Appearance: The License-less Rider is a young man of average height and weight. He wears an armored suit, with light-colored armor covering his torso and shoulders. He has a black leather suit under the armor and black gauntlets and kneepads. He also has a yellow bicycle helmet and dark shades.

Abilities: Not much of License-less Rider's abilities have been seen since he was defeated before showing any kind of action whatsoever. However, before being smashed to the ground and judging by his outfit, it seems that License-less Rider prefers hand-to-hand-combat and relies on his speed.

Ren is, in outward appearances, an extremely nice and polite star. However, he shows his true self whenever he deals with Kyoko. Although at times teasing, he harbors an unrequited love for Kyoko. She cannot reconcile the sweet "fairy-prince Corn" with Ren's current personality. Interestingly, at the age of twenty, Ren has lived a large portion of his life in America. In fact, he began his acting career in the US albeit disastrously. Although he gained experience, he was fired so often that he has lost count in contrast to the staunch and disciplined actor he is today. Fortunately, his past in America is unknown to the public as Tsuruga Ren is only a stage name. ~!Although there are hints of a dark past, his earlier years are shrouded in mystery. Issei is the Student Body President of Shirō's school, and another close friend of Shirō. Issei often asks Shirō to fix broken equipment for the Student Body to try and reduce save money on the school's bill. Issei and Shirō often have lunch together in the Student Body's office where they talk about what ever comes to mind. His father is the head priest of Ryūdōji Temple, and his brother was a classmate of Taiga and Neko-san. Yukiko's older brother and the developer of Ace, a state-of-the-art Gear equipped with artificial intelligence that allows it to read and predict an opponent's moves, formulating the perfect counters and strategies. Mikio is arrogant, egotistical, and smug, believing "stray dogs" like Joe are not worthy of standing in the same ring as himself. Mikio was passed over for becoming the head of the Shirato Group in favor of his sister, a fact that causes him to hold a grudge against her.

The main character and narrator. Ishida bullied Nishimiya Shouko in elementary school and when she transferred away, he was ostracized and bullied by his former friends. He started to ignore those around him (imagining them with a large X across their face) and was driven to the point of suicide. He changed his mind after he apologized to Nishimiya and began to spend time with her. He learned sign language specifically so he could apologize to her and is shown to be very talented in it. He feels like he hasn't been punished enough for bullying Nishimiya and often wishes he could kill his younger self. He seems resigned to the fact that he will never be able to have friends again.

One of the holy knights of the Britannia kingdom. He is a Diamond-ranked Holy Knight. 

Mazuurek holds the title of Count as a member of the Orbital Knights. He pilots the Martian Kataphrakt Sirenum.

Though he holds no contempt over the people of Earth, Mazuurek merely wants its resources and prefers not to fight. He apparently became interested in Earth because his name sounded similar to a Polish folk dance, Mazurka (pol. Mazurek), which is why he has come and wants to learn more about Earth.

Shunsuke is the older brother of Ayumi and Yuu.

Mamoru Chiba is the major romantic interest of Usagi Tsukino. He is often portrayed as stoic, steady and introverted. ~!This may be because when he was young his parents died in a car crash. This blocked his childhood memories of his current lifetime and opened up the memories of his previous life as Prince Endymion. Tuxedo Mask is a disguise Mamoru created for himself in order to hunt for the Silver Crystal incognito and, later, assist the Sailor Senshi in battle.  He is always addressed as Mamo-chan by Usagi throughout the series (Chibiusa also addresses him with this nickname later on). After dating for two years, Mamoru gives Usagi an engagement ring at an airport. The couple eventually gets married. In the future, they become king and queen of Earth and Crystal Tokyo and have a child together whom they name, Small Lady, but is in the majority of the series known as Chibiusa.  The manga develops Mamoru more extensively, showing that the car crash happened on his birthday and gives a glimpse of his parents. He also is given the power of psychometry, which also showed up in the anime, but was not given a name. This manifests in his ability to see and read dreams (such as Chibiusa's), heal people and monitor the status of the Earth. The anime tends not to develop Mamoru as much, however, he is shown to be more social than his manga counterpart. He's interested in a variety of subjects and is shown as smart.  Mamoru also has his left ear pierced in the manga, a trait that does not carry over to his anime counterpart.!~

 Leader of the Kurenai racing gangs, he is a street fighter that doesn&#039;t seem to feel pain. He fights Hatanaka Kouhei in round 1 where he severely breaks his own arm as a form of intimidation before viciously beating Kouhei. In round 2 he fights Ian McGregor with shadow bonding and nearly defeats the boxer. Shiba wins by breaking both of McGregors hands with his rock hard skull. Though he wins he is unable to continue due to injury. He is replaced By Andre who proceeds to throw him through the ceiling after a disgruntled Shiba confronts him and demands to know why he&#039;s being replaced by Andre in the tournament. After recovering from that, he is struck in the throat by Jack Hammer and knocked out. He&#039;s last shown (still injured), riding with his gang. Shiba makes a surprise return in the Son of Ogre series. At the request of Hanayama Kaoru, Shiba is to be Baki&#039;s training partner for the upcoming fight with Yujiro. Kaoru says Shiba must be Baki&#039;s partner because Shiba is weak. Baki is reluctant to fight Shiba at first, but finds a reason of his own when Shiba keeps on attacking him at various times throughout the day.

A top student of Doppo orochi, who left the dojo after having enough of Doppo&#039;s &quot;weak&quot; training regime and trained around the world. He returns to Japan after finding out the Underground tournaments.
