Rai-Dei is a samurai who seeks the knowledge learned only when facing death. He carries a sword with a built in gun that can be fired from the hilt, and is able to swing it with enough force to create a sonic blast. In the anime, he expresses anger in the fact that Vash is refusing to make his mark true and aim to kill, claiming he wants "a real battle". He escapes after Vash's Angel Arm is forced to activate, though Wolfwood soon kills him. In the manga, he wears "roller skates" that allow him to move at phenomenal speeds. After Vash defeats him, Rai-Dei attempts to attack Vash from behind, but is quickly killed by Wolfwood.  (Source: Wikipedia)

Captain of Division 2 of SV.2. He seems quite laid back and very nice but is an extremely capable officer. He has a razor sharp perception and is highly subtle and manipulative. It was rumored that because of this, the top officials in the police force assigned him to SV.2 for fear he might ruffle too many feathers. Despite that and his general attitude, Goto is on top of most events long before most others are aware of what's going on.

Aizawa is an intelligent, respected member of both the NPA and Task Force. He takes his work very seriously and chooses to work strictly within the law. Out of all the members in the Task Force, Aizawa is the most overtly skeptical, questioning L's basis for his conclusions and expressing the most doubt in them, and often finds himself clashing and opposing many of L's ideas and actions. He has a wife, [Eriko](https://anilist.co/character/84531/Eriko-Aizawa), and two children, including [Yumi](https://anilist.co/character/84527/Yumi-Aizawa), his daughter, and his baby son, whose name is unknown. Due to him rarely being able to visit home during his work on the Kira case, his personal life and relationship with his family becomes strained.

Every Autobot has a purpose, be it as a leader, a warrior, a healer, or a scout. Smokescreen's purpose, however, is to charm and deceive. His job is to conceal the Autobots' true mission and lead the enemy astray, and he's not above flat-out cheating to get the job done. Off the battlefield, he uses his naturally friendly and sociable nature to get in close with his Autobot comrades... then reports back to Optimus Prime, giving the Autobot leader an on-the-ground perspective on what his troops are thinking.

Ken is the final member of the 02 Chosen Children, partnered with Wormmon and holder of the Crest of Kindness. At first the devious Digimon Kaiser, Ken tried hard to atone for his wicked acts and eventually is helped along the way by Daisuke and the others.

Drake only anime appearance was in Vanity Affair. His English voice actor was Brian Maillard and his Japanese voice actor is Shōzō Iizuka.     He witnessed Ash having a battle with another trainer and invites Ash and his company to his ship and then to have a Pok&eacute;mon Battle with him. Drake wins the match easily and Ash realizes he had been overconfident recently.
