Vodka is a member of the Black Organization who is often seen by [Gin's](https://anilist.co/character/6305) side. His official position is that of secretary in the general oversight division, so he handles most of the research and information for the duo, such as setting up meetings _(309-311),_ and relaying information to other members _(54, 345)._ Vodka is often seen using some transport. 

Vodka speaks and acts like a typical mafia or Yakuza type gangster, and he is just as ruthless a killer as his partner Gin. However, he is also more easy-going and trusting than the latter, thus making him more susceptible to traps [Conan](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) sets to apprehend the Organization. In addition, he tends to not perform well under stress without guidance from Gin or other characters.

A former member of Yietta&#039;s military, Joshua L. Balboa is the navigator aboard the Cha-Cha Maru. A somewhat pragmatic, yet fun-loving individual, Balboa tends to second-guess everyone&#039;s decisions, mostly because of his military background. He showed up once at Cross Academy serving for a short while as a Night Class teacher to decide whether Zero is considered dangerous or not. He also appears briefly in volume five, when he appears shocked about the council's decision to punish Zero.  ~! Pilaf is a major antagonist during Dragon Ball. He is a small, impish demi-human who craves nothing more than power and dreams of ruling the world. He is an emperor in that he has a crown and a castle. He rules over an empire known as the Reich Pilaf, however the only members of this evil empire are his two followers Shu and Mai. He collects all of the Dragon Balls once, but is foiled by Goku, and his friends. A second time, he is stopped by the Red Ribbon Army, and a third time, he releases Piccolo Daimaō, who betrays him soon after. At the beginning of the Dragonball GT, Pilaf accidentally wishes for Goku to be turned into a young kid with the Black Star Dragon Balls, setting into motion the events of the entire series.

Pope Sage (教皇セージ Kyōkō Sēji?) is the Pope in Sanctuary and the former Cancer Gold Saint. Sage and his twin brother Hakurei are the only Saints who survived the last Holy war and since then he has been planning his revenge against Thanatos and Hypnos due to the death of all his partners.    As the Pope, Sage trained Manigoldo who became the next Cancer Saint and also investigates about the gods related with Hades. Sage is skilled in techniques related with souls and also has a large number of talismans able to seal the power of the gods, called Talisman Cage ( タリスマン・ケージ Tarisuman Kēji?). During his encounter with Thanatos, he seals him in the Holy Coffer thanks to his brother&#039;s Altar Silver Cloth, paying that with his life.    It was revealed in flashbacks, that Sage was aware of Gemini Aspros&#039; treason and his plot to assassinate him. Sage devised an strategy along with Virgo Asmita to discover his motivations.

The captain of the Shohoku judo team, Tatsuhiko Aota is a childhood friend of the Akagi siblings, having argued with Takenori over which sport was better, judo or basketball, since their youth. This grudge continued until their present age, where their feud is over which team will be National Champion first. He once tried to make Sakuragi join the judo team because he considered his fighting skills exceptional, and to achieve this, "bribed" him with some photos of Haruko when she was younger. Still, Sakuragi refused, saying simply, "because I'm a basketball player" (actually because he knew he would actually be closer to Haruko if he stayed with the basketball team). But Tatsuhiko does not give up on trying once in a while. He is rather loyal to Takenori when the need arises, cheering him on when he is outplayed and hard-pressed during the second Ryonan match.   Despite his inability to physically coerce Sakuragi into joining the judo team, Tatsuhiko has proven that he is skilled, as he is the sole member of the judo team to qualify for the National Championships in judo. It is also worth noting that Tatsuhiko has had a crush on Haruko since they were young. She calls him "Ta-chan" instead of by his last name, which irritates Sakuragi immensely. Sakazuki - Admiral Akainu, formerly known as Vice Admiral Sakazuki, is an Admiral in the world of One Piece, one of only three to hold such a position and subordinate only to Fleet Admiral Sengoku. In English, his name means "Red Dog."  Akainu is a firm believer in "Absolute Justice", going as far as destroying the refugee ship simply due to the possibility of even one scholar sneaking on board. His logic is that if even one of the scholars of Ohara had escaped with it, the mission would've been a failure, much to the dismay of Aokiji, who called him a fool for overdoing things. As an Admiral, Akainu is able to command vast number of Marine troops that are under his rank. Most of all, he has the ability to order a Buster Call attack on any island. In addition to this, given that he holds the same rank as Kizaru and Aokiji, it can be assumed that he commands comparable fighting abilities to those two.  He has the devil fruit ability where he is able to transform his body into magma.   

~!During the timeskip, Sakazuki was nominated for the position of fleet admiral after Sengoku had retired. Kuzan, however, was against the idea of having him become the new fleet admiral and the two admirals battled each other for the position on Punk Hazard. Sakazuki ended up as the victor of that battle, although both men were seriously wounded. Sakazuki, however, decided to let Kuzan live because they were comrades. After becoming fleet admiral, Sakazuki decided to relocate the Marine Headquarters to the New World in exchange for the Marine branch.!~

Lancer of Red is the Lancer-class Servant of Shirou Kotomine of the Red Faction in the Great Holy Grail War of Fate/Apocrypha. Originally summoned by one of the five puppet Masters of the Red Faction, he later becomes one of the Servants of Shirou.

Yamu is paired up with Spopovich and sent to the World Tournament to gather energy for Babidi, the evil wizard. The energy they are sent to gather is needed to awaken Majin Buu. When Yamu and Spopovich complete their task, Babidi kills Spopovich and when Yamu sees this he tries to escape but is killed by Pui Pui, one of Babidi&#039;s head cronies.

Eis Shenron, Nuova's twin brother, is one of the seven Shadow Dragons. Eis is the dragon of the Three-Star Dragon Ball.

Jose is the biggest member of the group, and also appears to be the oldest, as well as the wisest. He is responsible for setting up the Circuit to achieve their goal through the WRGP. He first appears alongside his comrades when Placido acquires his Machine Emperor Wisel Infinity. He later appears during the WRGP opening party and subsequently chastises Placido for his impatience and briefly explains their plans for the WRGP. During the intruder&#039;s invasion of the party, he takes note of Aki&#039;s psychic powers.    Later, prior to Luciano&#039;s tablet arriving, he, along with the others, watches Yusei and Aki&#039;s Riding Duel, and realizes that they do not have the necessary &quot;power&quot; yet, but he has faith that their plans will succeed through the WRGP.

Jiren is a man who devotes everything to justice and never acts for selfish reasons; he lives to protect Universe 11, even stating that he would leave the tournament while it was happening in order to return there if any problem arose in the 48 minutes of the tournament. ~! When Toppo tells Jiren to participate in the Tournament of Power, he initially refuses to enter - as while it is his duty to protect Universe 11, he will not cause the destruction of other universes to save his own. He will never kill any villains he defeats and instead captures them. Even more, he shows disgust towards those who actively kill and do not follow justice. This is seen when Jiren mocks Hit's "honor" as an assassin, deeming it as rubbish. However, Jiren has a wish that he wants to fulfill, to the point that he will go against his own principles to get that wish - and as such he enters the tournament to obtain the Super Dragon Balls, although he still states that if any trouble should occur for Universe 11, he would immediately leave to help. !~

Former goalkeeper of the Japanese national team, Genzo Wakabayashi's coach, All Japan Jr. Youth's coach First appearance in Captain Tsubasa chapter 1  Former goalkeeper of the Japanese national team. He is the personal coach of Wakabayashi. He was be the first to find out who Roberto really is. He made Wakabayashi follow a hellish training before his match against Nankatsu and Tsubasa. As Wakabayashi felt depressed after taking a goal, Mikami hit him and told him that he would stop coaching him. That made Wakabayashi return to the field with more composure. At Wakabayashi's side as he was unable to play during most of the national tournament, he took care of Wakabayashi's injury in order to help him play the final match. Wanting the Japanese soccer to level up at all cost, after the tournament he was sent by the Japanese soccer organisation to West Germany. Before leaving, he asked Wakabayashi if he wanted to go with him, and Wakabayashi agreed.   Mikami returned to Japan alone after 3 years, to see the middle school national tournament. His objective is to gather the best players to form the All Japan Jr. Youth team, in order to take part in the International Jr. Youth Tournament in France. Mikami listened to the players' wishes a lot, followed Misugi's tactical suggestions, and even accepted the decision from some of the players not to let Tsubasa play. He asked his former pupil Wakabayashi to play the role of the bad guy, in order for the team to realize the strength of the other countries. His tactical decisions proved great in the first two matches, as he kept Misaki and Misugi as secret weapons, which overturned the tide of these matches. However, he made a mistake by listening to Misugi and the Tachibana twins in the match against France, by letting them play, which left Japan with no substitutions left, only 10 players on the field, and 5 of them being injured in extra time. Still winning thanks to their guts, Mikami's last decision was to let Wakabayashi play the final match against West Germany, and that had a huge positive consequence on the game.   Starting as All Japan Youth's coach in the World Youth series, Mikami had to tell Wakashimazu that he would chose Wakabayashi as the regular keeper, ending up in Wakashimazu leaving the team. As the R.J.7 appeared, Mikami had to go through surgery for an appendicitis complicated into a peritonitis, leaving his role of coach to Gamo, though this decision wasn't motivated by his surgery but by Gamo's passion. In the end of the Asian preliminaries, Wakashimazu came back in the team, presenting his excuses to Mikami, who admitted that both of them were being stubborn, which probably came from their single-minded goalkeeper characters.   In Road to 2002, Mikami was Japan Youth's coach, formed by the next age players and led by Sawada. He commands wolf chimeras to search for Julia, and kills Atlas out of revenge for his parents' murder. However, he also tries to destroy Milos out of bitterness for the city's betrayal of his family, which brings him into conflict with Julia.
