Jadeite is the first of the four Shitennou to appear, and the lowest in rank. He is the head of the Dark Kingdom's Far-Eastern Division. In the manga, Jadeite's mission was to track down the Silver Crystal but eventually led to gathering life energy to awaken Queen Metaria. His powers include telekinetics, creating illusions, and using disguises. He is able to teleport and harvest energy for the Dark Kingdom. 

Freeza is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama. Freeza also appears in the television special Bardock: The Father of Goku; a few Dragon Ball Z movies, and in Dragon Ball GT. He is one of the most powerful major supervillains introduced throughout the Dragon Ball universe. In the gag series Neko Majin Z, it is revealed that he has a son, Kuriza. 

Freeza is introduced in the series as the powerful galactic overlord on a mission for immortality and conquest, ruler of an empire said to control seventy-nine or more planets. Freeza creates armies from the planets that he conquers, his most utilized race were the Saiyans. Freeza had heard about the legend of the Super Saiyan, a being with unrivaled power, but dismissed it as simple mythology; however, after several Saiyans emerged with rapidly evolving potential, Freeza began to fear that the legend would indeed come true, so as a result, destroyed the Saiyan race. His actions and lust for power eventually bring him into conflict with the heroes of the series when he tries to take possession of the wish-granting Dragon Balls on Planet Namek. 

~!Freeza's fears were realized when he was defeated by Goku, who in turn had become a Super Saiyan. His character would return shortly thereafter, having survived the encounter with Goku but having been left with multiple metal prosthetics. Though accompanied to Earth by his father, Freeza is unable to avenge his loss, being killed with relative ease by a newcomer to the series, the half-Saiyan time traveler Trunks. A blood sample taken before his ultimate fate would later become a catalyst for the next arc's featured villain: Cell, a warrior genetically engineered to be perfect. Toei Animation would continue to make use of the character in their anime adaptation, with Freeza making brief cameo appearances during the Boo arc, animated features, and Dragon Ball GT. He is last referenced in the manga as a measure of the strength of the Kaioshin, the supreme lords of the Dragon Ball universe, as "each of whom could have felled Freeza in one blow." Akito's father is a business executive who works long hours and is seldom home. Although it seems in the beginning that he is a bad father, Mr. Hayama turns out to be a good father who was simply unaware of the bad relationship between his children because he was working too hard. After realizing Akito's suffering, and also becoming ill due to working too hard, he begins to spend more time at home. When Akito gets into various scrapes during the series, Mr. Hayama always believes in his son and supports him, even when no one else does. This could partially be attributed to the fact that he and Akito's mother were troublemakers in their younger years. Mr. Hayama is very mellow and soft-spoken, but the few moments he breaks out of his quiet mode are very funny. Gin is a member of the Black Organization and a main antagonist of the series. He is the organization member who gave Shinichi Kudo the experimental poison APTX 4869 which turned him into [Conan Edogawa.](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) He is frequently paired on missions with [Vodka.](https://anilist.co/character/6306/Vodka) In the English manga, he was first introduced as Melkior, but later was reverted to Gin. This is likely due to the fact that Conan is often reminded of the Black Organization by references to alcohol. 

Of the high ranking members of the Black Organization shown, Gin is the most loyal: he follows the boss' orders most closely and virtually never acts against the Organization's greater interests. He is also one of the Black Organization's most dangerous operatives; Conan miscalculating his intelligence, abilities, and speed of response have resulted in several very close calls and awry plans.

Gin is a merciless and efficient assassin. He has no compunctions about killing or threatening fellow teammates. Fitting his icy personality, Gin's displayed range of emotions so far is relatively limited. Wearing a threatening smirk, he enjoys hunting traitors, watching the plans he has concocted succeed, and cornering his targets. Although he seems to take satisfaction with taking out someone personally, Gin is also satisfied with orchestrating a target's death even if he does not pull the trigger himself. He is not easily frustrated and takes setbacks in good stride, shown when he coolly orders a retreat when Shuichi Akai ambushed the Black Organization and when Bourbon tricks him and wastes his time by disguising as Scar Akai. He is patient and cautious, preferring to wait until success is most likely. He does not like potential loose ends, preferring to get rid of anything doubtful. Gin does not trust anyone and does not fully believe anything he doesn't witness himself.

Certain individuals elicit more of a response than others from Gin. Gin doesn't seem to enjoy [Vermouth's](https://anilist.co/character/6307/Vermouth) antics; he tried to put an icepick through her head after she disguised herself as a waiter to tease him. Gin finds [Bourbon,](https://anilist.co/character/62041/Tooru-Amuro) who has several shared characteristics with Vermouth, annoying as well. He has a personal rivalry with [Shuichi Akai,](https://anilist.co/character/12051/Shuuichi-Akai) and takes interest when the FBI agent gets involved. For uncertain reasons, Gin has an abnormal attachment to [Shiho Miyano,](https://anilist.co/character/1743/Ai-Haibara) so he broke from his normal efficiency-oriented hunting strategy in favor of a more dramatic confrontation with her for his personal enjoyment.

Kenji is the Earth father of protagonist Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon). Kenji, like his wife Ikuko, is totally clueless about Usagi's real identity. A stereotypical well-meaning Japanese salaryman, he works as a magazine reporter and later as an editor-in-chief. Kenji is quite affectionate with his wife. Early on, he becomes very upset when he sees Usagi with Mamoru Chiba. In the manga it can be noted that Kenji is the one member of his family who notices the similarities between Sailor Moon and Usagi. He senses a maturity in his daughter that comes when she is finally aware of her status as Princess Serenity, and notes that at times her beauty seems serene.

Hideyuki is [Kaori](https://anilist.co/character/2066/Kaori-Makimura)'s beloved older brother, and was [Ryou](https://anilist.co/character/2065/Ryou-Saeba)'s partner in City Hunter before his death.   Before he could tell Kaori a secret about her past, namely that she was found abandoned by Hideyuki's father and adopted, he was fatally wounded and later died in Ryo's arms. Hideyuki's final request was for Ryou to take care of Kaori.

Clow Reed is the magician who originally created the Clow Cards, and their magical guardians Cerberus and Yue. Born of an English father and a Chinese mother, Clow created a new type of magic that blended both Eastern and Western magical elements. His plan was to hand down the magic to people who would use and protect it while meeting all of the qualifications, however few people could learn his brand of magic. In the first anime film, the &quot;Madoushi&quot;, the spirit of a woman who had fought bitterly with Clow the appropriate use of magic is introduced. After she died, she attempted to continue the feud by having used her powers to embed her spirit in a book. After Sakura accidentally releases her Madoushi, the sorceress refuses to believe Clow is dead and attacks Sakura and her friends for trying to trick her. When Sakura is able to convince her that Clow has gone, the spirit realizes that she had truly loved Clow rather than hating them as she believed. Accepting he has died, her spirit vanishes.!~

Section 2 Division 2 Team 1: The giant from Okinawa. He is soft spoken and kind hearted. He wanted to join his father as a fisherman but easily gets seasick. He later joined the police force and eventually made it over to SV.2. Yamazaki&#039;s too large to fit in a labor&#039;s cockpit, so he is designated as the carrier driver for Unit 1. When not on duty he tends to SV.2&#039;s vegetable garden where his green fingers can be seen. Terada-sensei, as he is addressed by all of his students, is a teacher at Tomoeda Elementary School. Through the fourth grade and part of the fifth-grade year, he is the homeroom teacher of Sakura Kinomoto and every other recurring elementary student character. Terada appears to teach a variety of subjects, including physical education.

Guts' adoptive father, and leader of a mercenary band. Gambino trained Guts to be a mercenary like himself and even gave Guts his first scar (across his nose) during a practice fight. 

~!Gambino sold Guts as a sex slave one night to Donovan, a pedophile soldier, who analy raped young Guts and whom Guts later brutally kills afterwards. Gambino was later hit by a cannon blast in battle and lost his leg and the ability to fight. Katsura is the Gym Leader of Guren Island's (later the Twin Islands') Gym, known officially as the Guren Gym. He hands out the Volcano Badge to Trainers who defeat him. He is a highly intelligent man who specializes in Fire-type Pokémon.

Katsura likes to make up riddles and use puns even in inappropriate situations. Even so, he is a stern opponent and takes his role as Gym Leader very seriously. He values a keen challenger and makes sure they truly earn their Volcano Badge in battle. He has crafted his battle strategy around his Gym's volcanic location, which suits his Fire Pokémon against its biggest weakness, Water Pokémon.

A legendary priest known throughout the land as The Red Priest, Rezo was born blind, which provokes him into finding a cure. ~!He is believed to be Zelgadis&#039; grandfather and great-grandfather, and &quot;mercifully granted Zel power beyond comprehension&quot; (which is how Rezo explains it) by turning him into a chimera. In searching for a cure for his eyes, Rezo learned all sorts of magic, but none of them helped him. He then finally came to the conclusion that the one and only cure for his eye&#039;s would be to resurrect the dark lord Ruby Eye Shabranigdo using the legendary Philosopher&#039;s Stone. Unknown to the group at the time, he then planned to destroy the dark lord to prevent the destruction of the world, but everything goes wrong when Rezo and the group discover that Shabranigdo is sealed in Rezo&#039;s own eyes, which is the reason why his eyes are sealed. Rezo&#039;s body is over taken by Shabranigdo, and that ends up killing the great priest.!~

Before meeting Valgarv, Jillas' people were nearly hunted to extinction. After being injured by humans and losing his right eye, Valgarv saved him and took Jillas' life into his hands. He was than partnered with Gravos Maunttop, who was also saved by Valgarv. The two became close and Jillas frequently referred to him as &quot;Boss&quot;.    During the incident with Dark Star Dugradigdu, Valgarv, who had made an alliance with the overworlder Armace, ordered Gravos and Jillas to recover the five Dark Star weapons and bring them back to him. However, things became worse for Jillas when Gravos was assumed to be dead after losing control of Ragudo Mezegis and being blasted away by a Dragon Slave. Jillas swore vengence on the Slayers and eventually stole Gorun Nova from them by the use of psychological warfare.    Later, after everyone got separated and Valgarv was presumed dead, Jillas was rescued a fox named Elena and her son Palou, who called him &quot;uncle&quot;. When Jillas discovered that the Slayers were still alive, he abandoned them and tried to get his vengeance again. When trying to kill the Slayers, Filia Ul Copt saved his life from getting caught in an explosion with one of his bombs. He was very grateful and referred to her from that point on as &quot;Boss&quot; as well, a name that Filia was not comfortable with.    After the final battle with Dugradigdu, it was revealed that Valgarv had been reborn as a pure ancient dragon and was adopted by Filia. Jillas, along with Gravos (who had only been literally launched into orbit by the Dragon Slave) became her partners and are helping her sell maces and pottery in a shop.    While Jillas is not skilled in magic or swordplay, he can still be a formidable opponent thanks to his experience with guns, gunpowder and other explosives. He also has a knack of exploiting the existing frictions within an enemy group to his advantage, managing to turn the Slayers against each other on one occasion.

Elaine is a marriage decided by her parents, and the Earl himself was enthusiastic about Elaine but was shaken to marry Francoise. However, after that, he hopes to get Eleine, and persistently pursues Judy, which resembles Eleine, and conspires to conquer Switzerland in order to get Eleine. As a means to do so, he aimed at "Assassination of General Guisan" but failed. After being pursued spiritually by pursuing Elene so that Judy was mistaken for Elene, she was lost in a boat accident. In the 20th episode (final episode) of the anime, he failed in the “Guisan General Assassination Plan” and left without being lost.
