A rookie idol who was accepted into Starlight School in April. Rin was originally a Street Dancer whose wonderful dance made her known as "The Dancing Lightning." Her preferred brand is Dance Fusion.

Elma is a female dragon from the Harmony faction, the opposing faction of Chaos, which [Tohru](https://anilist.co/character/120970/Tohru) belongs to. She adopts the name Elma Joui as her human alias after she finds that she is unable to return to her world. Elma is the only dragon of the main cast who lives on her own in the human world.

Elma usually takes the form of a human woman with short black hair, large breasts, blue eyes, and a long spiral unicorn-like horn (which she can freely hide). In the anime and [Elma’s Office Lady Diary](https://anilist.co/manga/100756/Miss-Kobayashis-Dragon-Maid-Elmas-Office-Lady-Diary/), her hair also has purple tips. At work, she wears round glasses. She also wears a business suit which consists of a white shirt, light blue tie, a loose blue sweater, a grey blazer, and a dark grey knee-length skirt with light grey socks and black heels. Her casual attire in the anime consists of olive-green skin-tight trousers, a light blue jacket, a dark blue vest, and a yellow scarf. Her first outfit, which she also wears in her world while in human form, consists of a light tan scarf with a dark blue (sometimes black) leotard. She wears a purple kimono with pink piping and a dark blue sash over the leotard, with the top pulled down. She has bandages around her legs and sandals. She can be seen with a cobalt blue and turquoise tail (which she can freely hide). Sometimes, she carries around a long, brown trident.

In Elma's dragon form, she's a blue sea serpent with a brown horn protruding from her forehead and her brown trident is her tail. She can freely move around in the water because she is a water dragon.

The crybaby leader and the more reasonable member of the Colors.

Leader of the Tenka Goken. Onigawara is known for being merciless and a prominent hater of men, causing many to quit the academy. However, she softens significantly after meeting Nomura, showing many signs of affection.

When her father abandoned their family after having an affair, Onigawara had to deal with the mental backlash of her distraught mother. Because she resembled her father, her mother would call her “ugly” or “ the child of a demon” and would demand her to wear a demon’s mask whenever she was around. This would cement the thought that Onigawara was hiding her “shameful self” by wearing the mask and continued to do so even after she left home.

Onigawara is a skilled practitioner of the Kashima Shinden Jikishinkage-ryū school of Japanese swordsmanship. This style places an emphasis on proper breath control, allowing for improved strength and speed.

Yoshino is a teenager who goes out of her way to help strangers, speaking and acting as if she's more than just an ordinary person. She is straightforward, honest, and pure as the cleanest snow. Yoshino tends to act as if she's more in tune with her surroundings than humanly possible. She can find lost objects without fail, sense the presence of people trying to hide, and read surface thoughts. Even still, she does everything she can to help others. She enjoys visiting shrines and temples, and can also be seen dancing on the roof of one, in what appears to be a religious festival. It is likely that her profession before becoming an idol, if she is not a supernatural entity, is a miko.

It is implied that Yoshino might be a good luck kami (Japanese nature spirit), that the Producer interested into becoming an idol.

A first year high school student who has never experienced romantic feelings. She joins the student council, where she meets Touko Nanami. She lives above the family bookstore, where she occasionally works.

She is a member of New Light and was introduced in Volume 17. Lessar is a member of New Light with black hair and a dragon-like tail accessory which allows her to keep her balance when jumping because she can jump very high, but is also afraid of heights, as shown when she had no problems jumping to the top of a building but then hesitated to jump back down. She is the kind of girl who doesn't know how to keep a low profile. Lessar has so far made the most aggressive attempts at seducing Touma out of all the girls interested in him, and doesn't try to hide it. She once made a move on Touma while in a enclosed space in Russia but it is not shown what happened. After her clothes got wet from the snow and her bra could be seen through her top, instead of being embarrassed, Lessar is more annoyed that her secret weapon to seduce Touma has been wasted after all of her preparation. 

A child of the mountain people, she is always with Hulun and Towana. She is the most energetic of the three.

Philip was one of the main characters of the Ulysses: Jeanne d'Arc to Renkin no Kishi light novel and protagonists of the anime series. She is the princess of the principal of Burgundy.

Ray is a Siren Xenos. As a Xenos, Ray is far more intelligent and powerful than a normal monster. She is one of the strongest Xenos, being on par with a first class adventurer. Ray has golden feathers and blue eyes. She is described to be just as beautiful as Wiene. Ray's feathers have blue tips and she wears clothing similar to an Amazoness. 

Ray is warm and friendly. As one of the three leaders of the Xenos, she cares a great deal for the well-being of her kind and will go to great lengths to protect them. When Ray first encountered Bell and Welf, and briefly thinking that they were part of the hunters kidnapping the Xenos, she exuded an incredible bloodlust that was similar to a monster's instinctual urge to kill. Like most of the Xenos, Ray holds a strong desire to live on the surface with people. She wishes to fly in the sunlight and to be held by someone she loves. When the news of the death of Ranye's group, along with the capture Wiene and Fear, spread amongst the Xenos, she was one of the few that didn't immediately succumb to rage.

After meeting Bell and Welf and realizing they were not the Xenos hunters, Ray noticed that they were different from other adventurers and began to hope a little that things could change. When the Hestia Familia visited their Hidden Village, she was very friendly to them and helped to alleviate their mood with her singing. During the Xenos invasion of the eighteenth floor, Ray spotted Bell but had little hope for him supporting the Xenos. However, upon hearing that Bell rescued one of the Xenos, she was filled with joy and agreed with Lyd to go support him. Due to Bell continuing to assist the Xenos, even when doing so has brought him nothing but trouble, Ray has developed feelings for him.

Ray sometimes talks in a smattering way. She is also known for her beautiful singing voice, which caused her to become a rumor among some adventurers.
