Youko is a friend of both Futaba and Nanoka. She is in the same school and grade as them but in a different classroom. She and Futaba went to the same junior high.

Misaki is Ikuto's little sister. Her first person pronoun is "watashi" and she calls Ikuto "onii-chan".

She's first shown when Suzu and the others see a picture of her with Ikuto and mistake her for his lover. She loves all animals, and has a terrible sense of direction like Shinobu.

Manga:
~!Misaki's first real appearance in the story is 4 months after Ikuto arrives on Airantou. She takes the form of an armored youkai who kidnaps Ikuto and attempts to take him off the island. It turns out she's a half yuki-onna, and not blood-related to Ikuto. Furthermore, she confesses her love to him and kisses him. She ends up deciding to stay with Ikuto on Airantou.

A skilled practitioner of aikido whose breasts are larger than Suzu's. She was already in love with Ikuto by the time her youkai side manifested around 10 years old and she found out they weren't blood-related. Now living in Suzu's house along with Ikuto, she's continually bewildered by the island girls' lack of common sense about boy-girl relations just like Ikuto was when he first showed up. She's currently 14 years old, having been born 3 months after Ikuto.!~

Amira is a very tall young woman with pale skin, violet eyes, and long, flowing, pink hair she ties in two ponytails. Her attire is somewhat unusual, consisting of a white blouse with a black vest above it, and a knee-length tan-colored shirt which acts as a coat, with a maroon and red vest covering her shoulders. She wears white and beige shorts, held up with a black belt, and two long, cowboy-looking boots with folded top edge, patched black in color.

Nurse Joy is a recurring character in every Pokemon series released.   There are multiple Nurse Joys in every town, city and region. They all look the same, have the same voice and personalities. There have been numerous speculations as to why all the Joys look alike, though it seems they are all related in some way.   However, there have been instances in which a Nurse Joy has been known to have a different personality and appearance (such as the aggressive sun-tanned Nurse Joy of the Orange Islands). Brock has an ability to tell each Joy apart based on minute details in their differences.   Each Joy works in the field of medicine, loves Pokemon and is extremely patient and caring. They are the heads of their respective Pokemon Centres.   A Nurse Joy's Pokemon choices are predominantly Chansey and Blissey: nurturing Pokemon that aid in the Pokemon Centres.

Stronskaya is married to Kei Mikhail Ignatov. She is blind during the series as she lost her sight during an explosive fire during her time in the Russian Army prior to the series start. Stronskaya is a kind and gentle person. She is also level-headed and remains calm during most situations.

Officer Jenny is not a single entity. Rather, there are many Jennys working as police officers across the various regions of the Pokémon world.  Generally, Officer Jennies are brave and determined, but mostly ineffective in their police duties. They fight against the likes of Team Rocket, Team Magma, Team Aqua and Team Galactic - among other miscellaneous criminals. The town/region where a certain Jenny comes from can be discerned by the symbol on their hats which always differs depending on location.  Although Jennies appear mostly identical, there is some minor divergence among them, as evidenced by Brock, who is able to recognize different Jennies on numerous occasions. Brock appears to be the only character who can tell them apart. However, each Jenny has a different symbol on her hat that indicates location. There seem to be two Viridian Jennies, as during the Indigo League, two Jennies with the same hat symbol were seen side-by-side. (We know that the symbol in question--a star--indicates Viridian due to previous episodes.) One of the Viridian Jennies maintains a fierce rivalry with the Jenny of Eterna City. Although there are many exceptions, Officer Jenny will generally have Growlithe to use as a police dog.  There is a very distinct parallel between the families of Officer Jenny and Nurse Joy. This may indicate some sort of relation or deeper connection, and fans have sometimes speculated about such. However, the only thing known about the two families is that they are apparently on good terms.  Ash's Squirtle was given to an Officer Jenny who fights fires. It is the leader of a group of four other Squirtle known as the "Squirtle Squad", who serve as the local firefighting team.  A young Officer Jenny named Marble appeared in Luxray Vision!. She was in charge of looking for "The Bandit Beauties Three." She was also voiced by 西村ちなみ Chinami Nishimura in Japanese, but voiced by Meghan McCracken in English.  An Officer Jenny from Kanto appeared in Stealing the Conversation! with a Chatot as her partner. Apparently, she had come all the way to Sinnoh to capture Jessie, James, and Meowth. 

Angelica is the manager of the Banded Rocking Records agency, which promotes the bands Plasmagica, Shingan Crimsonz, and Criticrista.

Kokone is a fashionable, cool beauty. She's a 2nd year middle school student who loves make-up and cute things. Her family owns a fine restaurant, and she is an only child. She's called the flower of Takamine. She loves to be alone, and doesn't speak much. Kokone's favourite breads are curry bread and heart-shaped bread. With [Pam-Pam](https://anilist.co/character/260904/)'s power, she can transform into Cure Spicy.

Arlette enjoyed handling machinery at a young age, and thus developed skills as a mechanic as she studied MS maintenance at the Flanagan Institute. These skills were noted by Char Aznable, who had been impressed by her high test marks.
