Mio is a beautiful young girl of average height, with long waist-length red hair and violet eyes. She is noted for having a distinctly voluptuous body for someone her age. After forming a contract with Basara, Mio gains a choker-like tattoo around her throat which takes the appearance of a love heart with two prongs extending around either side of her neck.

Mio normally displays a calm demeanor, preferring to remain quiet when around others; however, she is prone to outbursts when faced with inappropriate situations such as finding erotic magazines underneath Basara's bed or being left at the mercy of Maria's succubus curse. Despite this, she is also caring and affectionate, genuinely appreciate Basara's kind treatment and protection as well as feeling uncomfortable about having to deceive innocent people. Deep down she is afraid of her current situation and constantly being under threat, but when faced with danger she won't hesitate to face the challenge.

Rola is a girl that hates to lose to others, and stands out among them. She is also a fearless person that takes on the role of a big sister with an impertinent edge to it. She is also the type to act before properly thinking about the action.

<b>Kei Nagai</b> is an Ajin and the main protagonist of the series.

Kei was first shown with an academic, serious personality. He is very intelligent and hardworking with ambitions to be a doctor who cures illnesses that don't yet have a cure; specifically to cure his sister Eriko.

Despite Kei's lack of emotional investment in others, he seems to have strong personal values that he tries to live by. He demonstrates gratitude for Kaito's help and cares about his welfare. He also doesn't begrudge Satō for having killed others to free him, but does not support killing more people unnecessarily.

Mirei is a girl with a tough, lone-wolf personality and a rough way of talking. She also seems to have some tsundere traits and hides a love of cute things. Mirei is a former rival idol and she often wears monster claw costumes when on stage. She is also famed for her love of hardcore punk and having an eye patch. Her attire is normally covered with fake blood splatters, buckles, chains, leather straps, and metal studs. Her catchphrase is, "I'll claw you!"

Interestingly, her sense of style has paired her up with Syoko Hoshi and Nono Morikubo which eventually form an idol unit called "Individuals".

In the tie-in Cinderella Girls Theater skits, Mirei is introduced as a bit shy and very reserved. She enjoys looking at her fashions, usually mentioning her claws and nails, and it seems to be very recognizable due to her eye patch. She seems to be dragged into Yuki Himekawa’s antics quite often. When acting as a maid, she is very disgruntled and actually seems to get angry at the Producer. In a Camping Scene, she is actually afraid of Bears and ends up clinging to the Producer, much to Sana's surprise.

Very outspoken individual. Is also classmates with Tomoko.

Osoma is Asirpa's cousin.

She is a rambunctious, highly energetic child who has an affinity for games.

Osoma seems to have taken a liking to Genjirou Tanigaki, often playing with him and crying when he had to leave the kotan.

A member of a group of children who were incompletely summoned. Kenya is the leader of the pack and has a lively disposition.

Clara is one of the stranger students at the school, acting very much like an excited child. She has abundant energy that most students can't keep up with. The main protagonist and a second-year student of Sakuragabuchi Academy. His mother died several years ago.

She has a split personality; one side of her is kind, sweet, and caring as expected of a stereotypical shrine maiden who is attentive to her surroundings, Fuuka is quick to pull Inori Misuda aside at the risk of her being walked into.

She has an angry side to her which comes out when she races and sometimes in normal life.

Lisa Isaribi, formerly known as Feeler during her service in the Knights of the Ashen Flame, is a former Third Generation Pyrokinetic. She is a member of Special Fire Force Company 8.

Mother Valac is the mother of Clara, Urara, Konchie, Keebow, Sin Sin, and Ran Ran Valac. She is shown to be very loving towards her children and is frequently seen breaking out into song with everyone expect Urara and their father who only gets hinted at. 

Ran Ran Valac is the youngest sister of Clara. She's the third daughter and sixth child of the Valac family.

Sin Sin Valac is the younger sister of Clara. She's the second daughter and fifth child of the Valac family.

Keebow Valac is the youngest brother of Clara. He's the third son and fourth child of the Valac family.

Konchie Valac is the younger brother of Clara. He's the second son and third child of the Valac family.
