Silva is Killua's father. He is a silent, pensive figure, and Killua seems to rarely interact with him, although Killua does look up to him. Lupin's marksman. He can perform a 0.3-second quick-draw and shoots with amazing accuracy. He prefers to conceal his eyes using his hat, as it gives him a more enigmatic appearance. His hat is also an important element to his dead shot accuracy because he uses it for aiming and target acquisition. He is also proficient in the use of many different firearms, such as machine guns, sniper rifles, and even a PTRS anti-tank rifle.

Uryuu Ishida&#039;s father. He also knows the way of the Quincy and was one of the most powerful but he finds it a waste of time.

Aweaking nude, with no memory of his past, and accompanied only by Pandy who is in the same situation, he soon starts unleashing chaos onto the city with his &#039;new&#039; friend.    Having huge knowledge about fighting styles and weapons, he is also incredibly nimble and skilled. His mechanical head also gives him the ability to change his body and to control any robot or electronic device. In the OVA, it is said that he was a secret agent before losing his memory.

Sieghart was an elemental master who has the ability to control the forces of fire, earth, water, poison, lightning and to some extent space. He was loosely associated with Demon Card, in that it happened to assist his quest to "preserve time". According to him, the power of Etherion is a direct threat to time itself, and after he takes care of 3173 (a.k.a. Elie). Sieg is a serious person. He is very adamant about his purpose of protecting the flow of time, and will do anything to fulfill that purpose. He lightens up considerably after joining up with Haru's group, but remains a reserved person.  The name means win/victory/triumph (Sieg) hard (Hart) in German.    ~!It is later revealed that the skeleton guarding Resha's grave all along was in fact Sieghart himself.  When Haru, Elie and Sieghart attempted to return back to their time-line from 50 years in the past, after a sudden tearful goodbye, he had pushed the two into the future without returning himself.  He had realized his pre-destined fate, to guard Symphonia and Resha's grave from Overdrive and the world with his life for the next 50 years, until the decisive moment where they would once again find his skeleton and return to the past (as they themselves had just done over the past few days in the story's main timeline).  He knew that he could not "change" anything in the current time-line he was in as to not affect "Fate", so he sat in front of the grave for 50 years, unmoving, unhindered, completely isolated from the world and with no food or water... nothing.  His final words were, "I thought I could do nothing in this era, but there is still one thing I can do...  I can protect Elie to the end, yeah... don't you worry... Namu first appears in the 21st Tenka-ichi Budōkai, fighting Ran Fuan. He has problems fighting her, because he is a Buddhist monk and she strips to her underwear, socks &amp; shoes, but he overcomes and defeats her. His next fight is against Son Goku, and while it is an intense fight, he loses in the end. He competed because he needed the money to buy lots of water; where he was from, there was a terrible drought, and he had been sent to find a solution. Being defeated, however, he is unable to get the money to buy water and decides to leave. Muten Roshi reads his mind and gets acquainted with his intentions. He then gives him a capsule so that he can store water from a well, and in return, asks Namu to impersonate Muten Roshi in the crowd, as to protect Roshi's secret identity from his students, who were suspicious of Chun being Muten Roshi. In the 22nd Tenka'chi Bud�kai, he also makes an appearance in one of its anime filler, claiming to Goku and Roshi that this time he came to enjoy it, but he ends up losing to Tenshinhan on the preliminary rounds, as he was left unconscious and nearly killed as Tenshinhan wanted to leave a message to Goku and his friends. Later, he is killed by Piccolo Daimaō's minion, Tambourine. He is then revived by Shenlong. He is seen later in the DBZ series contributing to Goku's spirited bomb, and has a brief appearance in GT in the episode titled Piccolo's Decision. There are some rumors indicating that he might be related to Uub, but there is no confirmation. His name comes from the Nenbutsu: "Namu Amida Butsu".

Udono is Gennosuke's portly and jovial best friend. Altough he is very friendly, he faces massive rejection from the ladies. Often coming across as abrasive, he speaks his mind, and is unabashedly honest.  Udono's redeeming quality is his ability to expand and contract like a balloon. Because of his rubbery nature, weapons bounce right off of him. But unfortunately for Udono his trusting nature opens him to sneakier, underhanded attacks, which could ultimately lead to his doom.

Ukitake is the captain of the 13 Division in the Gotei 13. Ukitake Juushirou is respected by many, especially by his subordinates, for his honesty, loyalty, and personal sense of justice. He is afflicted with an unknown illness.

He has been close friends with 8th Division Squad Captain [Kyouraku Shunsui](https://anilist.co/character/1088/Jirou-Souzousa-Shunsui-Kyouraku) since his youth, about 2000 years or more ago. The two frequently work together.  It is implied that, since he has achieved the rank of captain, Ukitake must be a powerful fighter. He is considered to be one of the strongest captains besides [Yamamoto](https://anilist.co/character/5726/Yamamoto-Shigekuni-Genryuusai), Kyouraku, [Unohana](https://anilist.co/character/3845/Unohana-Retsu), and [Aizen](https://anilist.co/character/1086/Aizen-Sousuke). However, he is limited by his illness to fighting only for short periods of time; excessive action triggers fits of bloody coughing (another classic symptom of tuberculosis).

Kuzan, better known by his former alias Aokiji, is one of the three Marine admirals. Kuzan is a very laid back man, showing no shock or surprise from almost anything. His lack of interest and lazy justice (as he describes his motto himself) let others often believe he can not possibly be a marine of such a high ranking. However, if he deems a situation worthy, he will take action.  He seems to be the kindest of the three admirals, helping [Tonjit](https://anilist.co/character/23202/Tonjit) at Long Ring Land to cross the ocean with the power of his Devil Fruit and even letting [Nico Robin](https://anilist.co/character/61/Nico-Robin) escape the Buster Call on Ohara. He seems to dislike the Shichibukai, or at least [Crocodile](https://anilist.co/character/2749/Crocodile); he said that the only reason he did not kill [Luffy](https://anilist.co/character/40/Monkey-D-Luffy) was that Luffy had defeated Crocodile. In contrast to his fellow admiral [Sakazuki](https://anilist.co/character/22687/Sakazuki), Kuzan has a sense of honor. Kuzan's moral stance is unknown, but it is likely that he follows Moral Justice. He is disgusted by Sakazuki's brutal actions in dealing with situations, calling him a fool. While he may follow Moral Justice, he does understand the position his ranking puts him in, as he does not hesitate to do what is necessary for the needs of the Marines.

"Nabeshin" is the well-known nickname of anime director, Shinichi Watanabe. Watanabe himself is notorious for inserting himself into anime using his character, Nabeshin. He is the Deus Ex Machina of Excel Saga and a main character in Puni Puni Poemi, and while he does not appear explicitly in Nerima Daikon Brothers, it is almost universally known that the "rental guy" character is one of Nabeshin's incarnations as he, like all of Nabeshin's roles, is voiced by Brett Weaver in the English dub.  Additionally, he made a brief appearance in episode 24 of Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge, and he is also the narrator in "The Road to Becoming a Lady" of the same series. Nabeshin also appears in episode 32 of Hayate the Combat Butler, and has a 1-frame appearance as a mechanic in Eyeshield 21, episode 16. In SKET Dance he had an appearance in episode 8 as a dub director.

As commander of the Zero Zero Organization, he is boss of the 9 Number Group. His personal history is wrapped completely in mystery, and no one knows his true identity. His relationship with Mylene can be seen as one of a father figure, but during a mission, their exchanges are always businesslike. On occasion, he has shown emotion when speaking frankly with his subordinates, but he is essentially calm, cool, and collected, allowing him to give his subordinates appropriate orders. He is the brains of the Zero Zero Organization.

Mamoru Chiba is the major romantic interest of Usagi Tsukino. He is often portrayed as stoic, steady and introverted. ~!This may be because when he was young his parents died in a car crash. This blocked his childhood memories of his current lifetime and opened up the memories of his previous life as Prince Endymion. Tuxedo Mask is a disguise Mamoru created for himself in order to hunt for the Silver Crystal incognito and, later, assist the Sailor Senshi in battle.  He is always addressed as Mamo-chan by Usagi throughout the series (Chibiusa also addresses him with this nickname later on). After dating for two years, Mamoru gives Usagi an engagement ring at an airport. The couple eventually gets married. In the future, they become king and queen of Earth and Crystal Tokyo and have a child together whom they name, Small Lady, but is in the majority of the series known as Chibiusa.  The manga develops Mamoru more extensively, showing that the car crash happened on his birthday and gives a glimpse of his parents. He also is given the power of psychometry, which also showed up in the anime, but was not given a name. This manifests in his ability to see and read dreams (such as Chibiusa's), heal people and monitor the status of the Earth. The anime tends not to develop Mamoru as much, however, he is shown to be more social than his manga counterpart. He's interested in a variety of subjects and is shown as smart.  Mamoru also has his left ear pierced in the manga, a trait that does not carry over to his anime counterpart.!~

Johnny is happy-go-lucky, much like Yosaku. Jonny tends to be the more serious of the pair, though he acts being silly around Yosaku from time to time. Johnny is also dimwitted to some extent. He also has a huge cowardly side to him, as seen when he willingly abandoned Zoro to run off to safety with Usopp.

Mohji's pet. Despite his size and fierce look he mostly acts like a kitten and has his goofy moments when he is doing nothing. He also isn't very bright and occasionally thinks about nothing but food. Due to his actions, he is a major antagonist of the Orange Town Arc.

Gluttony is the second homunculus to appear in the series, typically being in the company of Lust. He is a large, simple-minded homunculus whose thoughts rarely stray far from eating. He has powerful jaws, acidic saliva, and can and will eat almost anything. He particularly likes eating people, and the only way he can find enjoyment in a battle is if he believes he can eat his opponent afterwards. A running gag in the manga and anime is asking Lust (or any other Homunculi) if he can eat someone. He apparently prefers girls (as in to eat) and also seems to share a bond with his partner Lust.     There is no significant information pertaining to his role in the 2003 anime series.     __In the manga and 2009 anime series;__  Gluttony is the sixth Homunculus created by Father...   ~!and the failed product of Father&#039;s attempts to create a Gate of Truth. When activating this gate, Gluttony&#039;s stomach opens up, revealing a large eye at its center. His ribs spread out to act as a border for the gate, and then double as large extendable teeth. With these teeth Gluttony can consume everything in his eye&#039;s field of vision in an instant, which is then transported to a realm within himself. Artifacts from centuries before the start of the series can be found there, indicating Gluttony&#039;s age.
