Starsha Iscandar is the ruler of the planet Iscandar. Along with her sisters Yurisha and Sasha, she is one of the last surviving members of her race.

In 1984 July 3, she died due to an acute heart failure at the Mishima clinic of Koganei, Tokyo. The posthumous work is Miz Dracula of "Lupin III: Part III" broadcasted four days after death as a voice actor, and the historical drama "Woman Oil Hell" broadcasted two months later as an actress .
