Tenshinhan is a fictional character from the Dragon Ball metaseries and the franchise equivalent created by Akira Toriyama. Trained by Muten-Rôshi's rival, the Crane hermit he starts out as an enemy of Son Goku, but soon makes peace and becomes an ally. He is usually accompanied by Chaozu, his training partner and best friend, whom he can communicate with telepathically.  At the time of his introduction, Tenshinhan is among the most powerful warriors in the series, matched only by Goku himself. Like most other characters, his relative strength quickly diminishes as the story progresses.  As is the case with a handful of other characters from the early chapters of Dragon Ball, Tenshinhan was inspired by a character from Journey to the West; his unique feature of having a third eye was derived from the Chinese god Erlang Shen. Nakamori is an inspector for the Tokyo district. His division is nominally devoted to fraud cases, but he spends most of his time and energy capturing the gentleman thief Kaitou Kid.

Nakamori has been dealing with Kaitou Kid ever since he first joined the police force, not knowing that he has been dealing with the original Kaitou Kid, [Toichi Kuroba,](https://anilist.co/character/30378/Toichi-Kuroba) and the new Kaitou Kid, Toichi's son [Kaito,](https://anilist.co/character/1747/Kaito-Kuroba) who is best friend and the romantic interest of his daughter [Aoko.](https://anilist.co/character/13972/Aoko-Nakamori) Nakamori used to be a homicide police inspector, but gave that up to focus his time more on Kid. 

Nakamori has a fiery and boisterous personality, always yelling to direct his officers and losing his cool when one of his plans goes awry. Nakamori is extremely self confident. He is usually very self-assured his plans will work and cackles madly to himself at the thought of Kaitou Kid being caught in them. His many failures don't stop him from proudly declaring on live news broadcasts he will surely nab the Kid next time. Nakamori's experience in chasing Kid is balanced by his impulsivity which is his downfall. After a surprise, Nakamori is typically drawn into chasing a Kaitou Kid dummy or shutting off the defensive measures instead of wisely making sure that Kaitou Kid isn't still on the scene or only pretending to have bypassed security (which is often really the case). 

Though a dedicated and capable police officer, Nakamori is always outsmarted by Kid, and even when he captures Kid, Kid somehow finds a way to escape. Nakamori doesn't like asking for help, but heavily appreciates the work of [Conan Edogawa,](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) who often lends him a hand in trying to outsmart and capture Kid. All of the Kid's cases that involved Conan, end with the Kid giving back the treasure that he robs. 

Despite his intense dislike for Kid, Nakamori respects his rival's personality and sense of honor, willingly acknowledging that murder or similar capital crimes are completely out of the question for Kid. He becomes depressed and worried when Kid doesn't send out notices in a while because it means he has nothing to do; the return of Kaitou Kid pleased him greatly.

A human soldier and lieutenant in charge of the Clydesdale Platoon. During the first Earth-Mars War, his platoon consisting of many tanks were no match for the Martian's weaponry and Kataphrakts. He was forced to shoot his own best friend, [John Humery](https://anilist.co/character/88444/John-Humeray), that was trapped inside a burning tank after being frozen in fear. As a result, he developed PTSD after the first war. After experiencing the devastating defeat, he claims that the weaponry and machinery on Earth are no match for Martian technology but no one believes him. He becomes an instructor at Shin-awara High School during the second Earth-Mars war.

Kouichirou is a stubborn and carefree adult who often takes his work seriously. He is often seen slacking, drinking or being sarcastic towards his students. Due to his PTSD, he greatly regrets being unable to save his best friend and traumatizes over the past as he is not able to forgive himself. 

Although he does not look like a reliable person, he is very skilled when it comes to piloting Kataphrakts.

A hulk of a man, Tatsumi is the leader of the ninja clan Kenshin fights when looking for Tomoe. In the OVA, he is represented as a physically-fit old man with a ninja outfit who gives Kenshin the beating of his life before Kenshin kills him. His character cares a lot about the Tokugawa values. It should also be noted that in the OVA, he talks a lot, while all other members of his gang are never shown speaking.    In the manga, he is depicted (much like many of Kenshin's other enemies) as someone (literally) twice his size. His outfit is more like a judo outfit than (similar to Inui Banjin) a ninja outfit and he lacks pupils. He was the master of Inui Banjin and his death at the hands of Kenshin is used as an excuse by his student to join Enishi's Jinchu campaign. Taro is a scrapper of the Ghoul Restaurant and owned by Madam A. 

He was the head of the Phantomhive family and handsome enough to attract the attention of both Rachel and her sister Angelina, though he favored the older, more refined sister. It's because of his compliments on her red hair that Angelina originally began wearing red. Though he appears in several flashbacks, his face is never shown. He and Rachel were killed on Ciel's tenth birthday.   ~!Vincent was a handsome, well-dressed man with short, dark hair, a mole under his left eye and a kind smile. He bares a vague resemblance to Sebastian Michaelis.  When alive, he was shown to be exceptionally kind and welcoming. This was demonstrated when he noticed that Angelina is self-conscious of her red hair and he made a point to compliment it. He also welcomed Baron Kelvin in to his home, and always took a minute to spare a greeting and a kind word, while others of his social status looked on with disdain. People were shown to have been easily drawn to him, as Angelina fell in love with him easily, and as a child, Ciel accompanied Vincent whenever he could, even when still recovering from being ill.  He was a loving father and his family was always very important to him.  However, he was just as capable as Ciel at manipulating individuals, and Baron Kelvin took note of him and his acquaintances as being "evil noblemen." It is shown that Undertaker was acquainted with the Phantomhive family when Vincent was the head. Another is shown in chapter 75 when he gets a "German dog" which he had a bet with.  Vincent was the head of the Phantomhive household and acted as Queen Victoria's watchdog, both titles that Ciel later took over. Tanaka has shown to have worked for the Phantomhive family at least since Vincent's time.  Sometime while he was alive, he hosted a variety of parties that many others nobles attended. When Baron Kelvin attended one of these parties, it is the first time that he encountered Ciel, and he made a continued effort to network with Vincent after that. While Vincent was kind, the others were not, causing Baron Kelvin to believe he had to be more "beautiful" to be accepted by their social circle. As a result, Vincent is indirectly part of the reason for Baron Kelvin's obsession with undergoing plastic surgery and with Ciel.  On Ciel's tenth birthday, Vincent and his wife were killed in a fire, his son was kidnapped, and his manor was burnt to the ground. It seems that the reason for this was related to his work as the queen's watchdog and his control over the underworld. In the anime, his death is directly attributed to Queen Victoria.!~

Prince of Forland, Kaito is Alita's older brother and eight years her senior. She speaks of him fondly, bragging of his swordsmanship as well as his kindness. <b>Yuu Tosaki</b> is a high-ranked member of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

Generally, Tosaki has a commanding air about him and wears a serious expression. His answers are always short and to the point. He is also quite blunt and lacks patience.

He's quick to anger with certain triggers, such as multiple instances in which he snaps at the mispronunciation of his name - "Tozaki" as opposed to what he claims is correct, "Tosaki".

From the very start, Tosaki is shown to be morally ambiguous. It isn't above him to resort to violence through either his own force or those beneath him to get something done. If the consequences of his actions don't have a direct effect on him, his reaction is mild at best.

Tosaki relies heavily on Izumi Shimomura to protect him from the Ajin and their IBM with her own abilities, threatening her with the prospect of being locked up and experimented on if he dies.


Ogata is the former Superior Private of the 7th Division and a member of Hijikata's Group. Loyal only to himself, Ogata is pursuing the gold for his own reason, unknown to anyone.

Ogata is analytical and coldblooded, a proud sniper who is used to examining things from afar and evaluating circumstances in order to best take advantage of them. Even when at a disadvantage, he keeps his nerve and takes the most efficient course of action. He is also known for his marksmanship, a skill he honed since his childhood. He is ruthless and doesn't hesitate to kill, although he is aware that wanton slaughter is counterproductive, and would rather escape a fight he can't win than throw himself into it impulsively.

On the surface, Ogata is capable of acting amiable and polite; in order to achieve his goals, he can lie and deceive others. He is prone to caustic remarks and may openly look down on some people. Ogata also likes to snark about any perceived absurdity and incompetence, especially if it comes to warfare and keeping one's gun safe. Although he is generally emotionless and indifferent to others, Ogata seems to be a very proud man who doesn't like to be doubted. If challenged, he would attempt to do a task that someone says would be difficult for him. He has a habit of slicking his hair back, as well as exhaling through his nose when praised.

Atomic Samurai has a rather prideful and jocular personality as seen when he refused to shake Saitama's hand, telling him that he only acknowledges the strong, and telling Saitama that he would greet him properly only if he makes it to the higher ranks of S-Class. Atomic Samurai also enjoys his swordplay and makes a game out of it, often taunting monsters and showing off as he cuts them to pieces, Kamikaze also is straightforward to a humorous degree in many ways, and is incredibly confident and cocky.

__Abilities:__ Atomic Samurai is one of the top S-Class heroes. He is regarded as one of the most powerful of them, and the strongest backup hero in the Hero Association, he is also considered Earth's strongest swordsman. Atomic Samurai possesses extreme levels of speed, being able to cut his opponents to pieces in the blink of an eye using his sword.
