Takani Megumi (高た荷かに 恵めぐみ?) is a secondary character in the Rurouni Kenshin series and the main cast's primary physician after her appearance. She is the youngest daughter of Takani Ryūsei, a well-known doctor in Aizu which was an important province supporting the Tokugawa Shogunate. During the Boshin Wars, her father died and the rest of her family went missing, leaving Megumi as the sole survivor.

She is an extremely skilled physician trained in both classical Japanese medicinal practices like moxibustion as well as, more impressively, modern Western practices like toxicology. She is very adept at identifying poisons and determining cures and can also treat broken bones and lacerations.

Misa Hayase is one of the central characters of the Macross series. In the Robotech edited adaptation, she is known as Lisa Hayes.    Born into a family with a hundred-year military lineage and the only daughter of Admiral Takashi Hayase, Misa had aspired to enter the military since childhood. This dream was bolstered by a desire to join her boyfriend and first love, Riber Fruhling, in the UN Spacy, ~! a hope tragically unrealized as he dies shortly after leaving Misa on Earth. !~    After graduating first in her class at the UN Spacy Officers&#039; Academy, she earned a bridge post aboard the SDF-1 Macross. As she herself admits, her mind is constantly preoccupied with duty. This changes, however, after she meets the young pilot Hikaru Ichijyo. She suffered from a deadly illness when she was a young girl. Her twin sister Sawa fed Towa the blood of a mermaid. The blood made her better, but unfortunately, she developed a deformed arm, similar of a Lost Soul's and her hair turned pure white. She didn't age on the outside, but her insides were the same. When Towa's father learned of what Sawa did to her, Towa locked up in a cell underneath the house and was never allowed to come out. Sawa had a life of her own; getting married and having a child of her own while Towa lived alone in the world except for her fiancée, Dr. Shiina. Her deformed arm caused her terrible pain. She asks Dr. Shiina to dissect the arms of dead girls and re-attach them onto her. But every arm has turned deformed and the pain gets worse. She is about to lose hope until Mana is killed in a car accident. Dr. Shiina is about to cut off Mana's arm, but when Mana came back to life, she comes up with a plan. She will replace her body into Mana's unless Sawa tells her where the mermaid mound is. Towa had shown a small love interest for Mana, but it is unknown if she loved her for the fact that she has an immortal body or the anything else. Towa found the mermaid and wants to give the flesh to Sawa to fulfill her revenge, but Sawa dies of a cardiac arrest, leaving her with nothing to show her life. In the end, Towa joins her sister in death.

Nui is a Mushishi and the narrator of the anime series. Her voice can be heard in many episodes.

Nui's appearance is very similar to the series' protagonist [Ginko](https://anilist.co/character/425/Ginko). Due to her exposure to the Ginko Mushi, she has white hair and only her left eye (which has turned green). She is tall and usually wears a dark kimono. Since she doesn't have her right eye, she keeps it shut. Nui's appearance was different before being exposed to the Ginko, she had long, black hair, dark eyes, and wore a brighter kimono. Similar to Ginko, she smokes Mushi-Tobacco to keep Mushi away.

Nui is a Mushishi from an isolated yet beautiful village in the mountains. Due to her tendency to attract Mushi she rarely stayed in her village and often used to travel from place to place driving Mushi away. She still often used to visit her parents, friends, and her husband and child.

Due to her research on the Ginko, she was constantly exposed to its light and that changed her appearance. One day, she found an injured boy named Yoki in the woods who had lost his mother in a landslide. She tended to his wounds and explained to him the nature of Tokoyami.

~!One day while returning from her travels, she learned from other villagers that her husband, parents, child, and her friends had disappeared into the mountains. While searching for them she found out that there were Tokoyami living in a pond.

Once she realized that her loved ones were turned into Tokoyami by the Ginko, she then decided to live near the pond and studied the Tokoyami and the Ginko that lived within it. She used the fish in the pond to conduct her research only to find out that eventually all the fish exposed to the Ginko turn into Tokoyami.!~

~!She willingly exposed herself to the light of the Ginko and turned into Tokoyami. Before completely fading away, Yoki grabbed her hand and was also consumed by the Tokoyami. Within the Tokoyami, Nui's spirit guided Yoki and told him that in order to escape, he would have to sacrifice his memories and one of his eyes to the Ginko. The Ginko then awoke and consumed the rest of Nui.!~

Sweet and nurturing, she is married to the flirtacious Tokaki for reasons no one can figure out. Though she is often exasperated by Tokaki's roving eye, she does love her husband. Eclipse is the Chief of Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs (GOTT). Her job is to ensure normal economic activity on all of the planets in the Galaxy, she operates, to an extent under the guise of the Galactic Union. Mainly she ensures this by sending of various groups of people or ES members to either fight, arrest, seize, destroy or assist in order to achieve the goal of normal economic activity. An ES member cannot disobey a direct order from Chief Eclipse, and by doing so this results in a Purge. For instance in Episode 1 she sends a Letter of Attorney to allow trade to pass to Faunus and Medea (a military blockade stops this), in Episode 2 to stop illegal production of High G a gravity control material, and thus to allow normal production. In Episode 3 they must escort prisoners in charge of extradition back to the GOTT head office.    In each of these instances she sends out an ES team. She never gets directly involved. Though in order for the members to make an arrest they must seek permission through her. Her true job, and what she spends most of her time doing, is never clear. Her superior is Chevalier D&#039;Autrice and her secretary is the number-crunching expert Mercredi.    Later in the series when there are odd, potentially evil, goings on at the GOTT, it is assumed to be from her. But she is only a pawn through which those at work act, as she has no choice but to obey her superiors.    Eclipse&#039;s personality is one of collected calm and eloquence, for this she is greatly admired by &Eacute;clair. She rarely speaks her mind and if so it is out of obligation too. She never says a word wrong and smoothly operates the GOTT. Even in anger she is reasonable, but when she is expected to carry out actions she doesn&#039;t often do them willingly, another indication that she never speaks her mind. She is also caring towards the teenagers who are the ES members. She often says something along the lines of &quot;I will be looking forward to your safe return.&quot; Her other catch-phrase is &quot;Eclair, Lumiere, arrest authorization granted.&quot;     ~!Eclipse is an ES-Member herself, contemporary with Eclair and Lumiere, and her G Class ability is known as Kvant (Russian for quantum). It is this ability that enables the ES-Members to be &#039;reborn&#039;, as she is able to quantize the soul itself and transfer it from body to body in a process called encoding. She is also able to perform quantum jumps, or teleportation, over short distances.!~

The main protagonist and title character. A member of the Special Security Force, she initially believes in just getting the job accomplished and not caring who dies in the anime. In the end, however, she shows dismay after being forced to kill Raiden. Her story differs in the manga, she becomes cybernetic after being injured in an explosion, in contrast to her anime counterpart who remains human throughout.

Reine Devila is the queen of the devil world and she despises all forms of love. Reine commands her minions to go to war with the angel world. She also tells them spread hatred throughout the human world in an attempt to eradicate all the love from the human world that they can. She seems to hate the feelings of love between brides and grooms the most.

When he first appeared Koby was a small, timid, bespectacled boy with pink hair. He was slightly chubby and somewhat shorter than Luffy. After training with Garp, Koby became somewhat thinner and taller. He now stands nearly as tall as Luffy. He also gained a scar across his forehead above his right eye. He now wears a jacket with the standard Marine colors.   Personality  Koby is first introduced as a cowardly Chore Boy on board Alvida's ship. Through fear of being smashed by her Iron Mace, whenever she asked him who was the loveliest on the sea, he would reply, 'You are, Miss Alvida'. Eventually with the help of Luffy he found the courage to pursue his dream of leaving her and becoming a Marine.  The first time he appears to have changed is when he and Luffy arrive at the base Captain Morgan is at. Helmeppo holds a gun to his head, but he pulls together his courage and tells Luffy not to worry about him. After their mini-arc series, Helmeppo and he become good friends.  Koby values his friendship with Luffy a lot, as shown when even after their brief fight, he asks if they're still friends.  Abilities and Powers  In his first appearance he lacked any fighting skills. According to Alvida, the only reason why she kept him on was because he happened to be good at Navigation. He is seen during his mini-arc training alongside Helemeppo and Vice-Admiral Monkey D. Garp. He has since become strong enough to use Rokushiki, or at the very least, Soru. He also has some knowledge of swordsmanship, as he was seen practicing with Helmepppo, as well as Garp's attendant.    ~! Current Events  He appears to be at Water 7 alongside Helmeppo after Garp pays Luffy a visit. He tells both Luffy and Zoro about "The New World", and also tells them that the next time they met, it will be in the New World, and that he will be an Admiral and he will have to fight and capture Luffy. Luffy just says he'll look forward to their fight.  Koby sees Luffy one more time as he leaves Water 7, when Garp attacks.   Koby makes another appearance later on, in the Marineford Arc, participating in the war alongside the marines. After shouting a plea to end the war, he is attacked by Admiral Akainu, only to faint before being saved by Shanks. Sometime during the timeskip, he was hailed as the hero of the rocky port incident, where he protected civilians from a former member of the Rocks Pirates. He has also been shown to be a member of the marine organization SWORD. He is currently in captivity on pirate island in the New World. !~

Weary from rebuilding the Hellsing Organization&#039;s army from the Valentine Brothers&#039; attack, as well as being dismissed from a vampire attack by MI-5 (and bothered by an ominous premonition from Alucard), Sir Integra Wingates Hellsing received a surprise visit from Laura, her sister living in the Essex area. The visit was friendly but soon unusual events were occurring: Seras Victoria was being restrained by Walter, Alucard has his first encounter with the masochistic vampire Incognito, and Integra herself was unusually fatigued. She then realized all too late the sad truth &ndash; she was an only child, and the woman claming to be her sister was in fact a vampiric assassin.    &quot;Laura Hellsing&quot; is in reality a Baobhan Sith &ndash; a Celtic vampire often referred to as &quot;the White Woman&quot;. Baobhan Sith often wear long green gowns, and have been known to use hypnotism to ensnare its victims. This particular one had stabbed Integra in the stomach before drawing her blood... then Alucard (because of Incognito&#039;s boasting) realized what was happening, interrupted and slew the beast before Integra was killed. And as a result, Walter was released from the enchantment that forced him to restrain Seras and both raced to Integra&#039;s aid.    However, because she was bitten, Integra nearly kills herself by stabbing herself in the neck to draw out the creature&#039;s taint from her body. An attractive young woman whose wealthy parents own a large ranch near Dallas, Texas, Marvel was also brought to Byston Well to fight on the side of Drake Luft, but now works with Nie Givun to overthrow Luft. She and Shō Zama first meet as enemies, but, between her getting him to question his allegiance, and his guilt when House Luft attacks House Givun and kills Nie&#039;s mother, he soon allies with her. Her fighting abilities are on par with Shō, but she lags far behind him in Aura Power. When the battling armies of Byston Well are sent to Upper Earth by the Ferario, Marvel takes time to reconcile with her parents, and also to spend a few days visiting Hawaii with Shō. Though, early on, she seems to have some interest in Nie, Marvel falls deeply in love with Shō, and wishes that he would admit the feelings she knows he has for her.

Naoko Akagi was Ritsuko's mother. She was the creator of the MAGI system and the former Gehirn head technician.

The Merrow Queen is the leader of the Celtic merfolk who reside in the waters around the Isle of Man. She was one of the first to recognize Edgar as the Blue Knight Earl, and humbly looks to him as the leader of fairy-kind.

Misuzu was Lynn&#039;s mother. She met George when he was in Japan for a business trip. She also has a similar personality as his late wife and a reason why he chose her. A wanna-be future model (later a female wrestler) with an obsessive one-sided rivalry with Maki. She later becomes a moderately good fighter, and accomplishes things by sheer force of will and determination. She is loud and over dramatic, and during extended fights is essentially a Berserker powered by her own rage, and she will not admit defeat unless violently knocked out. A running gag in the show is how most characters refer to her by her full name in a dramatic fashion, probably due to her tendency to do the same. When enraged, her appearance has been compared to the Devilman. Due to a childhood &quot;accident&quot;, she&#039;s deaf in her right ear.
