Lelouch is a student of Ashford Academy high school, where he is a member of its student council. A brilliant thinker who is quite talented at chess, he lives with his younger sister, Nunnally, with their maid, Sayoko Shinozaki, at a house situated within the compounds of Ashford Academy, where they are looked after by the Ashford family.  Lelouch is soon swept into the conflict between the Britannia Empire and the pockets of resistance which oppose it when he accidentally boards a truck being used by Japanese resistance operatives. Within the truck is a capsule holding C.C., who sacrifices herself to save him from the military forces trying to recapture her. When it seems as if her sacrifice was pointless, C.C. suddenly touches his hand and offers him the "Power of the King", the mythical power of Geass. The Geass manifests itself in him as the power of absolute obedience, which allows him to make people obey his orders without question.   With his new power, Lelouch begins his rebellion against the Empire, forming the Order of the Black Knights and takes up the identity of Zero to lead them, becoming a revolutionary and gaining popular support amongst the people.

The only other undine with Aria Company, Alicia is one of the Three Water Fairies of Neo-Venezia, known by the title "Snow White". At the start of the series, she is 19 years old and the most popular undine in the city, noted especially for her graceful rowing style. She was promoted to Prima at 15, the youngest ever to do so. Like Akari, she is relaxed and easy-going, but she also likes to tease others, especially her childhood friend Akira. Her favorite phrase is ara ara and she frequently giggles, to Akira's annoyance. According to Grandma Akino, she is an excellent undine because of her ability to enjoy everything.   ~!At the end of the series, Alicia announces her upcoming marriage (though to whom is never stated) and retirement to take an administrative position with the Gondola Association. She tells Akari she had put off her Prima exam because she had been planning to retire after that, and did not want to leave her student and friend. According to issue number 6 of Monthly Undine, after her retirement, "Snow White" is designated the 8th "honored appellation" by the Gondola Association, as an undine who made great contributions to the industry.!~

A quiet, demure and extremely wealthy girl who hero-worships Yuzu. She tries very hard to be the epitome of Japanese femininity. Her talisman item is a ceremonial fan.

Her anime counterpart is a combination of two characters in the manga.

A shoemaker from the moon, Haruka came to Rolling Town interested in Dan and Co.&#039;s BFB skills. She develops special basket ball shoes for their Big Foots in order to promote her business. She also has a fetish for feet (unintentionally tickling Dan mercilessly while caressing his feet upon their first encounter) and has the ability to read people&#039;s thoughts just by looking at their feet. She is well endowed due to her being from the moon (referred to as the &quot;Lunar Bust&quot;) and the low gravitational force, allowing her bust to develop to an abnormally large size. Her shoes contain NIKE&#039;s famous swoosh logo.

In the past she was a wolf of the west, known as the monarch butterfly, and was Wizard's ultimate rival, but is now retired, married and the "god of discounts" of the Ralph store. 

A mysterious doctor that works at Clermont Medical Hospital who gave Gerd Frentzen a pill that would cure his paralaysis under the condition that he would keep it confidential. The mother of Ichigo Kurosaki who was killed trying to protect her son from Grand Fisher. She was a very loving mother and wife.   The Grand Fisher used the forms of humans whom he had devoured (mostly women) to attract other humans with high spiritual energy, and Ichigo, who at the time could not distinguish between ghosts and humans, saw Grand Fisher's lure and ran after it. Masaki, realizing this went after Ichigo and protected him from the Grand Fisher at the cost of her own life. According to Ichigo, Masaki was the center of the family and everything that went on with the family revolved around her. Due to this fact, Ichigo's family was greatly devastated by her loss.  They visit her grave every year, and that is the only day in the year Isshin smokes. The reason he smokes in front of her grave was because when they had first started dating, Masaki complimented him about how cool he looked while smoking. He also added that was the first and last time she complimented him about his appearance. Isshin hung up a large poster of her in his home, displaying the phrase "Mazaki forever".  According to Tatsuki Arisawa, Ichigo stopped crying every time he saw his mother. She claimed Ichigo had the most beautiful mother ever, and took it upon himself for her death. Isshin also thought it was his fault his wife died. He says this the reason being he couldn't get there in time to protect her from the Grand Fisher. When Ichigo asked him why nobody ever blamed him for his mother's death, Isshin explained to him that "he was the man the woman I fell in love with gave her life to save." He also added that when they meet each other again, if he had ever blamed Ichigo, Masaki wouldn't be able to forgive him.    ~!She is a quincy and was adopted into the Ishida family.!~

She is a member of an organization called Knights of Gathering. She is also known as Balancing Toy and has a heavy smoking habit. Her job is to hunt and destroy cursed objects, which are also known as Waas, as it is the organization's call of duty.

A woman who works in the Ciel blue de fleur (which seems misspelled early on in the anime&mdash;it should probably be the French &quot;bleu&quot; instead of the English &quot;blue&quot;: &quot;Blue heaven of flowers&quot;) near Tsabuki manor. Ayano's dream has apparently always been to open her own flower shop. Haruma has a crush on her, but has so far been unable to work up the nerve to do anything about it. It seems that she remains oblivious of Haruma's affections and sees him as no more than a good acquaintance. She was engaged to Kazuya until he broke it off, to her considerable sorrow.Ayano runs a small florist shop near where Haruma lives.

A teacher at Nayu&#039;s school who becomes the adviser of the Underwear Appreciation Society. She is generally nervous, but admires Nayu for giving her courage. She seems to have a crush on Keigo, who was her senpai in high school.


Milly Ashford is the granddaughter of the school superintendent, Ruben K. Ashford, and president of the Student Council. Milly enjoys teasing Shirley and is eager to discover Lelouch's weaknesses — enough so to rally the entire school into chasing after Arthur when she suspects the cat to hold something precious to him.     ~!Milly is aware of Lelouch's identity as a former prince of Britannia, her family having supported Empress Marianne. In the second picture drama special included on the DVD release, her grandfather and Nina's grandfather are said to have worked on the Io and Ganymede Knightmare Frames together. Marianne's assassination led to the family's nobility status being stripped. The Ashfords arrange for Milly to marry Earl Lloyd Asplund to restore it. After the events of the first season, Milly remains a student on campus because she failed her examinations, although it is noted that she did so on purpose to remain on campus with her friends. She eventually earns enough credits to graduate and becomes a weather forecaster on the local TV news. She also breaks off her engagement with Lloyd. !~
