Ubik's design is directly based upon one of the Hellraiser Cenobite characters. He is also one of the Godhand, and thus extremely mysterious. He has the voice of an old man, and together with Conrad he shows Griffith a glimpse into his past so that he can make the choice to sacrifice the Hawks without question.

Chiyo's father first appears within a dream of Sakaki's, where he is given to her as a pet, claiming to be both a cat and Chiyo's father. In an episode not long after, a stuffed doll in his likeness is given to Chiyo for her birthday. He continues making appearances at regular intervals throughout the series, most often in Sakaki's daydreams. 

The former coach of Aquamarine and a burnt-out alcoholic, Eiichi saw an inner fire in Miku that reminded him of his one-time student. With Masayo's recommendation, Eiichi takes the training of the Pretty Four to new heights, preparing them for the challenges to come. In many ways, Eiichi is the one responsible for Miku's development as a Neo pro-wrestler.

A Tosa ronin and master of the Hokushin Itto Ryu (Hokushin Single Sword Style).  Acclaimed critic of the shogunate (and the Shinsengumi), but no member of the rebels. Speaks strangely, his weapon is a Smith &amp; Wesson revolver. Was a friend of Tetsu&#039;s father.

Juugo is the younger brother of Yokomizo Sango, who is also an inspector from Kanagawa police district. Both started their police career in Saitama, but some time later Sango transferred to the Shizuoka district. However, they do stay in touch and have even assisted each other in various (and even locally unrelated) cases.   Unlike his brother Sango, Juugo is serious, stern, and much less easygoing, and also much more impatient. Juugo is considered an adept inspector, but because of his habitual sinister stare he appears even more intimidating than his brother. As a result, he is not quite popular with any persons outside the force, especially if they are able to compare him with his brother.

Born in the Adachi ward in Tokyo, Masahiro Takenaka spent much of his life fighting one revolution after another.  Originally part of the Japanese Red Army, he had to leave the country after many of his compatriots had been arrested.  Now a co-leader of the Protectors of the Islamic Front, Takenaka often finds himself in friendly conflict with his partner and friend Ibraha.    Unlike his hate-inspired friend, years of experience has given Takenaka the ability of rationally analyze any situation.  He is calm, good natured, and sociable.  Being a communist, he is also an atheist.      He was able to correctly assess that the Lagoon Company, working with Mr. Chang&rsquo;s Triad, was headed for Basilan in the Philippines to deliver the P.I.F.&rsquo;s schedule regarding a Presidential assassination in the United States.  He successfully captured Rock, who he thought had the papers (they were on Revy), but lost him when Revy, Shenhua and Leigharch mounted a rescue.  He also had to kill Ibraha when he tried to order the Basilan insurgents they hired into a suicidal attack on a government base to stop them.         

Isaac is a British spy who works undercover in Kuchen. Since Kuchen insisted on remaining neutral, despite the time and era being just between two world wars, the British government wants to know if Kuchen can be influenced (by force if necessary) to support their side. So Isaac is sent, and for nearly a year he works in Kuchen in the disguise of an author, though he is not the only secret agent who works undercover in Kuchen.    Isaac actually received the title &ldquo;Sir&rdquo; for his service to his country. His parents were fallen noblemen that, due to poverty, were thrown out of their manor, something that affected his sister very much. He has three younger siblings, a sister names Rosa and two younger brothers. At some point after they were thrown out of their manor Isaac was left to take care of his younger siblings and was separated from his parents. He joined the army to earn money and support the family during World War I (he calls that time &ldquo;hell&rdquo;), and due to his outstanding conduct in battle was recruited to the secret services. Kuze is a full cyborg and is a main suspect in Section 9's investigation of the Individual Eleven. He is unusual among prostheticized individuals since he has chosen to have a sculpted face, which is far more difficult to manipulate than a standard prosthetic face. Due to this, Kuze's mouth typically remains motionless while he speaks.  Hideo Kuze is one of the known eleven members of the terrorist group known as the "Individual Eleven". During a mass suicide by the Individual Eleven, Kuze alone survived, leaving and hiding out in the Refugee Residential District. He spearheads a revolutionary socialist independence movement by the refugees in Japan. 

One of the Organization's members, he is the contact for Miria and Galatea.

Mukasa is Shibazaki's co-worker from the Records Division.  He assists Shibazaki in solving the riddles of the Sphinx at the most unlikely of times. He has a carefree personality and is often depicted eating something.

Harufumi Mogi is a Private detective. He appears in the case about the legacy of Renya Karasuma. It seems that he has the habit of dressing like a detectiv in the american 30s. He also is known for speaking plainly, in disregard of the current situation or the respective interlocutor. His character is based on the fictional detective Philip Marlowe.

He was a guest on a news channel hosted by Tom Wiles when mysterious land graffiti was reported being from attack satellites. Kellerman was convinced that aliens were responsible, either by manipulating the satellites themselves or by influencing people's minds. Either way, according to him aliens were responsible.

His name is a parody on the famous psychic Uri Geller.
