Joutarou is Holly Kujo's son and Joseph Joestar's grandson. In Part 3, he has a recognizable attire of a blue trenchcoat-length school uniform jacket with yellow chains on the collar. He also wears a trademark hat which, while torn in the back, often seems to blend with his hair. When Joutarou first appears, he turned himself in to the police because he believes his Stand is an evil spirit possessing him. After he is released from jail, and learns what his Stand is, Joutarou gets used to Star Platinum -- a fierce, muscular, vaguely Aztec-looking spirit with "the precision of a machine" and the ability to destroy virtually anything with a sledgehammer barrage of fists. He has a very tough exterior, and is even rather rough and delinquent, but he also is very dedicated, intense, and loyal. He is very intelligent, but usually lets his (or Star Platinum's) fists do the talking with the enemy, even though he often has to rely on his wits to deal with stand users' attacks. He is also known for a quick and short temper. His catchphrase is "Yare yare daze." It generally relates of being bored or exasperation. In Part 3, he is the main target of Dio, who realizes that Joutarou is his greatest threat.

One of the strongest stands in the JoJo universe; Star Platinum possesses super human senses, strength, stamina, accuracy and speed. It can see for great distances and at great magnifications. The Star tarot card that Star Platinum is named after symbolizes hope. Like other physically powerful stands, Star Platinum suffers from a narrow range of activity. It can only be active within a 2-3 meter radius from Joutarou. ~!It is similar to Dio's The World stand, and, it turns out, can likewise be used to stop time, but that ability is only revealed in Joutarou's epic battle with Dio Brando when Dio was about to drop a steamroller on him.!~

Tsubaki Kasugano is a maiden and figurehead of the Omekata religion. Her "Thousand League Eyes" diary is unlike the other diaries, as it is a scroll, rather than a cell phone. As its name would suggest, it is able to report the future of all her followers. Unlike Yukiteru's diary, it is not limited to just her surroundings, but also sees far events, such as seeing the events Yuki had accomplished a great distance away from where she resides. Her diary can also record near events; the short-term future that will occur after only a few seconds away from the present. This provides Tsubaki with massive amounts of information to work with. However, it can pose as a hindrance in times where a situation changes constantly or when she needs to react quickly.   ~! She was born with bad eyesight, only able to see a few feet in front of her. Her parents capitalized on this by setting her up as an "oracle" and creating a cult around her. After her parents died in a car crash, however, she became a plaything for the Omekata and was even raped by it's members. As a result of her experiences, she has become jaded with the world beyond her vision, and wishes for it to disappear. Tsubaki wants Yukiteru's abilities in order to avoid the prediction her diary made about herself. As she is able to control her worshippers, Tsubaki does not make use of any weaponry. !~  ~!When Yuki and Yuno travel in time to the next world their actions shape a future in which Tsubaki's parents never take their fatal car ride. This prevents the cult's transformation into an evil cult, and Tsubaki is spared from her horrible fate.!~ She is named after Proserpine(Furrin) — roman goddess of Underworld.　The characters of her name mean "Spiring" (春), "Day" (日), "Field" (野), and "Camellia"(椿), respectively.

Riruka has the appearance of a young girl with long, dark hair that she keeps in two ponytails between which she wears a pale hat. She wears a dark dress and long, dark boots that reach above her knees.  Riruka is really hyperactive, tsundere and she gets annoyed pretty much by everybody, especially by the Fullbringers. Her tsundere attitude is always seen: for example, she cares about Orihime but always hides it.   ~!She seems to have romantic feelings for Ichigo, since she almost fainted when she saw him first time, also saying "He's hot!".!~

Hinamori is an upbeat and easygoing girl who gets along with nearly everyone she meets. Hinamori is generally quite trusting, but also very impulsive and naïve. She greatly admires her former captain, Sōsuke Aizen, whom she became a shinigami just to serve under, and Hinamori refuses believing that Aizen intentionally betrayed Soul Society. Her appearance is fairly ordinary compared to other shinigami in Soul Society. She wears her hair up in a bun with a cloth wrapped around it. According to Tite Kubo, Hinamori's name was changed at the last minute; she had a completely different name in the sketch stage.  Hinamori grew up in Junrinan, District 1 of Rukongai, along with Tōshirō Hitsugaya. While Hitsugaya tended to be a bit of a brat as a child and insisted that he would protect her, Hinamori found him amusing and treated him in an older sisterly fashion, and the two became close friends, with Hinamori giving him the nickname Shiro-chan (little Shiro in English Anime). When Hinamori entered the shinigami academy, she excelled at kidō. It was there that she met Kira and Renji, who soon became her friends and, later, her fellow lieutenants. They were placed in the 5th Division of the Gotei 13 under Captain Aizen and his lieutenant, Gin Ichimaru. While Kira and Renji would later leave to other Divisions, Hinamori remained in the 5th Division and became the division's lieutenant (through much hard work, as noted by Hitsugaya). 

Hinamori's zanpakutō is Tobiume (飛梅, lit. flying plum tree). The command for its shikai is "snap" (弾け, hajike?). [Her zanpakuto is a kido type] It's Shi-kai form is like a rod with branches  Shikai Special Ability: In this form, Tobiume acts as a focus for Momo's spiritual power, concentrating it into energy bursts capable of cratering floors and breaching walls. Momo can also compress her power into massive energy spheres and toss them from the blade's tip.

Neferpitou is very loyal to the King, just like the rest of the Royal Guards that would sacrifice themselves for him. Neferpitou gets distracted easily, loves to play a lot and that makes them the most curious of the three Royal Guards. Hence their cat-like appearance, Pitou is a cat Chimera Ant who loves to play with their opponents like a cat would with their prey. Despite their cheerful and playful manner, Pitou has a sadistic and terrifying personality as well. 

Unlike Menthuthuyoupi and Shaiapouf, Neferpitou does not seem to mind much in regards to Meruem's later newfound interests with Komugi. Thus, among the three Royal Guards, Neferpitou is the only one that greatly prioritizes Komugi's safety as opposed to how Menthuthuyoupi and Shaiapouf hate Komugi, which causes tension among the guards.

~!When the day of the selection finally occurs, the Extermination Team attacks the palace and causes massive damage. The King's consort, Komugi, is mortally wounded and under the King's orders, Neferpitou heals her; Neferpitou noticeably begins to sheds tears, understanding the King's sorrow and the importance of the order.

Though a promise was made to go with Gon to Peijin to restore Kite, once they've reached the area, Neferpitou affirms that it is impossible and subsequently prepares to kill Gon. Gon then forcibly ages his body by sacrificing nearly all of his aura and kills Neferpitou in battle.!~

Hotaru (ホタル) is the granddaughter of the former leader of the Tsuchigumo clan, En no Gyōja.    One day Hotaru was under attack by a group of ninja who were actually after Utakata. Utakata saved Hotaru from the ninja, but was wounded in the battle. Hotaru ran for help from her fort, saving Utakata&#039;s life, causing him to become indebted to her. After this, he became a sort of master to Hotaru in order to hide from anyone who is after him. Later she finds him sleeping under a tree and Utakata got angry when Hotaru called him master, saying that the relationship between a master and a student is not something you can count on. Utakata reluctantly begins to teach her the Water Walking Exercise first, believing that she wouldn&#039;t master it. In the morning, she shows that she was able to stand on top of the water by training all night. Next, Utakata taught her Water Release: Violent Water Wave, once again believing that she would not be able to master it without water-natured chakra only to discover she does possess water-natured chakra. She later found Utakata under a tree and showed him the she again mastered the technique much to his suprise.     When a group ninja came looking for the Tsuchigumo clan&#039;s kinjutsu, Tonbee had Hotaru, along with Utakata, take the clan&#039;s forbidden jutsu so that ninja could not retrieve it. While traveling, Utakata got upset at Hotaru for calling him master (師匠, shishō), at which point Naruto arrived, believing Utakata to be attacking Hotaru. Hotaru broke up the fight and Utakata left her, deciding that Team 7 would be capable in protect her. As she watched him float away in a bubble, she tried to convince him not to leave, but was unsuccessful in doing so.    While on the way to the clan&#039;s secret village, Naruto argues with her only for Yamato to devise a plan to convince Hotaru to accept their protection. Using his unique jutsu, Sai drew mountain leeches to fall on Hotaru, who freaks out and becomes afraid, causing her to accept Team 7&#039;s protection. When they reached the village, Team 7 leaves Hotaru with the Tsuchigumo clan and Hotaru thanks Naruto before he leaves. When Naruto left he saw the look on the peoples faces back at the clan&#039;s village, so he decided to return to check things out.     Source: naruto.wikia.com

A kunoichi working with the researchers on a remote island.While researchers worked on the Ultimate Summoning Animal, Honoka was assigned to restrain the beast using her sealing techniques. However, at some point in time the beast got too powerful for her technique to restrain it and killed everyone. Honoka had dark eyes and long red hair in which she wore a white band. She wore a purple, sleeveless kimono blouse with yellow trimmings held close by a traditional obi with a long, streaming bow tied to it, mesh armour underneath it and a short white skirt. She seemed to prefer going barefoot. Honoka had some aptitude for sealing techniques as she was assigned to restrain the Ultimate Summoning Animal. She could use a sealing technique that caused the sealing formula to form into chains to restrain a target.

Suiren (スイレン, Suiren) was a kunoichi of Kirigakure.  Ten years prior to the formation of the Allied Shinobi Forces, Suiren was part of Ganryū's team that was tasked with retrieving a scroll along with a team from Iwagakure taken by Kumogakure shinobi. After retrieving the document, Suiren was excited for the prospects of peace that a mission like this would bring. She was however wrong as Iwagakure betrayed them. After Junsai was killed, Suiren sacrificed herself in order to protect Ganryū. This incident which come to be known as the Tragedy of Yosuga Pass marked the begining of hostility between Kirigakure and Iwagakure.  Suiren was a kind and loving person who dearly held onto the ideals of peace. After their mission was seemingly completed she spoke openly of what an alliance like this between Kirigakure and Iwagakure would mean for the shinobi world.  She was a very beautiful kunoichi with brown eyes and long blonde hair with two strands framing her face. She wore a pair of earrings along with the standard attire of the Kirigakure-nin complete with forehead protector and flak jacket, along with the jade-green bangle that was worn by her team.
