The Mio Fan Club Freshmen are two unnamed girls, who are members of the Mio Akiyama Fan Club. They first appeared in the episode Tea Party!, where they both stalked the Light Music Club room to have a glimpse of their idol Mio Akiyama (their real purpose was to see the sticker on Mio's hair). Their cover was blown by Nodoka Manabe. They both fell on the floor and immediately introduced themselves as members of Mio's fan club. They brought snacks for the Light Music Club a few days later and also attended the Mio Akiyama Fan Club tea party.
