Human compromiser who is sent out to mediate the relationship between humans and vampires. She was an orphan that was raised by the Order Coffin Company, which she now works in.

Although considered taboo by the Company, she allowed Jirou to suck a bit of her blood when he was feeling weak.

A boy collapsed in the forest and rescued by Crevaniel and Regina. Since then he has come to live with them as a member of Arten Schwart. He is gentle and always positive. It became Crevaniel&#039;s duty to look after him.

Éclair works for the Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs, or GOTT for short. While her primary job is to be a receptionist her job also incorporates being sent on missions as an ES member of the so-called "Shadow Unit" in order to ensure normal economic operation on the various planets around the Galaxy. She does this with the assistance of her younger partner and fellow receptionist Lumière, her Guard robot Donnerschlag and the space-ship La Muse.

Known for her childish nature, she often dresses up in either a skimpy or amusing, but loosely related to the situation, costume. She has a tendency to shout "Ta-da!" (じゃっじゃ～ん！) whenever she arrives on the scene to arrest someone. Her rash nature also often makes her overreact to situations, despite this, she is naturally honest and direct, and tries to remain cheerful even when on assignment. Although she is hot-headed and immature, Éclair is also very sweet and caring and willing to help others, whether it be friend or stranger. 

Her favorite foods are celery and carrots, and her favorite phrase is "Que será, será."

Wina Lightning is the listening officer of the Silvana. Gifted with a perceptive hearing, she is tasked with matching the acoustic signature provided by Disith to that of Exile. She trains herself by continuously listening to the different acoustic signatures present in the Grand Stream, from the sound of a rainbird flock to the signature of a Disith battleship's remains. The tallest of the trouble making trio, Joan is the passive one and usually offers suggestions.


Noel is the Mermaid Princess of the Arctic Ocean, and the keeper of the Deep Blue Pearl. She has three different forms: Mermaid Noel, Human Noel, and her singer form, Deep Blue Pearl Voice. She has no image song.

Noel is portrayed as the smart and quiet type, but she is involved in most of the second trio's crazy things. Noel is not one who makes a decision without thinking, but she is willing to sacrifice herself if it means saving her friends.

She was captured by Gaito, and so she only appeared near the end of the first season when Lucia and Co. went to face Gaito and liberate everyone. Noel was then freed and reunited with her younger sister, Karen.  

~!When Gaito was defeated, Noel leaves to help rebuild her kingdom. She comes back to the human world with Karen and Coco, but they are only comic relief. Noel returns a second time when the Mermaids fight Michel.!~  

Rouge is a fortune teller who met Fokker, and later on join him on his quest for the Power Stones. She also holds the Power Stone of Fire. She changes into the Scorching Beauty.

She is the homeroom teacher of Ichika Tachibana , Satsuki Takigawa , Keiko Takamura and Michiru Munakata .

Fuuka Esumi is an elementary schoolgirl who stands at 163cm tall and has the figure of an university student.    Due to the way she looks, she causes many misunderstandings.
