A wanna-be future model (later a female wrestler) with an obsessive one-sided rivalry with Maki. She later becomes a moderately good fighter, and accomplishes things by sheer force of will and determination. She is loud and over dramatic, and during extended fights is essentially a Berserker powered by her own rage, and she will not admit defeat unless violently knocked out. A running gag in the show is how most characters refer to her by her full name in a dramatic fashion, probably due to her tendency to do the same. When enraged, her appearance has been compared to the Devilman. Due to a childhood &quot;accident&quot;, she&#039;s deaf in her right ear.

The main protagonist and title character. A member of the Special Security Force, she initially believes in just getting the job accomplished and not caring who dies in the anime. In the end, however, she shows dismay after being forced to kill Raiden. Her story differs in the manga, she becomes cybernetic after being injured in an explosion, in contrast to her anime counterpart who remains human throughout.

 An attractive young woman whose wealthy parents own a large ranch near Dallas, Texas, Marvel was also brought to Byston Well to fight on the side of Drake Luft, but now works with Nie Givun to overthrow Luft. She and Shō Zama first meet as enemies, but, between her getting him to question his allegiance, and his guilt when House Luft attacks House Givun and kills Nie&#039;s mother, he soon allies with her. Her fighting abilities are on par with Shō, but she lags far behind him in Aura Power. When the battling armies of Byston Well are sent to Upper Earth by the Ferario, Marvel takes time to reconcile with her parents, and also to spend a few days visiting Hawaii with Shō. Though, early on, she seems to have some interest in Nie, Marvel falls deeply in love with Shō, and wishes that he would admit the feelings she knows he has for her.

Queen Serenity was the queen of the Moon Kingdom during the Silver Millennium and the mother of Princess Serenity. She sacrificed her life by using the Silver Crystal to send the court of the Silver Millennium, including the spirits of her daughter, the Solar System Senshi, and her daughter's lover Prince Endymion, into the future to be reborn on Earth.

Fiber is one of Neos&#039; four generals (referred to as the Shiten&#039;nou (四天王, Shitennō) in Japanese). She uses her sharp nails for weapons in close combat, and controls her victims like marionettes. She is also the first opponent faced and defeated in battle by Iczer-3, who taunts her by calling her an &quot;old lady&quot;, an insult that infuriates her. When she returns to Neos to beg for another chance, Neos uses her as an example and disposes of her on the spot.

The second daughter of Boss Wong. Wonshaku works for The Pentagon in the computer strategy division. Because of this, she is called upon by Wong to assist Freeman in learning more about the Kidnappers Organization.

The principal of Yohko&#039;s school, who turns out to be a demon. 

Sweet and nurturing, she is married to the flirtacious Tokaki for reasons no one can figure out. Though she is often exasperated by Tokaki's roving eye, she does love her husband. A 16-year-old former motorcycle gang member and girlfriend to gang leader, Romy. She was severely beaten and taken advantage of by a rival gang when they cornered her away from her group. Houquet initially fights for the helpless and refuses an alliance with Stick, but joins the team after realizing that she would be stronger with them than without them. Eventually she comes to respect her companions enough that she offers to sacrifice herself in order to save the others. Falls in love with Ray, but is unable to open her heart and express her affection to him.

The Merrow Queen is the leader of the Celtic merfolk who reside in the waters around the Isle of Man. She was one of the first to recognize Edgar as the Blue Knight Earl, and humbly looks to him as the leader of fairy-kind.

Kaede Domyoji is the mother of Tsukasa and Tsubaki. She is a powerful, rich and an extremly cold business woman, owner of her own international hotel line and Domyoji Enterprises. Kaede works and lives mainly in New York, and she never bothered to raise her children. She is not interested in other peoples feelings. Everything should be exactly as she planned.  Once a year she comes home to Japan to celebrate the birthday of her son Tsukasa—the heir of the family fortune.

Misuzu was Lynn&#039;s mother. She met George when he was in Japan for a business trip. She also has a similar personality as his late wife and a reason why he chose her. The visit was friendly but soon unusual events were occurring: Seras Victoria was being restrained by Walter, Alucard has his first encounter with the masochistic vampire Incognito, and Integra herself was unusually fatigued. She then realized all too late the sad truth &ndash; she was an only child, and the woman claming to be her sister was in fact a vampiric assassin.    &quot;Laura Hellsing&quot; is in reality a Baobhan Sith &ndash; a Celtic vampire often referred to as &quot;the White Woman&quot;. Baobhan Sith often wear long green gowns, and have been known to use hypnotism to ensnare its victims. This particular one had stabbed Integra in the stomach before drawing her blood... then Alucard (because of Incognito&#039;s boasting) realized what was happening, interrupted and slew the beast before Integra was killed. And as a result, Walter was released from the enchantment that forced him to restrain Seras and both raced to Integra&#039;s aid.    However, because she was bitten, Integra nearly kills herself by stabbing herself in the neck to draw out the creature&#039;s taint from her body. Unlike Mian, Flat was unable to win Poseidal's love, but was given the independent asteroid base Theart Star due to all the help she provided him. Like Poseidal and Mian she possessed eternal youth, but as the decades passed she grew bored with her life and resentful towards Poseidal. Flat eventually seeks to take Poseidal down, first by allying with Giwaza Lowau, who was rebelling against Poseidal, and later heading down to Sveto herself to break Mian from Poseidal's grasp.
