Welf Crozzo is a member of the Hestia Familia and Bell's personal blacksmith, later becoming one for the entire Hestia Familia after converting from the Hephaestus Familia. Welf was originally born in Rakia, a nation type Familia ruled by Ares. As a member of the Crozzo Family, he lived as a noble due to the successes his predecessors had in creating magic swords. However, his life changed the day his Skill Crozzo Blood appeared, which enabled him to create magic swords again. Despite his family's joy at the prospect of being able to create more magic swords, Welf despised his skill, causing him to escape Rakia with the help of his former Goddess Phobos. 

Welf Crozzo is a straightforward and honest person. He is generally casual to everyone that he associates with. He doesn't like to be associated with his family name, preferring to not be a part of the conversation when his name is brought up and even refuses people that come to him seeking magic swords.






Run is a member of the Jägers. He's a lover of literature. His teigu Banri Hishou Mastema is a wing type.

Run is the kind of Esdeath's adviser, because he's probably the smartest person of Jägers.

Hideo is a Parasite with a teenager's body who decides to integrate with human society. Hideo enrolls in Shinichi's high school and expresses a desire to become friends with Shinichi, who does not trust him. Although Hideo is a relatively peaceful Parasite, he has no qualms about brutalizing or even killing bullies who try to start fights with him, and he continues to hunt humans (although he claims that he is learning to eat normal food instead). He is killed by Shinichi and Migi after another student discovers his secret and confronts him about it, causing him to go on a killing spree.   (Source: Wikipedia)

He is the son of Jouichirou Yukihira and, until it closed, worked at his father's restaurant, Restaurant Yukihira. Souma fight his odds in the elite school to becoming the best chef in the world even with strong background discrimination of his academy. He is currently a student at Tootsuki Culinary Academy and a resident of Polar Star Dormitory.
  
Souma is a rather energetic child who has the constant drive to move forward with his cooking, mostly due to his rivalry with his father. Due to his drive to move forward Souma is willing to try odd things with food including "Grilled Squid Tentacles Dressed in Peanut Butter," though these dishes usually don't go over too well. It is because the will of Soma to try to move forward, his dish often considered as creative and innovative by some peers and lecturers; lead his rivalry with all the students in the Tootsuki Culinary Academy even rough. Through all this Souma maintains a laid back attitude towards just about everything but cooking.  Souma can cook many different foods in many different styles, though he prefers what he calls "Yukihira Style," which is the cooking style which he learned from his father. Souma shows an immense capability for cooking and a special adaption with learning from his mistakes and improvising through learning from said mistakes. It is due to his creativity and also resourcefulness, Souma is able to create the same dish with different ways of cooking that would create even . Unlike most student whom used lavish ingredient, Souma didn't care about the classes of the ingredient which claimed that neither expensive ingredients nor classy background nor fancy technique made the food better, is the wise usage and alternatives made the food interesting and the customer's satisfaction about the food matters. Further more, he also claimed that undefeated food in just the looks and taste in regal made him bored, which the boredom would made the chef stop improvise their food. To eliminate such boredom, Souma would continued to search different style of cooking around the world in order to improvised his cooking skills.

Futoshi, also known as the Tech, is the backstage technician for 777's band, Def Märch.

An easy going guy and described as a gentle giant.

Matthieu is the easygoing, afro-haired pilot of the Terminus typeR606. He has a passion for music, and seems to be constantly bored. Matthieu seems to be responsible for gathering information from and maintaining contacts with ref boarders and DJs. Early on, he was one of the few members of the Gekkostate who showed any sympathy for Renton, although he played his fair share of jokes on him, too.   Matthieu and Hilda often act like husband and wife, though the two don't seem to share any such relationship apart from their arguing. Hilda orders Matthieu around as if he were her husband, and Matthieu treats Hilda as if she were his wife. He even calls her "honey" all the time. Ootori Choutarou is the second tallest player of Hyoutei Gakuen. He also patiently helped his senpai, Shishido to train so that he can claim his regular position. His Scud Serve is a very fast serve and that it was a hard serve to return. In the Nationals his Neo Scud Serve managed to break the record as the fastest serve. The previous was held by Inui Sadaharu of Seigaku. He is also a musically-inclined person, and he plays the violin as well the piano.

So far it's shown that Fumiya's personality is sort of like Suoh's in a way. Normally he's aloof, taunting, flashy, vain, and dramatic of his own power; while the other side of him speaks in quite an aggressive and stern tone to even his sister when he gets emotional. He's somewhat over-confident in battle and outside of battle but despite this, he's not nearly as over-confident as Lui or Silas; Fumiya normally acts standoffish only towards the Victories.

Fumiya is also quite opportunistic, as he attempted to recruit Lodin Haijima for his team in order to take down Dante and the Victories, only to get rebuffed.

But as the anime progresses, he became kind to the Victories, and begans to look at Beyblade in a different way. 

Arti is the third gym leader Ash is going to challenge in the Unova region. Arti is a bug-type gym leader in Castelia City.

Shiraishi is the Captain of Shitenhouji Chuu. He is heralded as having 'Perfect Tennis', and is referred to as 'The Bible of Shitenhouji'. His skills are so great that he was already playing at singles 1 when he was only in his second year, and his team that year gave the eventual repeat Champions Rikkai Daigaku Fuzoku their toughest match of the entire tournament, when they met in the semi-finals. He is only shown to have one special shot, which is an unnamed shot where he hits the ball which spins in a ring motion while traveling towards his opponent.

Shiraishi is often shown sporting white bandages on his arm, for some reason unknown. There are several instances where he attempts to take them off, but never really finishes the process and winds them back up.

Shiraishi is also known to be the only person who can placate or appease Kintarou Tooyama, the youngest and wildest member of their team. It is apparent in the manga that Kintarou has a very peculiar and strong imagination, and ever since he read a manga about monsters with poison claws, he's been irrationally and childishly (albeit seriously) afraid of Shiraishi.

Saturn made his first appearance at the ending of A Secret Sphere of Influence!, though it was a brief appearance at the end of the episode. He, along with the other Team Galactic Grunts, commented that Jessie, James  and Meowth did a lousy job at stealing the Adamant Orb for them, and framing Nando  for the crime.    Saturn later reappeared in Journey to the Unown!, along with his Bronzor. He managed to steal a cube that was under the guard of the Unown of the Solaceon Ruins and brought it with him back to the Team Galactic HQ.    Saturn appeared again in Enter Galactic!, with the cube he obtained in Solaceon Ruins, which he exposed to the meteorites in Veilstone City, transforming it into the Spear Key. Later, he and a few Galactic Grunts went to go steal the meteorites, but ended up meeting Ash and his friends for the first time. He also battles Brock and his Croagunk with his own Toxicroak, but it ends in a draw, as Team Galactic retreats and fails their mission.    He appeared in Losing Its Lustrous and Double Team Turnover!, along with Cyrus, Jupiter and Mars. They stole the Lustrous Orb and the Adamant Orb from the Celestic Town Historical Research Center.    He reappeared with Cyrus, Jupiter and Charon in Saving the World From Ruins! where he was put in charge of excavation of the Spear Pillar from Mt. Coronet.    Saturn appeared again in Gateway to Ruin!, along with Charon, where they attempted to locate the ruins of Mt. Coronet.    Saturn also appeared in the Team Galactic finale with three episodes, Unlocking the Red Chain of Events!, The Needs of the Three! and The Battle Finale of Legend!. During the final battle, his Toxicroak was defeated by Croagunk and after Cyrus passed through the portal created by Dialga and Palkia he realized that Cyrus had just been using him and the other commanders to reach his own goals and cared little for those who served him. Afterwards he was arrested along with Mars and Jupiter by Looker and, unlike Mars, knew that Team Galactic was finished.

Volkner was first referred to by Tower Tycoon Palmer in Challenging a Towering Figure!, saying that, after seeing his battling skills, Ash would be able to give Volkner &quot;a shock.&quot;    Volkner first appeared in person in DP165. It was revealed in the episode that he had met up with Flint when they were younger and had become rivals and eventually good friends. After Volkner became a Gym Leader, he designed the walkways of Sunyshore City and other technological advancements for the city. He also designed the Sunyshore Tower which supplies electricity to the city.    However, he soon became bored with battling and resorted to giving free badges to Trainers. After witnessing Ash&#039;s battle with Flint, he became interested in battling again and decided to accept Ash&#039;s challenge for a Gym battle.

Ptolemy/Tramy is a saint that follows the orders he is given. When the four bronze saints along with Athena arrive at the sanctuary he is there to greet them in disguise. At first he tells them what will be awaiting them inside the 12 temples. But as soon as they come into the vicinity of the Aries temple he reveals himself and attacks them with a shower of phantom arrows.   ~!However, the Bronze Saints realize they are all illusions and Seiya easily defeats him. There is yet only one golden real arrow that he shot, which hits Saori right in the chest. Before he dies, he tells them they must reach Pope Ares in less than 12 Hours so that he can remove the arrow before it pierces Saori's heart.!~  (Saint Seiya wiki)

Livio the Double Fang is a childhood friend of Wolfwood and the final member of the Gung-Ho Guns from the Eye of Michael. He wields the Double Fangs, two small cross-shaped machine guns strapped on his arms that fire from both ends.      ~!His body has been enhanced through increased metabolic rate, allowing him to recover from near fatal wounds in a matter of seconds. He grows up in the same orphanage as Wolfwood, having the nickname, &quot;Livio the Crybaby&quot;. Razlo the Tri-Punisher of Death is an alter, treated as another member of the Gung-Ho Guns. Razlo is created to take all of the abuse given by Livio&#039;s father, allowing Livio to not know about it. Razlo only appears after Livio has suffered intense pain or violence, and often commits act of violence, such as killing Livio&#039;s parents. He uses three Punishers, the same gun as Wolfwood owns, with the aid of a bionic arm. He is aided by three servants who carry his Punishers while Livio&#039;s persona is active.    The two fight with Wolfwood and they are defeated, though Wolfwood dies after sustaining immense injuries while overdosing himself on the regeneration drug. In the aftermath of the fight Livio comes to terms with Razlo&#039;s existence stating that he is now strong enough to face life on his own without the questionable help of his psychotic personality, who recedes in the back of his mind. Vash decides to forgive Livio afterward, and he becomes Vash&#039;s partner in an act of redemption, seeking to live as Wolfwood would have. Livio fights against Elendira. Unable to win himself, Livio allows Razlo to awake and help him kill the Crimsonnail, by utilizing Razlo&#039;s faster reflexes and better eye sight. Livio later lives together with the children in his old orphanage and is shown paying his respects to Wolfwood&#039;s gravestone.!~
