Shen Long is the wish granting dragon of Earth. The Shen Long of the Black Star Dragon Balls is red, opposed to the Shen Long of Earth who is green.  Shen Long can be summoned by gathering all seven of the Dragon Balls of Earth. Shen Long can bestow any wish as long as it does not exceed the power of his creator, who must be still alive (i.e. Kami or Dende). 

Multiple times in the Dragon Ball series, Shen Long threatens to kill the summoner if they do not say a wish on time, or if they do not say a wish at all. Shen Long cannot bring back a person from the dead more than once. The Dragon Balls cannot be used for 365 Earth days after a wish is made, as they turn to stone. The Earth Dragon Balls are relatively small, each about the size of a large orange, much smaller than the Namekian Dragon Balls, which are the size of beach balls. The base for Shen Long is a stone statue kept by his creator. If Shen Long is killed, the Dragon Balls turn to stone. The statue also shatters. If the creator or another Namekian wishes to, they can rebuild the statue to give life back to Shen Long and the Dragon Balls. This happened after Shen Long granted Demon King Piccolo's wish for youth.  

While Kami and Piccolo weren't merged, Shen Long could only grant one wish. After Dende brought him back to life, he was able to grant two wishes (three if the first does not revive more than one at a time). If the summoner wants, he can only make one wish. This makes the Dragon Balls turn to stone for only six months.

Very little is known about Bison (Vega in the Japanese version). Except that he is the head of Shadowlaw. In contrast to Ken and Ryu&#039;s Hadou (which is based in chi), Bison&#039;s powers are based in his rage and hatred, and are referred to as his &quot;Psycho Power.&quot; Usage of his &quot;Psycho Power&quot; usually causes him to lose his ability to reason, and in one instance nearly strangles Chun Li while enraged only to regret his actions for a moment when he resumed his previous cognitive state... the only scene in which he ever shows a capacity for human emotion. As the leader of the secretive Shadowlaw, his only known goal is world domination, and most of his activities are financed through a variety of underground operations such as the Ashura syndicate. For all of Bison&#039;s power and ambition, it is suggested that much of his work may be the result of semi-telepathic influence originating from a silver idol in the form of an eagle&#039;s head, which is shown on at least two occasions to &quot;communicate&quot; with him. This massive Russian makes up for his obvious mental shortcomings with sheer size and an unadulterated zeal for fighting. A former employee of the Russian Wrestling Federation who enjoys wrestling bears in his free time; Zangief now takes his orders from the masterminds controlling the insidious Shadowlaw organization. Though not evil, the simple-minded Zangief is unable to distinguish loyalty from true friendship.

Gold Roger was the Pirate King, the strongest pirate alive, and owner of the legendary treasure known as One Piece. Born in Loguetown, Roger was famed as the man who did what no one thought possible — he conquered the Grand Line. Even before setting out, he was the only man who truly did not fear the dangers of the Grand Line and was even excited about venturing out there. Even with warnings about ships never returning from that ocean, he did not care; in fact, he even declared that was the reason for him going.  He was said to be completely fearless, and those who witnessed his execution even claim that he grinned just before his death. Many people who've met Monkey D. Luffy and knew Roger have commented that the two are very similar.

Porunga is an Namekian magical dragon from the anime and manga series, Dragon Ball Z. His name in the Namek language translates to &#039;dragon of dreams&#039; or &#039;dragon of law&#039;.

The story&#039;s main antagonist. He was sealed behind a large door long ago, until Nemo, under Flip&#039;s misguided influence, accidentally releases him. He kidnaps King Morpheus in order to lure Nemo, and more importantly the Royal Scepter (which he and the other inhabitants of Nightmare Land fear), to his Nightmare Castle. Nemo barely manages to destroy the Nightmare King with the scepter and ends the evil king&#039;s reign along with Nemo&#039;s own nightmares.

A stout sergeant who often serves as the series' comic relief, or the anti-villain. He is under lieutenant Gabriel’s command, but has trouble understanding the lieutenant’s orders. Often he discusses his orders and the motives behind the military operations with Diego de la Vega.  He carries out his orders to the letter, and rarely questions the assignments he receives, though at times, he doesn’t understand why he has to chase Zorro who helps the weak in their struggle against tyrants.

Dodoria (ドドリア, Dodoria) is one of Freeza's top henchmen. He is a large, pink alien with short spikes on his head and forearms. He travels with Freeza and Zarbon to planet Namek in search of the Dragon Balls. While interrogating a village, they are interrupted as Kuririn and Gohan save Dende from being killed. Dodoria pursues them, but he soon encounters Vegeta. After being outmatched, he tells the truth about the destruction of Planet Vegeta, hoping it would aid in sparing his life, but he is still killed by Vegeta. He also appears in Bardock: The Father of Goku, where Dodoria and his team attack Bardock and his team. He is voiced by Yukitoshi Hori in Japan, Chris Forbis in the Funimation dub, and Ward Perry in the Ocean dub.

Nagai is a character of the day who appeared in Ep 140.
He owns and operates a toy store located in a town somewhere between the Charicific Valley and Azalea Town, and was best known by his superhero pseudonym Gligarman (Japanese: グライガーマン Gligerman) before he retired.
