A retired hero who is one of All Might's colleagues and his former homeroom teacher. He was the one who taught All Might to control One For All during the his early days, and his training was so intense that All Might fears him to the point he subconsciously tried to forget about him until Grantorino sent his recommendation for Izuku to help him improve One For All, becoming his work place mentor. His Quirk is "Jet," allowing him to take in air through the sole of his foot to allow him to jump higher.

Juzo Honenuki is a student in Class 1-B at U.A. High School, and is one of four students admitted through recommendations; one being his fellow 1-B classmate Setsuna Tokage, the others being rival 1-A students Shoto Todoroki and Momo Yaoyorozu.

Juzo's Quirk allows him to soften any non-living thing he touches. For example, he can soften the ground to make it similar to quicksand, hindering movements and mobility. If Juzo makes contact again, he can undo the effect. He is also capable of swimming through softened material.

Quirk: Engine

Tensei Iida, also known as Turbo Hero "Ingenium", is the older brother of Tenya Iida and a former Pro Hero.

Outside of his hero armor Tensei looks much like his younger brother Tenya, with square features and short black spiked hair. A differing feature is that he possesses arrow-shaped eyebrows and has a slightly longer face.

Similar to his brother, he has engine exhausts protruding from his body, but out of the ends of his elbows instead of his calves.

**Also in Illegals:** Tensei meets with Koichi during an early morning run. Tensei is impressed with Koichi's Quirk and offers him a place in his agency, even expressing a desire for a sidekick with a fast mobility quirk. Later, when Tensei discovers Koichi has been working as a vigilante hero, he withdraws his offer to Koichi, but only because he believes him to be already in the right place.

Underneath his helmet, he has puffy red leaf-like hair, though his face has remained unseen since he has only been shown while wearing his mask. Shinji is a very serious and focused person when it comes to being a hero in his hero duties; however, he easily feels down when someone takes his glory or credit. 

Shinji's Quirk "Arbor" (樹木, Jumoku) allows him to enlarge and control his wooden body parts into strong tree branches. These branches are excellent for binding. 

Genba was at the football ceremonial entry for the nationals of the Football Frontier along with his teammates.

During Tonegawa Tousen's match against Inakuni Raimon, after Endou fails to use Fuujin Raijin to stop Goujin's new hissatsu, Backdraft, he tries to stop the shoot with his face. However, the shot was too powerful and he let in the 1-1, getting injured in the process. He received treatment outside the field, but refused to get substituted. However, when Tanukigahara Ponko showed up, he did get substituted.

Jean-Michel Roger is the head of the Security that gives commands or permission to Duel Chasers to enforce a Duel whenever needed. He is a seemingly cold, serious and calculating individual. He is cunning and methodical, being able to calmly take decisions in order to ensure criminals are apprehended. He also seems to have a love for chess and uses a chessboard to represent a Duel's progress. To get his own desires he is not above manipulation, whether it be verbally or general cheating.

He is the main antagonist of the Synchro Dimension Arc.
~!Jean is actually a resident of the Fusion Dimension who crossed over to the Synchro Dimension, infiltrating the dimension by rising to the position of Director of Security, enforcing the City's law. However instead of helping Duel Academy as an infiltrator for the invasion, he betrayed them and intends to control the Synchro Dimension and turn it into his kingdom instead. He strongly detests being subordinate to another party, having turned against Leo Akaba after realizing defecting from his cause would benefit his own ambitions, and the Executive Council due to them blocking his way to absolute power.!~
