Class: Tribal Grappler  Real Name: Moe Kubo  As her name implies, Tabby somewhat resembles a cat, with feline ears, claws, and hair that acts like a cat&#039;s tail. Her character design is similar to that of a Mithra from Final Fantasy XI. Her weapon of choice is a pair of large cat paws that she uses to slash at enemies. Tabby has been playing about as long as Haseo and usually fights alongside Sakisaka in the field. She often refers to Sakisaka as her &quot;master&quot; or &quot;teacher.&quot; She is loyal, friendly and positive (though she points out that she&#039;s not cheerful because she wants to be).

A childhood friend of the central characters, the Elric brothers, she is often seen in their company throughout the series. She is evidently [Edward](https://anilist.co/character/11/Elric-Edward)'s love interest. Specializing in mechanical repair, specifically with automail, Winry services Edward's arm and leg whenever it is in need of repair or replacement.

Yumi Omura is a girl who works at the Japanese pub, My Pleasure, alongside Hideki. She is the daughter of the club's owner. It is initially implied that Yumi was interested in a relationship with Hideki, but as the series progresses it is revealed that she initially approached him because he also worked at Club Pleasure, and that she thinks of him as a big brother. Throughout most of the series Yumi has an inferiority complex toward persocoms, and becomes upset at any mention of a human-sized persocom.    ~!The reason for this is that while Yumi was working at Chiroru she fell in love with the manager, Hiroyasu Ueda. She gathered the courage to tell him, and found out that he reciprocated her feelings. All would have been well, except that Yumi discovered that Ueda had previously been married to a persocom that he had named Yumi, and she thought that he would compare the human Yumi to the persocom Yumi and find the human Yumi inferior.  However, Hideki eventually manages to persuade Yumi that Hiroyasu wouldn't have started anything if he didn't love Yumi for who she was, and he and Yumi start going out again.  !~

Revy, sometimes referred by her full name Rebecca Lee, is the female protagonist of the series. She does most of the fighting for the Lagoon Company. Very little is revealed about her past, although portions can be pieced together through the series. Revy is a Chinese-American born and raised in Chinatown, Manhattan, near Mott Street, spending most of her youth as a thief and murderer. Flashbacks throughout the series reveal that Revy may have honed her skills with firearms by shooting at cans, and that her first murder may have involved shooting her father while using a pillow. It is unknown whether the pillow was used to suppress the noise or to help avoid looking at her first victim. She shot him as a result of being fed up with the abuse.

~!In the 3rd season, it is revealed that she was also raped in a jail cell!~

Revy is very competitive, easily bored, and extremely ill-tempered. Unlike [Rock](https://anilist.co/character/459/Okajima-Rokuro), she is undiplomatic, believing in the use of brute force and coercion to get her way. In contrast to this, she's revealed to be highly ticklish.

Revy is a merciless and sadistic killer, without a conscience, who will kill anyone at the slightest provocation, even unarmed civilians (as seen in episode 6). [Dutch](https://anilist.co/character/457/Dutch) once made reference to University of Texas shooter Charles Whitman in describing Revy after she slaughtered the crew of the Neo-Nazis' boat after a previous conversation with Rock brought up some unpleasant memories, resulting in an internal fit of rage - she even threatened Rock with death if he ever questions or tampers with her way of life. Of all the characters in the series, Revy uses the most foul language. She takes maniacal glee in killing anyone and everyone. She is also a heavy smoker and drinker.

She has a changing but volatile attitude towards Rock; though she respects him later in the series, she is mostly hostile towards him. She shot Rock at point blank range, but he moved her gun at the last second, during a confrontation in episode 7, and in episode 1 emptied most of a magazine in his direction while arguing with Dutch about their hostage. However, she does have a tendency to save Rock from critical situations, and later on she admits to considering Rock as family to [Balalaika](https://anilist.co/character/461/Balalaika). It is possible that she has an attraction to Rock, based on her reactions to [Eda](https://anilist.co/character/462/Eda)'s teasing, which appear to be jealousy.

According to CIA agents on Basilan Island, towards the end of episode 12, Revy is still notorious in the NYPD, particularly at the 27th Precinct. Since the 27th Precinct does not exist in real-life New York City, this throwaway reference may - or may not - indicate an odd connection to Dick Wolf's Law and Order franchise. This is further suggested in a later episode, when Revy specifically mentions the series.

Revy is one of the deadliest fighters in the series, whose skill with firearms and ability to dodge bullets is almost superhuman and unparallelel. There are only a few other characters, such as [Roberta](https://anilist.co/character/2762/Cisneros-Roberta) and [Ginji](https://anilist.co/character/14385/Matsuzaki-Ginji), that can hold their ground against her in combat. Her weapons of choice are a pair of modified Beretta 92FS's; which are made out of stainless steel and had their barrels extended from 4.9" to 5.9" each (the 5.9" is the combat MOD barrel) and also adapted for silencers. They are engraved with "9mm Sword Cutlass" on both sides, as well as the Jolly Roger of the infamous pirate Calico Jack (which is also inlaid into the ivory grips), and a manufacture inscription in Thai. Due to her ambidextrous marksmanship skills, she is nicknamed "Two Hands" by the denizens of Roanapur. However, Revy has been seen using a variety of other firearms.

Constantly living on the edge of life, Revy has developed a rather bleak, almost nihilistic outlook on life, relying only on her own power, skills, and money. She does not believe in God or emotions. However, she seems to respect and trust her companions.

Meg has red hair, carries a small revolver, at times a large armor piercing rifle, and dresses like a cowgirl. Meg is highly prone to be captured and only to be rescued by Jo. She is the very best of friends with Jo and is 100% loyal to her only. It&#039;s suggestive throughout the series and manga that her feelings for Jo might be romantic, possibly bisexual since she&#039;s into men. She first met Jo in New York City, a year before the beginning of the series. Since then, Meg and Jo teamed up and became bounty hunters until Sei hired them. Meg enjoys eating and loves buffets. Her true hair color is not red, but actually black.    She was once an orphan in New York City, but managed to encounter Jo. At first she was reluctant to keep Jo around because of her destructive capabilities, but after some time they learn to appreciate and trust each other. After they took Sei&#039;s offer as employees of Bai-lan, they have been performing supportive roles for Jo&#039;s missions. Meg often would be an undercover agent for info and provide cover fire for Jo. After she finds out Jo&#039;s origin, she feels Jo no longer should fight, but was left alone on their final mission. Nami is the third person to align herself with Straw Hat Pirates, and the fifth to actually join as an official member. Possibly one of the best navigators currently sailing the Grand Line, she has the ability to recognize and analyze even the slightest changes in the weather through sheer intuition, thus saving the ship and the crew from the very unstable Grand Line weather on multiple occasions.

Ir&egrave;ne fights with a wide, double-sided sword, and is one of several Schiff with the ability to locate Saya from great distances. Killing humans to drink their blood bothers her to the point that she refuses to continue to do so, though it leaves her in a weakened state. After Kai saves her from some thugs in Paris, Ir&egrave;ne tells him how the Schiff came to exist, how they are dying from Thorn, and why they keep attacking Saya. She also tells him that they think Saya&#039;s blood will save them, so he offers to ask Saya. When the Schiff later attack Saya&#039;s group, she and Kai try to convince both sides to stop fighting because of their new friendship, but the fighting only stops when Ir&egrave;ne collapses from her progressing Thorn. Saya reluctantly agrees to feed her some of her blood, but it ends up killing Ir&egrave;ne. Her death is mourned by Kai, Saya, and the Schiff alike. Realizing its Diva&#039;s blood they really need, Ir&egrave;ne&#039;s death is the precipice for the end of the hostilities between Saya&#039;s group and the Schiff.

Miranda Lotto is a 25-year-old German woman whose clock caused time to rewind in her town after she connected with Innocence inside it. She often feels inferior and useless and has been fired from over one hundred jobs. This contributes to her chronic depression. With the help of Allen and Lenalee, she became determined to be a useful Exorcist. Her anti-Akuma weapon, the Time Record (刻盤), is located on her right arm. It allows her to stop or reverse time in an area for a short while, causing any object to revert to its original status. However, any damage the object suffered before and during the reversed time will affect the object once the technique is stopped and the dead cannot be revived, this is due to the fact her Innocence cannot erase time.

The exact opposite of most of the characters in the show: loud, rough-around-the-edges, she loves doing what she can to push other peoples' buttons. She enjoys mercilessly teasing or being mischievous, conducting most of her antics around Fukuzawa Yumi.   Despite being a non-conformist in the ranks of the regular girls in Lillian Jogakuen, Sei is one of the wisest and caring characters on the show. Though seeming to have a playful and laid-back attitude, she has experienced many tragedies in her life, especially in her second year.   Sei is known for doing things at her own pace, and dislikes being pressured into making decisions and taking action. She took Toudou Shimako as her soeur while in her third year. Her relationship with the first year is seen to one of mutual understanding and selective support. Sei however has an especially close relationship with Yumi. Sei becomes a source of comfort, and emotional outlet and close friend and mentor for Yumi.   She is often noticed by others for her unconventional looks; many strangers have assumed that she is a model. Sei is not purely Japanese, and has Anglo features, as seen by her hair and eye colour as well as her Caucasian facial bone structure.   After leaving Lillian, Sei studies English and American Literature. Part of this could result from her bibliophile behaviours she picked up during her second year in Lillian when she immersed herself in reading as a form of escapism and trying to understand her conflicting emotions during that time.   She drives a yellow Beetle and is a terrible driver.

Parfet Balblair is the ship's chief engineer. She's a cheerful, nerdy-looking girl with huge glasses and brown hair which she keeps in two large pigtails. Parfait spends most of her time monitoring the Paeksys and the ship's engines, but also has time to devise other inventions for the crew on special occasions. At Christmas she worked very hard to get a snow machine working for everyone. From the start of the series, she finds herself partnered with Duelo, the two having a common patient. As the series progresses, the two become very close, and by the end seem to have a mutual attraction (she became very jealous when Jura made a dive for Hibiki, missed and ended up grabbing Duelo instead). Aka's manager. She understands Aka and gives her advice to better her talent. The advice often revolves around the relationship between Aka and Matsumaru.

Her idol-caliber face, fair hair, and straightforward personality make her very popular at school. With her looks, she attracts literally dozens of admirers but turns down each and every one. Flighty and hot-tempered at the start of the manga, she develops a far more mature attitude after entering Oumi Academy. 


Mimiru is a Heavy Blade, described on Helba Gate as a tough-it-out-through-anything, devil-may-care fighter who is poor at planning things out and following through on them. She is the first player to meet Tsukasa, and later tries to form a bond with him in order to protect him. She usually hangs out with Bear, trying to solve the mystery of Tsukasa's inability to log out.

Layla is Barbaroi that&#039;s about 18 years old. Her past is unknown, all that&#039;s known to others is that she&#039;s a great fighter. She rarely shows any emotion on her face, and she seems to hate all the Dolls in general. However, the only one that she cares a lot for and is willing to show emotion to is Nei, who is an unregistered Doll that travels with her. How and where she met Nei is still unknown.

A pawn from the Chess No Koma. has a romance with Ian, a rook from the Chess. She wants to help him become a Knight.

Alty is Floe's pair, and wears her hair in a chin-length bob parted in the middle. She harbors a &quot;sister complex&quot; toward her older sister, Kaim.

She lives in Heliopolis, a space colony in Orb where she is enrolled in the technical college with Kira, Sai, Flay, Tolle and Kuzzey. She is inseparable with her boyfriend Tolle, almost attached at the hip, but they do not show their affection in public. Her personality is mature and well-rounded.

She is the titular character of the series and its main protagonist. She is a very strong-willed, athletic, and attractive gal who rules the streets of Shibuya. Although she comes from a long line of police officers, she is ditzy and absent-minded when it comes to school and the only subject she gets good grades on is physical education and her poorest subjects are mathematics and literature and has trouble even solving problems from lower grade levels. When she was in elementary school, she was actually enthusiastic to become a police officer, but quit the ambition after learning that if she becomes one, she won&#039;t be able to wear her favorite accessories or dye her hair. She is usually obsessed with anything that is trendy or catches her eye, usually brown-nosing guys who find her cute to buy them, and is also quite gluttonous; but inside her heart, she has a strong sense of justice that runs in her blood and is extremely intimidating and tough when she&#039;s in combat mode. She is a role model to the junior students at Hounan High for her social status as a magnificent gal for justice and her very understanding nature for teens who are learning to cope, but there were some who looked upon her with jealousy and anger. 

Despite being an underachiever (barely being able to graduate in the manga), Ran is actually pretty smart and has a good memory on what she is interested in (like shopping). There is a running gag in the manga that some of her friends say, &quot;If only she used that (memory, concentration, etc.) on studying...&quot;. 

Ran's boyfriend is Tatsuki Kuroi, who is as ditzy and dumb as she is. Their love life is complicated (but strangely comedic at times), since Ran doesn&#039;t really care about boys, but she does like her boyfriend, and kissed his cheek (only in the manga). Also, she has a foreign friend, Vivian Lin, a Taiwanese celebrity who looks amazingly like her, whom she met during a school trip to Taiwan (only shown in two stories of the manga).

Hikari is a ten-year-old Pokémon Coordinator from Futaba Town and a former traveling companion of Satoshi and Takeshi. Her goal is to become a great Top Coordinator like her mother, Ayako. Her first Pokémon was a Pochama that she received from Dr. Nanakamado.

One of the "Big 4" of Stellvia, (older students who are at the top of their classes), Ayaka is shown as competitive in the extreme. She has something of an inferiority complex which drives her to be the absolute best, and she can't tolerate seeing others better than her.  Two years in the past, when [Yayoi](https://anilist.co/character/4183) was her classmate, she arranged an accident to ensure her own position at the top of the class. Things went a little out of hand, however, and it looked like Yayoi might lose her life, so Ayaka rescued her. Yayoi was hospitalized and traumatized, and left Stellvia for a time. Now with [Shipon](https://anilist.co/character/194) looking like she would surpass Ayaka as well, the same thing almost happened. Had Yayoi not returned to Stellvia and recognized the danger Shipon might be in, Ayaka might have seriously injured or even killed her. Due to Yayoi's defense, Ayaka was not expelled from Stellvia, but was suspended for a time. After Yayoi forgives Ayaka for nearly causing her to lose her life, and they become very close. Ayaka seems to have strong feelings for her classmate and friend Kent Austin who is also one of the Big 4. Although in the last episode it appeared that she was closer to Yayoi than Kent.

A Sweeper who found and helped Train when he was injured. She introduced him to a new world, so to speak, and helped him become the man he is now. Their relationship was deep, and was not romantic (According to Train), but may have been if given more time. As the manga progresses, we learn more about Saya and her relationship with Train, as well as about Train's childhood and traumatic past. Her weapon of choice in both the manga and anime is a Beretta 93R, and her special technique was ricocheting bullets at different angles and velocities.

The president of the art club at Nadesico Academy. Although she sees Elis as a rival, she is there to help Elis when she is in need of advice.

Mils Brinberg is a German spy and twin sister of Adol.

Vice-Commander of Phantom, Renée seems as cold hearted as they come. She can bluff terrorists without breaking a sweat or plan an operation with deadly efficiency, and her sharp-shooting skills let her pick off targets from great distances. There is something odd about her relationships with other members of Phantom, both past and present.

Honoka is a cheerful young girl who works as a freelancer. &nbsp;She&rsquo;ll take on almost any job, though she doesn&rsquo;t really care for mercenary work. &nbsp;Because she spent most of her childhood in the desert, she&rsquo;s a bit of a tomboy (and is often teased about it). &nbsp;Bogie, her A.I. partner, has been with her since she was very young, and she&rsquo;s come to care about him just as much as he does for her. &nbsp;Honoka has many layers to her personality; she&rsquo;s strong yet gentle, aggressive yet vulnerable.
