Fifth sister of the Nakano Quintuplets. Itsuki is a serious and earnest girl. Her speech is formal and polite. She is also someone who can't be honest with herself and having difficulty to be more straightforward.

Among the sisters, Itsuki is the most familiar with [Uesugi](https://anilist.co/character/128063)'s family members and circumstances.

She is the fourth sister of the Nakano Quintuplets, and one of the main characters of the Quintessential Quintuplets series. Having a cheerful and energetic personality, she has a strong tendency of helping people out. Yotsuba is an active and easygoing girl. She is a type of person who can't say no to people who need help. She is also very physically fit, and is capable of tasks that her sisters can not do. She has excellent endurance and is great at sports. She's the only sister with excellent eyesight. She has a good sense of smell and a green thumb. Though she's great at physical activities, she has the lowest score out of all of her sisters.

Yotsuba is the only sister who accepts [Fuutarou](https://anilist.co/character/128063) since the beginning and wholeheartedly supports him in everything.

(葉) means leaf.

She is the biological mother of the Nakano Quintuplets who worked as a teacher. She was a teacher at a high school where she was well-loved and respected by her students. [Shimoda](https://anilist.co/character/157106) was once her student. Rena is known to be a very serious, unsociable, strict, and stern woman, especially when it comes to teaching her students as she would often punish her students with iron-fist sanctions.
~!Rena was a single mother who raised five children. Before her remarriage with [Maruo Nakano](https://anilist.co/character/135383), she and the quintuplets were living in poverty like the Uesugi Family, where it is implied that the biological father of the quintuplets ([Mudou](https://anilist.co/character/157196)) abandoned her and the children. She passed away five years prior to the start of the story on August 14 from an unknown terminal illness and her death was a shock to the quintuplets!~
