Nagamitsu Sakonshougen is a man who believes he&#039;s destined for great things and has set out to make a name for himself.  A self proclaimed samurai, he travels all over Japan aiming to defeat the best regarded samurai in Japan, eventually hoping to live in Edo castle.  He&#039;s accompanied by two apprentices; Shinpachi and Ogura Bunta.  When challenging someone to battle or making a public scene, Shinpachi will beat-box while Ogura will do various things to make Nagamitsu&#039;s appearance more appealing, such as reflecting sunlight onto Nagamitsu to give him a picture-esque appearance.    Nagamitsu Sakonshougen is actively pursuing samurai who wear glasses, more specifically Jin.  Nagamitsu wants to claim the title of &quot;Undefeated in one thousand duels&quot; originally held by Mariya Enshirō, but now owned by Jin, to further build his fame.  Contrary to his claim, Nagamitsu is a sub par swordsman, often surviving duels through dumb luck.  Although Nagamitsu hits on Fuu, he actually has children and is married to Budoukiba, whom he calls &quot;Osen&quot;.

Arayoshi Hatori is one of the eight members of the Yotsuba Group.

Main antagonist of the movie, Vincent is a rather melancholic introvert.  He was used as a test subject during the experimentation after the Titan War. He was the only survivor in a field of test subjects, ergo, the vaccine only he carried was successful. He was abandoned to die on Titan by the government, but somehow survived and returned to civilization. He has also loved Electra very deeply, but has suffered amnesia from his ordeal and does not remember.  His plan is to release the virus throughout the world, leaving only a handful of survivors. As a side-effect of the virus, Vincent was driven to insanity; which was also aided by the hallucination of golden butterflies he saw continuously (another side-effect of the infection). Vincent is in many ways a contrast to Spike. Aside from equal physical strength and similar physical appearances, Vincent and Spike are both men who consider themselves to be "dead" due to tragic incidents in their pasts, both kept alive by their love of a woman. The archetypal comparisons between the two have lead many fans to argue that the film itself is merely one of Spike's dreams, in which he confronts the guilt of his past and the end of his own life's situation.  Watanabe has declined to deny or confirm this. It has been stated that he may have been inspired by Bob Dylan and that his look is based on Vincent Gallo.

He managed to make it to the Semi-Finals of the fourth test, where he fought Yusuke, and lost. He is skilled to a degree in physical abilities, and he can also use the Reigun better than Yusuke could at the time. Kaze-maru also has tracker shuriken that will continue to hunt the first thing with reiki that they are thrown at. Each tip of the shuriken is also loaded with gunpowder so that when they hit something, they explode.  In the English anime his name is spelled Kazamaru.

He uses his advanced suit's abilities to stay invisible and hidden until he locates the strongest alien among all. Although his equipment is more superior, when he faces an enemy he can´t beat, he has sense enough to retreat without getting his emotions in his way.  His advanced suit includes : a build in X-ray scanner, a beam weapon that fires out of its palms, sharp swords protruding out from the back of the elbows, a complete conceal of the body wearer, leaving no point in which a psychic attack may rip  someone apart. The wearer can also unhook their arms from the larger robotic arms so they can use weapons and equipment. Oka also fights with a mecha, flying monowheel, H-gun, and a normal "Gantz sword".

Fire Dragon and foster father of Natsu Dragneel Igneel has been shown to be a loving parental figure towards Natsu, though leaving him to fend for himself leads one to doubt this.
