shirts and retro-styled sunglasses. Howard is a member of the Sweeper Group, and his ship serves as a mobile base for Duo and the Gundam Deathscythe. Originally one of team of scientists who developed mobile suits for Romefeller, Howard helped complete the Tallgeese and the spaceship Peacemillion, and later designed and implemented upgrades to Gundam Heavyarms and Gundam Sandrock.

A prior member of the Alliance’s mobile suit development team, all of whom disbanded and fled the project after completing the Tallgeese and designing Wing Gundam Zero, and eventually set up development on separate colony clusters and Earth. Doctor J. (Colony Cluster L1) designed and developed the Wing Gundam and trained Heero Yuy to be its pilot. He also gave Heero his name. Dr.J wears tight-fitting eye lenses, has a prosthetic left hand, wears leg braces, and walks with the aid of a cane. GundamOfficial lists him as a cyborg.

Rowen Hasiba, known in Japan as Tōma Hashiba (羽柴当麻 Hashiba Tōma), is a member of the Ronin Warriors and is considered by some to be the most intelligent of the group, which causes the Dark Warlord Dais to describe Rowen as the most cunning and therefore the most dangerous of the Ronins.    He supposedly has an IQ of 250 and often serves as the voice of reason in the group as a counter-balance to the hotter tempers of Ryo and Kento. In the TV series, he is portrayed as having a thick Brooklyn accent, but that accent went missing in the OVAs. His father, Genichirou, is a &quot;mad scientist&quot; and is often too busy to see his son. His mother (name unknown) is a journalist who travels a lot and doesn&#039;t see much of her ex-husband or her son, treating them both as friends, rather than family. She first appears in the YST CD drama Tenkuden (The Legend of Tenku). Rowen is close friends with Sage, as they share similar interests.    Rowen wears the Strata armor, called Tenku (Heavens) in YST. His virtue is Inochi (Life) in Ronin Warriors, changed from Chi (Wisdom) in the original YST. The armor&#039;s principal weapon is a collapsible bow which is attached to the back of the armor, along with a small metallic quiver, from which a seemingly unlimited amount of arrows can be drawn. His surekill is Arrow Shockwave, called Shinku Ha (Vacuum Wave) in YST. The attack consists of firing an arrow that energizes to instill devastating explosive capacities upon impact with the target, releasing a powerfully destructive pillar of light. Like the other Ronins, Rowen gained a new suit of armor in the 3rd OVA, Message; however, its powers and abilities remain unknown. He is known respectfully in Japanese as Kami-sama as a title meaning &quot;God&quot;. Kami was the good half of the Namekian that came to be the God of Earth, with his evil half becoming the Piccolo Daimao. In the anime, he competed with Garlic for the position and won. 300 years later, Garlic's son Garlic Jr., bearing a perpetual grudge, attempted twice to fight for the title and lost. He then watched over the planet for centuries to ensure its safety.    Seeing the spawn of his other half Piccolo threatening the planet, he goes to Earth in secret and competes in the Tenka-ichi Budōkai by possessing a human. After advancing to the semifinals he battles Piccolo, trying to trap him in a bottle using the Mafūba. Piccolo is able to overcome it by reversing the attack, trapping Kami in the bottle himself. He then swallows the bottle for safe keeping before losing Kami in his match with Son Goku. Turles (ターレス Tāresu; Tullece) is a Saiyan and the primary antagonist in the Dragon Ball Z movie special, The Tree of Might. He was once a member of the Saiyan Army under the Planet Trade Organization, but went defunct and off into the cosmos to conquer planets for himself. His first appearance was in the third Dragon Ball Z movie and the second was in the two-volume VHS O.V.A. released as a &quot;Official Visual Guide&quot; for the Bandai NES game, Plan to Eradicate the Saiyans.     Turles&#039; name is a pun on the vegetable &quot;lettuce&quot;. The name is written out as ターレス, Tāresu. If the first two syllables are rearranged, it becomes レタース, retāsu. Ignoring the elongated &quot;a&quot; sound, it becomes the accurate Japanese spelling of &quot;lettuce&quot;, レタス retasu.     Aside from a different skin tone and two &quot;devil horns&quot; in his hair, Turles looks exactly the same as Goku. In the Dragon Ball Z: Anime Film Comics, it was stated that the reason why Turles and Goku looked alike is because within the low-rank Saiyans, the facial patterns of each warrior were similar, thus making it easy to mark which Saiyans were low-class warriors. However, Turles said that Goku was &quot;low-class trash&quot;, implying Turles may not have been a low-class Saiyan after all. Though, he bears a resemblance to Bardock, Goku&#039;s father.          turles is a Saiyan warrior and former servant of Frieza. It is assumed that Turles escaped Planet Vegeta&#039;s destruction because he was on a mission. Nearly thirty years after Planet Vegeta&#039;s destruction, Turles, along with his squad of henchmen, make their way toward Earth to check up on the Saiyan, Kakarot (Goku).     Turles&#039; age is unknown, though he appears to be around same age as Goku. Seeing as he abandoned Frieza long before Goku was born, it is assumed he is older.   

Hokuto is an old friend of Tamura's from the days when the organization Tamura works for was illegitimate/Yakuza. Also being Mikuro's older step-brother, Hokuto makes it possible for Tamura to get in touch with Mikuro in order to help Tamura figure out what is wrong with Haruhiko and how to deal with Rin.

One of the Maganac soldiers, usually seen wearing sunglasses and a white shirt with green clothing. Abdul's specialty is strategic planning and electronics, and his mobile suit has distinctive large shoulder armor.

Lord Enma is a giant red oni who judges the dead. Residing in the Other World, it is his job to decide whether dead people go to Heaven or Hell. He is based on the Hindu deity Yama. He is first seen when Son Goku is killed by Piccolo during the battle with Raditz. He was until then the only person who has ever run all the way along Serpent Road, but grants Goku permission to attempt this in order to get to North Kaio's planet, which is at the end of Serpent Road. He is apparently skilled to some degree in fighting, as he claims he bested Raditz when the latter attempted to break into Heaven while passing through his realm. According to Kami, North Kaio is stronger than he is.

A former Spanish matador who uses a self-styled martial art based on his deadly bullfighting methods. He serves as the right-hand man and servant of Wolfgang Krauser and participates in the tournament under his request.

Bears the "shin" (信) bead of faith; his birthmark is on his left cheek, underneath his left eye. The stereotypical "crazed enforcer" of the group, he is introduced as an inmate in the Shogun's prison, most likely jailed for his uncontrollable behavior (or perhaps just his sharp tongue). He is allowed a chance to win back his original post if he is successful in killing Shino. Compared to the plot exposition of most of the other major characters, not much of his origin is revealed or even implied during the series.
