Jet, known on his home satellite as the "Black Dog" for his tenacity, is a 36-year-old former cop from Ganymede (a Jovian satellite) and acts as Spike's foil during the series. Physically, Jet is very tall with a muscular build. He wears a beard with no mustache, and is completely bald save for the back of his head. Spike acts lazy and uninterested, whereas Jet is hard working and a jack-of-all-trades. Jet was once an investigator in the Inter Solar System Police (ISSP) for many years until he lost his arm in an investigation that went awry when his corrupt partner (and friend at the time) betrayed him. His arm was replaced with a cybernetic limb (later revealed to be by choice, as biological replacements were possible, he wanted the fake arm as a reminder of what happened), yet his loss of limb coupled with the general corruption of the police force prompted Jet to quit the ISSP in disgust and become a freelance bounty hunter. Jet also considers himself something of a renaissance man: he cultivates bonsai trees, cooks, enjoys jazz/blues music (he named his ship the Bebop, referring to a type of jazz), especially Charlie Parker, and even has interest in Goethe. As a character, Jet is the quintessential oyaji or "dad" even though he often wishes people would view him as a more brotherly figure (so as not to seem old).  Jet is skilled with handguns, typically carrying a pre-2004 Walther P99, as well as the use of the netgun. He is good with hand to hand combat as well. Unlike Spike, Jet tends to use more raw muscle than technique. He is also a great mechanic and pilot. Aside from the converted interplanetary fishing trawler vessel Bebop, Jet flies a smaller ship called Hammerhead. The Hammerhead appears to be a modified (Jet added larger engines and fuel tanks) salvage-craft that uses a mechanical arm equipped with a harpoon as its main weapon, which is somewhat analogous to his own mechanical arm. Both the Hammerhead and the Bebop are able to land on water, and have a fishing theme, most likely because Ganymede's surface is mostly covered with water (it is later revealed that the Bebop was originally a fishing ship that Jet "customized" with larger engines).  ~!During the series, it is revealed that Jet once lived with a woman named Alisa, who left him because he was too controlling. Later they meet up again when Alisa's new boyfriend Rhint is wanted for murder. Jet then ends up in a situation somewhat similar to that of Vicious, where he must hunt down a woman who broke his heart, and her lover.  In a later episode, another Vicious/Spike parallel is set up when Jet finds out that it was his old partner Fad who betrayed him (though in Jet's case, there was no love affair involved). Fad arranged for Jet's death in a setup, but he survived with only a missing arm and a scar on his face. It is worth noting that Jet managed to face the demons of his past and let them go, in contrast to Spike, who was killed when he confronted his. This is likely due to the contrast in the two approaches to the past. While Spike hid and fled from his past, Jet tracked it down and confronted it.!~

Makarov is the "Master" of the Fairy Tail guild and is also one of the Ten Great Holy Mages. Makarov shows extreme dislike for the Council and all the rules they try to impose on guilds. He frequently attempts to balance reprimands from the council and the eccentricity of his guild. He encourages Fairy Tail to do what they feel is right, but he has shown some concern that Natsu, Erza, and Gray will someday level a whole town. His magical abilities include Titan magic, giving him the ability to grow his body parts gigantic and his body into a giant-sized version of himself, and can control various other forms of magic including fire, ice and wind, which give him an immense magical power. The members of his guild affectionately refer to him as Ji-san or grandpa. Makarov also sees all of his guild members as his own children and will do anything to protect them. He has a perverted side, shown when he states he wishes to be smashed by Lucy's breasts and subsequently spanks her many times as a punishment.  

Given his advanced age, he considers retirement, but considers Laxus as too uncaring, Gildartz impossible for some unknown reason, Mystogan as too reclusive, and Erza as too young and brash to succeed him as guild master. After hearing the damages made by the team Erza-Lucy-Grey-Natsu-Happy from Mirajane, he cried that it's impossible to retire by now. 

Carnage Kabuto (阿修羅カブト, Ashura Kabuto) was an artificial mutant created by Dr. Genus of the House of Evolution and is by far their strongest creation.

He is a haughty psychic and the President of the Sun Psychic Union.

Grossly obsessed with money, he continues to market his wares even when his life is in danger, with comical results.

Taurus Aldebaran is the Taurus Gold Saint in Lost Canvas. His name Aldebaran was given to the Taurus Gold Saints because it is the brightest star in the Taurus constellation while his real name is Hasgard. He is noble and a great master who apreciates his friends and students and always smiles. He is master of Teneo, Salo and Celintha to whom he once saved their life and the three chose him as their teacher.   Aldebaran is said to be the Gold Saint with the fastest attack. His skill with the Iai Position allows him to maintain his arms crossed during the attack. This also allows him to perform the Great Horn, a fast technique in which he creates a big blast with his palms. His most powerful attack is Titan&#039;s Nova, a more powerful version of the Great Horn with only one arm that Aldebaran normally uses on the ground to destroy all the area. The Iai Position is broken when Aldebaran performs it.    ~!Hargard&#039;s wounds from his fight against Kagaho are torn open again during a fight, but he was able to kill Wimber after discovering that they wanted to kill Tenma. Then his heart is stopped by Cube&#039;s Death Messenger. In that moment, he has a dream of Sisyphus telling him to win, reminding him how much it hurt Athena when one of her Saints died. Then, Aldebaran performs Titan&#039;s Nova, despite his stilled heart, and kills Cube. Hiroshi Agasa is an inventor and Shinichi's next-door neighbor. He makes his living with a wide number of patents and inventions, including video games _(of which the Detective Boys are enthusiastic test players)._ While many of his inventions are useless or have even damaged his in-house research laboratory, Agasa has been successful enough to live in a large house and even rebuild it when necessary. He has been a friend of Shinichi and [Ran](https://anilist.co/character/1748/Ran-Mouri) since their childhood years. 
After Shinichi was shrunk by the APTX 4869, the first person he met and entrusted himself to was Agasa. After having been convinced that the little boy was Shinichi, Agasa was also the first one to advise Shinichi to exercise caution in his pursuit of the Black Organization. He also helped Shinichi in establishing his new identity as [Conan Edogawa,](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) including constructing several gadgets which help Shinichi in carrying on his detective work surreptitiously. In order to perfect Conan's cover, he also enrolled him in Teitan Elementary and thus came to know the children who would form the Detective Boys. When Shiho Miyano fled the clutches of the Black Organization, she fled to Shinichi's house but collapsed from exhaustion near Agasa's doorstep. Agasa subsequently took her in, learned about her true identity and helped her establish her new identity as [Ai Haibara.](https://anilist.co/character/1743/Ai-Haibara) He also entrusted Shinichi's parents with the secret about what has happened to their son. 

Ever since these beginnings, Agasa has been an invaluable friend for Shinichi and the Detective Boys as a confidant, paternal friend, and someone to hang out with. He often takes the children on trips, most of which turn into criminal cases instead. 

Hiroshi Agasa is a jovial, caring and outgoing person and has many friends in his community, a fact which helped him in his covering up of Conan's and Haibara's true origins _(he simply claims that they are the children of his friends and acquaintances)._ Agasa is highly intelligent, having achieved at least one advanced degree and managing to invent a slew of useful gadgets. He is especially proud of his inventions, and their quality must have been recognized, since they have already been used during official events. While a bachelor, he is very paternal and enjoys the company of the Detective Boys. Agasa has a special love for pasta and tomato juice. 

By knowing Shinichi and Shiho's identity, Agasa is aware of the existence of Black Organization as well as their crimes. While not confronting them directly, Agasa has been quite active in helping Shinichi and his allies planning against them. Agasa is entrusted by Shinichi when it comes to such cases.

Cassios is the apprentice and saint in training under Ophiuchus Shaina. He's the younger brother of Docrates.  During the fight for the Pegasus cloth, Seiya cut off one of his ears and he hated Seiya ever since.  ~!Casios has great respect and affection toward Shaina, however he realize that Shaina has affection toward Seiya. Motivated by this fact, he takes Seiya's place and dies during the fight with Leo Aiolia, in order to wake Aiolia from the control of Saga's Genrō Maō Ken.!~

He cares greatly for his family and the members of the Japanese Task Force. He is a serious and responsible man that gains the respect of many. He has a strong sense of duty, and even after the police stop funding the Kira investigation he continues trying to solve the case with the Task Force.

Brogy the Red Ogre is one of the two legendary giants who fight an endless battle on Little Garden, an island in the Grand Line. Each giant has a bounty of 100,000,000 on their heads.    


In the year 2005, after an abortive attack on Autobot City, the evil Decepticons found it necessary to jettison excess mass from their craft to make it back to their homeworld of Cybertron. The injured and dying Decepticons, including the Decepticons&#039; leader, Megatron, were chosen to be ejected into the void of space. When their bodies were recovered by the world-eater, Unicron, they were reborn as deadly new warriors in the service of the recreated Megatron, now known as Galvatron.    Although The Transformers: The Movie does not make it entirely clear who Cyclonus was in his previous incarnation, he is one of the new Decepticons created by Unicron using the body of either Skywarp or Bombshell. He is a being whose loyalty to Galvatron is so intense as to exclude most other emotions and interests from his mind. Dedicated to destruction in his leader&rsquo;s name, Cyclonus transforms into a nuclear-powered multi-turbine-engine jet fighter, capable of space flight and able to expand in size to convey Galvatron. In robot mode, he wields an oxidating laser that fuses the internal mechanisms of its targets, and in vehicle mode is additionally armed with an incendiary bomb rack. Unfortunately, once extricated from a pool of the planet&#039;s plasma-lava, Galvatron proved to have been driven insane from exposure to it and brutalized Cyclonus and Sweeps before being talked down and returned to his position as leader.

Kagato is a being of incredible intelligence and power. He wanders the universe collecting artifacts from civilizations and stealing them from museums, often destroying them in the process. He keeps them on his ship which also serves as a mobile command base and power control system, preventing his energies from being drained in prolonged bouts. It also sports a full-sized orchestral organ in the main chamber. His intelligence and cunning is enough that he even managed to capture Washu, whom he once worked with.    He came to Earth in OAV episode five, having tracked Ryoko down to recapture her and force her to do his bidding again. During the encounter he fought against Tenchi, winning easily, and then against Yosho who wielded the sword Tenchi against him but was unable to prevail. The battle a draw, Kagato retreated to his ship with Ryoko, placing her inside a containment field.    Though Ayeka and the others gave chase to his ship, with Ryo-Ohki carrying Ryu-Oh's control module with Tenchi inside operating the Lighthawk wings, Kagato proved too strong with his ship. The beam destroyed the shield that had been formed from Ryu-Oh's lighthawk wings and destroyed Tenchi.    Later on, a revived and rejuvenated Tenchi one again faced off against Kagato, and this time Tenchi prevailed, and cutting through both Kagato and his ship. Kagato Jurai was once a swordsman whose skill was well renowned throughout the Jurai empire. Some said that if things hadn't turned out the way they did, Kagato might have been renowned as Jurai's greatest swordsman.    But Kagato had became overly obsessed with refining his own Jurai power, and challenged many people to duels... and won. As his obsession grew, he began to lose more and more of himself. Finally, his brother Yosho had challenged him, in which Yosho had won.    Kagato had later disappeared into the darkness of the galaxy, building his own dark Jurai power until he felt he could return to Jurai and claim the throne. By then, Yosho had already left Jurai with Haruna for Earth.    It was a simple matter years later for Kagato to claim that HE was Yosho. Kagato then had arrested or killed all the other claimants to the Jurai throne... all except Ayeka and Sasami. Since he knew that the two princesses were on Earth, he sent a Jurai battleship to arrest them. They did so by transporting up the Masaki house, where they confronted Ayeka. Ryoko was also arrested for her crimes. But later, with the help of Mihoshi and Kiyone, Tenchi, Nobuyuki, Washu, and Katsuhito had rescued them.    Kagato had found that, after a lengthy pursuit, that the fugitives had settled in what used to be the old palace. It was there that Kagato had once again challenged Yosho, who was now the elderly Katsuhito Masaki. This time Kagato had won, wounding Katsuhito in the process. Kagato then took on Ryoko and wounded her as well. Afterward, he had captured Ayeka and took her to Jurai, leaving Tenchi to rescue her.    After Tenchi (with the help of a wounded Ryoko and the knights Azaka and Kamidake) entered the palace and confronting the evil knights Tetta and Tessei, he confronted Kagato. At first, Kagato's might was too much for Tenchi. But after Ayeka had used her power to intercede, the whole of the Jurai power had recognized Tenchi as the true heir to the Jurai throne. Thus empowered, Tenchi once again faced Kagato... and this time defeated him. As Kagato knelt dying, he turned and saw the image of a youthful Yosho in Tenchi, and with his last words said, &quot;Yosho, looks like I've lost again,&quot; then he died. Matal Mogamett is the Magnostadt Academy Chancellor and seems to have a very important role in the politics of his country. Matal is the person who led the rebellion of Magnostadt against the Mustashim Kingdom.

Dr. Ochanomizu, a recurring character in many of Osamu Tezuka's manga, including Astro Boy, can be seen "lecturing" at Narita International Airport, outside of Tokyo, on HIV and safe sex.  Dr. Ochanomizu was most famously seen as the mentor to Astro Boy and the creator of Astro's sister and parents.

A Brazillian actor, voice actor, dubbing director, singer, and reciter, Mauro Ramos has been on the voice acting business since the 15th of March, 1989.
