Tomboyish yet fashionable girl who is always shown eating snacks. Haruki is the typical lazy student who sleeps at class and is always looking for thrills, but is very sensitive about her family, which is full of siblings.

An intelligent girl who is usually seen tinkering on a computer. Her dark matter fictional weapon is a mallet called Mjolnir.

Takuma Sakamoto (Sakamoto Takuma) a.k.a. Diablo (gamer tag: &#64;Diablo-13) is the male protagonist of the series. He was a Cross Reverie player who controlled the character Diablo, known as the true Demon King. He always defeated players with better equipment and overwhelming skills, always holding back for being too strong. But one day he was invoked in another world, reincarnating in the body of his character, Diablo, finding two girls, a Pantherian and an elf, who claimed to have invoked him and that he should be a slave to one of them but due to his ring the magic back against them becoming slaves.

Mavis is a young knight part of the Crimson Vow and noble at birth. She decided to become a knight but her family strongly opposed her decision causing her to run away from home and attending the Hunter's Guild where she eventually joined the Crimson Vow. Mavis has a very dignified personality which really emphasizes her noble lineage. However, she has a hard time with sad and hard stories, often crying her eyes out.

She is Maria's bodyguard. When Maria decided to take the Hero Academy entry exam, Amane volunteered to take it too. Like Maria, she's a S-Class student in Hero Academy. She is very loyal to Maria.

Katou Mikuni is a member of Komi's group for the year 1 field trip.
Katou is one-third of Komi's first-year field trip group. She and Sasaki Ayami make a pact to make sure the trip is as fun as possible for Komi. Katou makes a schedule for the trip but things don't go as planned leading to her getting in a minor fight with Sasaki but Komi ends it quickly. Later on in the manga, Katou teaches Tadano and Komi shogi strategies.

He is a middle school student at Yotsuba University Affiliated Junior High School and a classmate of Mahiro Oyama.
