Wong is the Chief Minister of the Black Order&#039;s Asia Branch and seems to be the right-hand man of Bak Chan. He is very emotional and cries often.

The final villain in Dragon Ball GT. He is the seventh and last of the Evil Shadow Dragons to appear. He later transforms into Super Yi Xing Long (Omega Shenron) after absorbing all seven of the Dragon Balls.

Fire Dragon and foster father of Natsu Dragneel Igneel has been shown to be a loving parental figure towards Natsu, though leaving him to fend for himself leads one to doubt this. Despite leaving him, Igneel is shown to be incredibly protective of Natsu as he watches him from afar.   Contrary to his loving self, Igneel can also be very fierce when he wants to be. He has also shown some arrogance, referring to himself as &quot;the one and only Igneel&quot; during Grandeeney&#039;s visit.   According to Grandeeney, like Natsu, Igneel has a tendency to take things to excess. He taught Natsu how to write, speak, and how to use the fire-brand style of Magic known as &quot;Dragon Slayer Magic &quot;, an ancient form of Magic that gives the user the traits of a dragon.For some still unknown reason, Igneel disappeared one day without saying a word to Natsu on the 7th July of X777 (along with the other dragons like Grandeeney and Metalicana, Wendy Marvell&#039;s and Gajeel Redfox&#039;s foster dragon parents, respectively), leaving Natsu to fend for himself. Natsu&#039;s dream is to be able to meet with Igneel again and he searches for clues of his whereabouts.

Geese is a proud man who considers himself a mighty warrior and as such thinks highly of himself. He craves power in all of its forms: from money to immortality, a desire influenced by various tragedies in his childhood, from losing his mother to being estranged as a stepson. He can be quite vengeful as well, as he holds grudges against Krauser and Jeff, whom he later killed. Despite appearing to be heartless however, he has his own code of honor and there are lines that even he will not cross; never underestimating his opponents, especially after suffering defeat from Terry. He will crush anyone who stands in his way and reward those he deems worthy of his respect, or in the case of Billy, whoever he sympathizes with.

He appears to show respect to Tung Fu Rue despite their histories, even if he is sometimes sarcastic about it, as seen in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum, and more recently in The King of Fighters XIV.

He has a fascination with Japan, often adorning the Japanese decorum on the Geese Tower rooftop with American flags, and has assimilated some Nipponese culture as a result.

Whether because of ambition or to simply keep them from possible harm, he was apparently distant from his personal family, ignoring Rock's pleas to help Marie in her sickness until she reportedly passed away. As a result, this earned him Rock's indignation and the latter's devotion to stay away from his shadow.

King Bradley is the Führer of the Amestris state military and has all state alchemist under his direct command. King Bradley almost always maintains a kind and calm demeanor even when issuing orders to engage in battle. This trait often confuses his subordinates, and Roy Mustang admits that he "can't figure the guy out." King Bradley has a son, Selim, and an unnamed wife.  In both iterations of Bradley, he is shown to be highly skilled with a saber. He can move and attack with incredible speed and dismember with ease.

While in hiding, he improved on his father&#039;s robot designs to create the machine Great Mazinger. He raised the orphans Tetsuya Tsurugi and Jun Hono, training them to be pilots.    Shin Mazinger:    The father of Kouji and Shiro and the son of Juuzo Kabuto. He was present at the excavation of Bardos Island and together with his father created the robot Energer Z, the prototype of Mazinger Z. While excavating the Mycenaean technology on Bardos Island, his cyborg body was possessed by the bio-mechanical Kedora and he betrayed the team. He was presumed to have died during the escape from Bardos Island, at the hands of Tsubasa. 

Kouryuu (コウリュウ, Kōryū?, voiced by Hidekatsu Shibata) is a former rival of Ryuken who competed against him for the succession of the Hokuto Shinken. After losing the successorship to Ryuken, he began living an ascetic life in the mountains. Raoh challenges Koryu and defeats him but spares the lives of Koryu's two sons, Zeus and Aus. Member of Poseidal's Elite 13 (No. 1). Appears in the third L-Gaim OVA. Sai is actually Leccee's grandfather, ~! but this doesn't stop him from trying attacking her and Daba when he gets the chance. Defeated by Daba in battle, Sai is released and he later fights Leccee but is prevented from killing her by Daba. Guyot is tall, powerfully built man. In the beginning of the series, he acted as the commander of Chronos Japan branch after Agito Makishima&#039;s foster father, Genzo Makishima, failed to retrieve the Guyver units. He has an immensely commanding presence.
