One of the former Four Kings of the VOLTS, currently working as a guiding agent in Shinjuku. Kadsuki is the one to go for if you want information on just about anything; chances are, he knows all of your secrets, too. He keeps in close contact with Shido and Ginji, but he doesn't usually work with them. Kadsuki fights with strings, as one might expect from the Fuuchouin String Style; there are a great many elusive fragments of this art that can't be traced. However, it is an incredibly flexible skill -- he can overhear conversations that take place in the presence of one of his strings, change his physical appearance and voice, sew people's mouths and eyes shut.

Makoto Hyuga is First Lieutenant at NERV and a computer technician. He is something of a nerd, reading manga while on his break time, but is a hard worker, nonetheless. He also appears to harbor a deep crush for Misato, as Lilith approaches him during his implementation in the form of Misato.

Artificial Human #17, Android 17 in the English adaptations, is a fictional character who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama, as well as Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball GT.    Originally a human, he is constructed into a cyborg by Dr. Gero like his twin sister. 17 is a mass murderer in Future Trunks&#039; timeline.    Number 17 is not an android created by Dr. Gero. He and his twin sister #18, were once human. How could they be twins if they weren&#039;t once human? Toriyama said Gero found them as a couple of hooligans. They existed before Dr. Gero, therefore, they are not robots. An android is a robot and a cyborg is a human with robot parts in them. Considering what he can do, #17 is probably about half human.    Now as to the motivation behind #17 killing Dr. Gero, that&#039;s subjective. While they didn&#039;t necessarily like being turned into cyborgs, once it was done, it couldn&#039;t be undone. It was Dr. Gero&#039;s strangle hold on their freedom, as represented by the &quot;controller&quot; device, that inspired #17 to kill him. Threat + Rebel = dead Gero. They were both rebels. You should never try to put a leash on a rebel.    Later, #17 and #18 drive around in a van with Android 16, looking for Goku. When they finally get to the Kame House, Piccolo tells them Goku is not there. He refuses to tell them where he went to, and thus Piccolo challes #17 to a battle. As they fight, Piccolo&#039;s ki leads Cell (an evil insect freak spawned by Dr. Gero&#039;s computer who needs to absorb #17 and #18 to reach its perfect form) to the battlefield. He offers #17 to surrender so he can become a part of *greatness*. #17 refuses, and is defeated during the battle.     ~!Number 17 is killed when Cell explodes, but is wished back to life along with the other people on Earth who had been killed by Cell. #17 has his explosive device removed by Kuririn with the second wish. The last time we see #17 in DBZ is when he is in the woods donating energy for Goku&#039;s Genki-Dama. In the war following the return of the colonialists to Earth, he and Abel took the side of the vampire returners. When Lilith's influence made Abel question their choice, Cain killed her. When his Crusnik powers are activated, Cain's lips and eyes turn red, his hands grow blue claws, he grows four white wings, and a black lance materializes in his hands. In this state, he can generate destructive red energy. When not in Crusnik form, he appears to have the power to launch a destructive and invisible force from his hands and to possess super strength. Among the four Crusniks, Cain is the only one who has fused 100% with his nanomachines in the novels, however in the anime Abel also achieves 100% fusion, without the insanity, after being infused with Lilith's nanomachines. After his heartbreaking lost against Seigaku's Kaidou Kaoru, he decided to train harder, which led to his triumph against Yamabuki's Sengoku Kiyosumi. He is somewhat in bad terms with Momoshiro after the latter broke his bike when Momoshiro tried to catch a thief.

Master Sergeant Kain Fuery is a kind man who cares for animals and everyone else. He was the one who brought Black Hayate into the eastern Headquarters, though he freaked out about Riza's methods of training. He is part of Roy Mustang's group and is the youngest member, the only non-commissioned officer in the group.  Fuery is extremely talented with radio signals. Fuery is the soft-spoken technical wizard under Mustang's command. He isn't used to much hand to hand fighting, but is handy enough in a pinch.

Shadi is the guardian of the tomb, the original resting place of the seven Millennium Items. He is the reincarnation of one of the Pharaoh's six priests 3,000 years ago. Because he was killed by Bakura at least five years ago, he is actually a ghost whenever he appears in the anime series. Shadi carries the Millennium Scales and the Millennium Ankh.

Hayao Kakizaki was born in Japan on 1991. He was assigned in the Vermilion Squadron under the command of Hikaru Ichijyo. He pilots a brown-white VF-1A Valkyrie in the television series and in The Super Dimension Fortress Macross: Do You Remember Love? movie, he pilots a green-striped VF-1A Valkyrie. Among the pilots of the Vermillion Squadron, Kakizaki is the least serious. His characterization adds to an already heavy laden humorous anime even more comic relief. He is portrayed also as being a laid back character, which often at times would endanger him while out battling the Zentradi. Compared to his teammates, Kakizaki is also the least experienced pilot, and from time-to-time, Hikaru and Max had to save him from being killed.

Sometime in the 17th century, Amano Jyaku began his search for the Choujin in the human realm - it is not known whether Megumi Amano or Kuroko accompanied him. Also, during this time, he must have encountered Suikakujyu and started of his infamous rivalry with him.

"Esper" Roba known in the English anime as Espa Roba, is a duelist who claims to have ESP. In reality he is a fraud who uses his younger brothers to spy on and relay back to him the cards in his opponent's hand, thus allowing him to 'predict' the opponent's strategies almost before they perform them.

Roba is a young duelist who entered Battle City to uphold his reputation and protect his younger brothers. He is first shown defeating Rex Raptor and taking his "Serpent Night Dragon". Rex advises Joey Wheeler not to duel Roba on the grounds that his psychic abilities allow him to read all the cards in his hand. With an air of self-confidence, Joey accepts the duel and begins.  Although Roba initially gains an advantage due to the fact he knows what cards are in Joey's hand and on his field, Joey infers what is happening and attempts to confuse his watchers from above by putting the cards "Skull Dice" and "Graceful Dice" close to each other in order to confuse Roba. Mokuba Kaiba eventually discovers the source of Espa's "psychic" abilities in that his brothers spied upon Joey's hand from upon a high rise building. However, the brothers plead with Mokuba to let Roba continue with the duel, stating that he is a strong duelist despite his cheating ways. The psychic front was to build an impression of an undefeatable duelist and thus deflect any abuse that was usually heaped upon Roba and his brothers. To Mokuba, this situation paralleled his brotherly relationship with his older brother, Seto and he let Roba continue the duel. Due to this, Roba's psychic reputation is tarnished but he continues his duel with Jonouchi nevertheless.  Roba eventually Summoned "Jinzo", whose severely crippled Jonouchi's overall strategy. Finally, Jonouchi played "Roulette Beetle" ("Roulette Spider") which forced "Jinzo" to attack a random target on the field, Jinzo attacked Esper's "Reflect Bounder", who then reflected the assault back on "Jinzo", destroying them both and losing Roba the duel. Due to the Battle City regulations, Roba forfeited his rarest card, "Jinzo", to Joey upon his defeat and commented that he was ready to stand up for his brothers without cheating. Raidō Namiashi is a Tokubetsu Jōnin of Konohagakure.    Despite the handful of fights he has been in, Raidō has yet to be seen in extended combat. Given that he was a bodyguard for the Third Hokage, and that the Sound Four needed to activate their cursed seals in order to defeat him, it is likely that he is a formidable fighter. It was shown that when Hidan and Kakuzu attempted to kill Kotetsu and Izumo, Raidō successfully attacked and fended off Kakuzu with a unique sword called &quot;Ebony Blade&quot; (黒刀, Kokutō), which resembles a katana with a darkened, non-reflective surface.

Dorian is a Water-type Pok&eacute;mon Trainer who runs the unofficial Coastline Gym near a beach south of Blackthorn City. Dorian puts on synchronized swimming shows with his Pok&eacute;mon because he&#039;s a big fan of The Sensational Sisters - Daisy, Violet, and Lily. Misty in particular was enraged by Dorian&#039;s statement that Lily was prettier than she was. Dorian defeats Ash, but Dorian later respects Misty after she shows off her Psyduck&#039;s powerful Confusion attack.

Brad is a action movie star with many adoring female fans. Ash and his friends first meet the star when he approaches them in disguise and hands them a bundled up blanket. He asks them to watch it for him and then he leaves. Inside the blanket was a Smoochum. Later on he goes back to get his Smoochum back but can&#039;t find them anywhere due to an interference with Team Rocket. His manager, Vidso, soon finds him and orders him to go back to the set with him.     After dealing with Team Rocket, Ash and the gang learn where Brad was and go there to give Smoochum back to him. But they are confronted by his manager and he tells them that Brad doesn&#039;t want Smoochum anymore. When they were about to leave Brad heard Smoochum&#039;s voice and came running. He was overjoyed to have her back. Vidso suggested to him that he get rid of Smoochum because he feared that his reputation would be ruined. He wanted him to have a tough Pok&eacute;mon such as Charizard or Houndoom. But Brad explained that he could never abandon Smoochum because it was because of her that he was able to get as far as he did in being a celebrity.     Completely unfazed by Brad&#039;s story, Vidso was still intent on getting rid of Smoochum. So he orders two security guards, which happen to be Team Rocket in disguise, to get rid of the kids and Smoochum. Team Rocket decided to put their own plans into play and attempted to steal Smoochum.     Seeing that Smoochum was in danger, Brad jumps into action and fights Team Rocket himself without the aid of any Pok&eacute;mon to save her. Thinking that it was a show, Brad&#039;s fans cheered him on. Afterwards, Brad tells his fans that Smoochum is his real life Pok&eacute;mon. Vidso believed that his career was over now. However, Brad&#039;s fans also loved Smoochum and she is now a star in his movies as well.

Brocken Jr. is the son of German Nazi Zangyaku Choujin (残虐超人, Brutal Superman) Brockenman (ブロッケンマン). He looks very similar to his father and wears the same uniform. However, he never portrays any Nazi beliefs. Because his father is murdered by Ramenman he initially hates Ramenman as his father's enemy, but after being touched by his greatness they enter into a sensei and pupil type relationship. He later joins Kinnikuman and the Idol Choujins and defeats many an Evil Choujin with his young German Spirit (ゲルマン魂, Geruman Tamashii?). Unlike his father, Brocken was raised as a Seigi Choujin (正義超人, Justice Superman), although he'll sometimes fight in his father's brutal style. The Brocken Family of which he belongs is human, and when a young man reaches adulthood he is given a Totenkopf (ドクロの徽章, Dokuro no Kishou) to wear on his uniform, which turns him into a Choujin. The proof of his Choujin body is the Swastika tattoos that appear on his arms. His name was originally spelled as Brocken Junior (ブロッケンジュニア). Morty (Matsuba in the Japanese version of Pokemon) is the Gym Leader of Ecruteak City&#039;s Gym, known officially as the Ecruteak Gym. He hands out the Fog Badge to Trainers who defeat him. He is a young man who uses Ghost-type Pokemon.    In the anime  Morty appears in three episodes  of the anime: A Ghost of a Chance, From Ghost to Ghost, and For Ho-Oh the Bells Toll!.    He teaches classes on training Ghost-types. He knows that most Ghosts lack physical power, and relies on disabling his opponent by confusing or frightening them.    Ash, Misty and Brock first meet Morty when they mistakenly went to the Burned Tower thinking it was the Gym. His Ghost Pokemon had created an illusion of fire to scare the trainers away, but Morty settled them and introduced himself as Gym Leader. He told them about the legend of Ho-Oh and the two towers of Ecruteak, but didn&#039;t believe that Ash had ever seen Ho-Oh. When Team Rocket kidnapped Pikachu and Togepi, he used his powerful Gengar to stop them.  Whitney&#039;s and Morty&#039;s appearance in Bagged Then Tagged!.    The next day, Ash and Morty had their Gym battle. Ash was able to defeat him by relying on his Noctowl&#039;s Foresight to weaken Morty&#039;s Ghost Pokemon and make them vulnerable to Normal attacks. After Morty was defeated, he said he believed that Ash may very well have seen Ho-Oh, given Ash&#039;s great spirit.    When Ash and company returned to Ecruteak on their way to Mahogany Town, it is revealed that he and Eusine have a close relationship because they both study rare legendary Pokemon.    He makes a small cameo along with Whitney in Bagged Then Tagged! when it was revealed that Lyra&#039;s next Gym challenge was supposed to be one of them.       In Pokemon Adventures  In Pokemon Adventures, he is a natural version of the Itemfinder, using his powers to locate lost objects and Pokemon. He has clairvoyant psychic abilities that allow him to see things at a distance. He was unfortunately away from Ecruteak when Team Rocket attacked it with the earthquake, but later assisted in its reconstruction. His dream is to one day be able to see Ho-Oh. The rainbow Pokemon&#039;s power is so great, it blocks Morty&#039;s abilities. Another Pokemon that he found unable to locate was Suicune, which he tried to search for on Eusine&#039;s behalf.    Morty first appeared after finding a Girafarig for a young woman and after hearing that Suicune had awoken from a radio, quickly went searching for it. He encountered a mist with both Gastly and Misdreavus, and was soon able to sense and find it. Morty had run Suicune into the town, where it seemingly acted paralyzed by Gastly&#039;s Thunderbolt, though it was able to trick Morty. As he had thrown the Great Ball, it turned out that Suicune used Mirror Coat to negate the attack and paralyze Misdreavus instead. Morty then contacted Eusine about having come into contact with Suicune and went off on the chase as well.

Professor Alden (Japanese: ウメズ教授 Professor Umezu) was a one-time character of the anime who appeared in the episode A Ruin with a View. He was an archaeologist who had his base in the Pok&eacute;mon Center of Oldale Town.    He showed Ash and May the nearby ruins and informed them about the Pok&eacute;mon that resided there. Suddenly Team Magma members arrived and blackmailed Alden so that he could give them access to the ruins. He was then kidnapped by Team Magma. Ultimately, he succumbed to their threats and opened up a secret chamber of the ruins with the help of four colored orbs for the Magma members to enter. Team Magma inspected the room and then went away dissatisfied, leaving Alden unharmed.    Ash and May arrived on the scene just too late and saw Team Magma escaping in a helicopter. The Professor then took them to a deeper part of the ruins after Pikachu Thunderbolted Team Rocket away. There, he showed them a lake filled with the prehistoric Pok&eacute;mon Relicanth. He was given a Plusle and Minun by his grandfather, but he was unsure of whether or not he could properly train them. Having very little trust and confidence in his Pok&eacute;mon, all Thatcher could do was cheer for others using their Helping Hand. Ash, whom Thatcher looks up to as a &#039;hero&#039; and a master, taught him to believe in his Pok&eacute;mon.    He reappeared in Cheer Pressure!, where he was training with a pep squad.
