Son Gokuu is a boy we meet in a forest far from any civilization. He lives in this forest alone as his grandpa passed away, he only has this special orb-like object called a Dragon Ball to remember him by, which he will sometimes talk to as if it is his Grandpa Gohan. As the series continues, Gokuu meets Bulma, a brilliant teenage girl, and they go on a journey to collect these 7 magical dragon balls which actually have wish granting powers once all of them are collected. During this journey they meet and befriend Yamcha, Oolong, and Pu'ar, whose characters mirror those found in Wu Cheng'en's _Journey to the West_. Gokuu also encounters one his closest friends, Kuririn, and others during his time training. Participating in several World Martials Arts Tournaments, ~!Gokuu also battles foes-turned-allies such as Tien Shinhan and Chiaotzu, as well as the offspring of Demon King Piccolo named Piccolo Junior.!~

_Dragon Ball Z_ takes place 5 years after the defeat of King Piccolo and Gokuu's last world tournament. We come to find out that Son Gokuu was originally named Kakarot, and is born a member of a race of extraterrestrials called the Saiyans. Shortly following his birth, Gokuu was sent from his home, planet Vegeta, to prepare Earth for sale on the intergalactic market by destroying all its life but due to that injury to his head that caused him severe amnesia, Gokuu forgot his purpose, and instead started focusing on becoming stronger for a little more than the pleasure of it. He now has a son named Son Gohan (named after Grandpa Gohan) who is some what of a cry baby but has hidden potential. Throughout the series, Gokuu faces terribly strong opponents like other powerful Saiyans, Intergalactic Rulers, Androids, and Extraterrestrial Beings that give him fights like no other. Along with new enemies, Gokuu also gains new friends that help him in these situations.  

In  _Dragon Ball GT_, which was not based on Toriyama's manga, Gokuu is turned into a child by a wish on the dragon balls by Pilaf. The series revolves around him traveling around space to find the Black Star Dragon Balls with the help of his granddaughter, Pan, and Trunks. The series ends with Gokuu leaving for good with Shenron and returning one hundred years later to witness the match between Gokuu Jr. and Vegeta Jr.  

In  _Dragon Ball Online_ (which takes place 216 years after Dragon Ball Z, and unlike Dragon Ball GT, Toriyama had a lot of creative control over the story), a new villain by the name of Miira appears with the goal to obtain Gokuu's DNA.  In  _Cross Epoch_, the  _Dragon Ball_ and  _One Piece_ crossover one-shot, Gokuu is seen accompanying Luffy to attend a party hosted by Shenron from whom key characters from both series had received an invitation.!~

Grimmjow has little respect for authority and says whatever is on his mind, regardless of whether or not it is appropriate. Grimmjow is the sixth Espada in Sousuke Aizen's army of Arrancar, meaning he is ranked sixth in terms of strength. A crooked number 6 is tattooed on his back just above and to the right of his hollow hole. Aizen personally marks the Espada, the ten most powerful of his arrancar, with such tattoos as visible marks of their rank and ability.

Gin is fiercely loyal to Don Krieg, carrying out whatever orders he may be given from him no matter how inhumanly brutal or ruthless without protest or hesitation, thus earning himself the alias of &quot;Gin the Demon Man.&quot;    This is partly due to a great fear of Krieg, which is evidenced when he obeys his orders to throw away his gas mask and breathe the deadly MH5 poison gas because he fears Krieg&#039;s wrath for disobeying more than death itself. The younger brother of Kureha, he fights using a technique called cord cutting which involves cutting your opponents nerves so they can&#039;t move. He does this because he was over shadowed by his older brother, Kureha, who always came to his rescue when they were children. Shinogi fought Baki in season 1 and was knocked out. In the Maximum Tournament, he fights his brother in round 1 who gives up after seeing Shinogi&#039;s resilience. Shuuhei is an extremely mature and calm individual, a state that is slightly at odds with his somewhat punk-like appearance. He usually takes responsibility, and tends to avoid violence when possible. He seems to be virtuous, much like his Captain's image; until later, when it was revealed his Captain was a traitor. He is often seen in the company of Renji and Kira. Along with Hinamori, Renji and Kira followed Shūhei as their senpai during their academy days. Omake chapters also show that he is quite perverted.

Kidou is an exterminator that lives in Trade City E-05 in Soutwest Asia on the borders of the Extreme East. His profession forces him to live a life of danger, and he is extremely efficient at killing Cagasters.


Majora is a blind warrior from Universe 4 and a member of Team Universe 4.

Reggie is the older (and kinder) brother of Paul. Currently residing in Veilstone City as a breeder.    Reggie first appeared in Lost Leader Strategy!. During this meeting, he and Ash battled in a three-on-three match; although Ash&#039;s Staravia lost to his Swalot, Turtwig and Pikachu successfully defeated his Bibarel and Staraptor respectively.  Reggie has earned the 8 badges from Kanto, Johto, Hoenn and Sinnoh. He has also challenged the Battle Frontier and won six of the seven Frontier Symbols.    He decided to become a Breeder after failing to get the Brave Symbol, as revealed in Aiding the Enemy. Unlike his younger brother, he treats his Pok&eacute;mon with love and care and thanks them after working hard in a battle. This difference was also noted by Zoey who said that Paul and Reggie seemed like complete opposites.    In Crossing the Battle Line!, Reggie and his Staraptor helped Ash&#039;s Staravia to learn Brave Bird. He appeared again in Enter Galactic! where he used Paul&#039;s Electabuzz to help Ash fight Team Galactic.    He made a cameo appearance in Saving the World From Ruins!. He also appeared in A Pyramiding Rage!, where he watched his brother&#039;s battle against Brandon. In this episode Reggie&#039;s loss against Brandon, which was being watched by Paul, was shown in a flashback. Back then he was told by Brandon that he lacked a unique battle strategy which is why he gave up on being a Pok&eacute;mon Trainer. This incident is what caused Paul to be more focused on a Pok&eacute;mon&#039;s strength than anything else.    Reggie reappeared in Pedal to the Mettle! and Evolving Strategies! to watch the battle between Ash and Paul, which was suggested by him at the end of A Pyramiding Rage! to see how far the two Trainers have developed. 

Formaggio is a short-haired man of athletic build and average height.

He was once a happy man with a family. Two years ago, his daughter was assaulted and later bashed to death by the serial killer, [the Challenger](https://anilist.co/character/164167/Denshin-Katsuyama). This later spiraled Ayako's severe depression, and despite Narihisago's best efforts, committed suicide out of grief soon afterwards. Disdained and vengefully driven, Narihsiago shot the Challenger out of vengeance after finding out his true identity, unintentionally saving [Kiki Asukai](https://anilist.co/character/160111/Kiki-Asukai). After this decisive victory, Narihisago was sentenced to prison for Katsuyama's murder.

Two years later however, having killed someone, he now is capable of entering ID-Wells and retrieving information about serial killers using their murderous intent. Once he enters the wells, he is known as Sakaido "the brilliant detective", with no prior memory of his real identity, he assists in investigating and analyzing the serial killer's subconsciousness. Over the next year, he would go on to aid in the capture of at least four serial killers, among them being "[the Face-lifter](https://anilist.co/character/164168/Hitoshi-Sonoda)", "Tongue-tearer", "Arm-twister" and "Thigh-severer".

Mikihisa Asakura is the father of protagonist Yoh Asakura in the manga and anime series, Shaman King.

In the manga, he belonged to Team Kabbalahers together with Redseb and Seyram. He has two spirits, a tanuki and a kitsune, and the Over Souls make use of stones as their medium.

Mikihisa's role in the Shaman Fight tournament is to watch over Yoh, and he can often be seen shrouded in the shadows, observing Yoh's battles from the top of trees. He also took the responsibility of imparting parts of the Cho Senji Ryakketsu to Yoh and his group, including the FumonTonkou to Ren.

He was a close friend of Professor Camel Munzer (who was the father of Redseb and Seyram). Upon the death of the professor, he took the responsibility of looking after Redseb and Seyram. At the same time, he had learnt about the Golem's destructive capabilities, and his forming Team Kabbalahers was also to make sure Golem did not fall into the wrong hands.

Team Kabbalahers were one of the top six remaining teams in the Shaman Fight main tournament. During the decisive battle between Team The Ren and Team Funbari Onsen, Team Kabbalahers withdrew from the tournament, thus allowing both teams to qualify together with X-I and the Hoshigumi.

Mikihisa appears to play the same role in the 2001 anime series as he did in the manga series; however, because Redseb and Seyrarm only appeared in the manga, he was never mentioned to be part of any team in the Shaman Fight main tournament.

Tomoyasu Chikazoku, also known as Skeptic, is a member of the Meta Liberation Army.

A famous Saiseiya under the tutage of Yosaku and the grandchild of Knocking Master Jiro.

A veteran of the Kansai Police Execution Division with the designation of No. 658. He has a strong sense of justice, but always remains calm and collected. Back when he was still someone's apprentice, the Master received a wound to his left cheek during a battle against a powerful Akudama in the course of which, having gotten too immersed in the fun of the fight, lost his own master.
