A young man who works as a bishop at the Barsburg Church with Labrador, Castor and Lance. After a Hawkzile crash, he carries Teito to the church and starts looking after him. When Teito passes the bishop exam and becomes Frau’s apprentice, the two go on a journey to visit the seven God Houses. Frau is the vessel of the ghost Sichel, whose job is to sever people’s bonds with misfortune. He is also the current owner of Verloren’s scythe.

~!Frau was orphaned at a young age and lived in a small island named Eden until he became a sky pirate, working in a ship named Aegis alongside his idol, Guido. At the end of the Raggs war, Aegis was attacked by the Barsburg military and Frau was the only person in the ship who survived. Using the extreme grief Frau felt at that moment, Landkarte implanted Verloren's Scythe into him. Guido, the previous vessel of Sichel, used Sichel’s spirit to possess Frau and control Verloren's scythe, allowing Frau to continue living. After this, Frau started living in the church and eventually became a bishop, passing the exam with the highest mark anyone has ever gotten.!~

~!At the end of the story, he becomes one with Verloren’s scythe after losing his body in an attempt to protect Teito. He goes through the Land of Seele with Teito and becomes the new Verloren. He is seen continuing his duties as Verloren in the mangakas’ second series, Battle Rabbits, which takes place thousands of years after 07-Ghost in a completely separate universe.!~

Yozora Mikazuki is the female deuteragonist in the Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai series. She is the founder, first member, and club president of the Neighbor's Club. Prideful and easily provoked by nature, Yozora detests "normals" and that is the reason why Yozora doesn't have any friends along with the fact that she's a natural loner. She also preferred to have an "air friend", whom she calls "Tomo-chan" but decided to make a club to make friends. She is a cruel and selfish black-haired girl who says she understands and respects bullying but resents being called a bully herself. Yozora's difficult personality drives away anyone who might wish to make friends with her before she meets Kodaka. She dislikes individuals who act friendly over their first interaction, a trait she also shares with Sena, due to the suspicion of treachery and betrayal in the end. Yozora is also very prone to depression whenever she's at a state of loss to the point where her pessimism gets the best of her. Still, Yozora is very selfless and is willing to throw away her reputation and even her very own safety to lend a helping hand to the people who share her pain and past experiences as a neglected loner. Yozora is very smart, she had high results on the semestral tests and even scored full marks on one of them (Modern Japanese). She also has quite a good understanding of people combined with mentioned intelligence and acting skills, which lets her effortlessly outsmart and manipulate her fellow club members. Yozora also has great leadership skills and she is good athletically too.

She is physically abusive towards, and often argues with, Sena and manipulative towards Maria, who she cons into giving up an empty room for the use of the Neighbor's Club, and Yukimura, who she fools into working for the club as a cross-dressing cosplay maid. The only person she can't insult is Rika, as Rika takes whatever insult she gives her and deflects it back with a dirty joke that leaves her tired to the point where she just does what Rika says (like crossdress for example) rather than argue. The reason why Yozora throws verbal offenses at Sena is that she thinks of her as a primary example of a riajuu (normals/popular people), since she pities them, which is one of the reasons why she founded the Neighbor's club. She even looked at Hinata Hidaka, the Student Council President, as the King of the Normals (King Lear). All the while seeing the title to be unfit for Sena after she claimed that the latter isn't as "normal" or "popular" as she thinks she is, after their long period of being together in the Neighbor's Club.

Yozora has a mild anti-social personality, she values privacy greatly and hence, dislikes parlors (which is the reason why she has kept her hair so long) and crowded areas (to the point where it will be nauseating for her). As such, Yozora dislikes talking about more sensitive matters like careers and romance. Yozora also claims to have a soft spot for children although her treatment towards Maria seems to indicate the opposite, though, she did that mainly because of Maria's haughtiness and rudeness towards Yozora when she wanted to use the chapel as a club-room. In Haganai CONNECT, it was revealed that she is looked up to by a boy (Wakagi Mitsuta) who often visits the bookshop she works at, where she is seen as an older sister figure. Whenever Mitsuta has trouble with school or something else, he will go and ask for her advice and Yozora will try to give what she thinks is the best, even if it regarding something she dislikes (romantic themes). Mitsuta is also Kobato's classmate and has a girlfriend named Miki.

Despite the fact that she has a tendency to strongly disagree with Sena's decisions, even she can admit to a degree when she goes too far and has apologized on a few occasions. Also, while not easily seen, Yozora can be in fact far more sensitive than what she lets people know, as demonstrated when playing an Otome game recommended by Rika, in which Yozora found her character all alone and started crying sadness, seemingly seeing herself on the character in question. 

The main reason why she established the Neighbor's Club was to try to get closer to Kodaka but she was also seemingly just as conflicted as Kodaka about the relationship of the club members. She does treasure the Neighbor's Club deeply, as she has become warmer. Two examples would be when she decided to cancel the movie planned for the School Festival due to Rika catching a cold out of overwork, claiming that if they, the seven members of the Neighbor's Club, could not watch it together, it would be pointless. An act that was fully respected by the whole club. She also protected Kobato's club membership from Aoi Yusa. 

~! She is Kodaka's childhood friend, though, at the time, he believed that she was a boy, calling her "Sora"; her nickname for him was "Taka." On the day that Kodaka moved, she intended to wear a skirt and reveal her gender to him but was too embarrassed to do so. She seems to have feelings for Kodaka. After her experience in losing "Night", a cat she and Kodaka found ten years ago under an abandoned temple, and Kodaka's sudden disappearance during their childhood (which Yozora was unaware of), Yozora was traumatized by the fact of not establishing bonds with other people to avoid getting hurt, hence, she is very cautious about her well-being, which is likely to be one of the reasons why she doesn't have friends. !~ 

~! Yozora still treasures the time of being childhood friends with Kodaka in the past saying she would rather choose the time where she and Kodaka were still friends than the present and would get angry at anyone who disrespects it. As shown when Sena points out that their friendship is 'ancient history' and that she should focus on the task assigned to her, causing Yozora to get furious with Sena, to the point where it ended with her bursting into tears and leaving the club-room, but not before saying something aloud to Sena, much to the shock of everyone, especially Kodaka. And according to the latter, the memories of them from 10 years ago is what kept Yozora going in being her usual self. !~


 ~!It is implied throughout the novel but is finally revealed in volume 7 that the only reason Yozora made the club was to spend time alone with Kodaka; and that she had no interest in gaining friends in the first place!~  

~!Despite the fact that Yozora is a main character, not much is known about her background. Other than her childhood with Kodaka, almost nothing is known about her home situation, family, and other things involving her background unlike Kodaka and Sena, where you know much more about.!~

A minor character that appears in episodes 14 and 15.  She and her father are looking for the leaves of rebirth which is rumored to be able to bring the dead back to life.  There was a fire at her house and her brother who had some condition where he was confined to a wheelchair got stuck inside.  Her mother was bed ridden after that and she's been helping her father look for the leaves because thats all thats kept him going since the brother died in the fire.

Tooka Yatogami's name is given by Shidou the second time they met. Due to being a spirit, she is always being targeted by the AST and is aiming for the kill; because of this, she hated humans for always shunning her and thinking that she wasn't allowed to live in this world. However, her whole life changed when she met Shidou.  Even with that high and cool presence, Tooka lacks some common sense and loves food very much.   ~!Once her power was sealed, she wasn't being targeted by the AST anymore, and she started attending Shidou's high school. Her surname was given by Reine.  She was overjoyed that she could live with Shidou now, but knowing that Origami was there too, she was somehow agitated and is always having a minor quarrel with Origami (mostly because of Shidou and their feelings).!~ 

Lirio is a child taken care of by Ricardo. She is aware of Ricardo&#039;s bounty hunting profession and is not seemed to be bothered by it. Each time Ricardo goes out to hunt a bounty, she waits patiently for him to return. She is very fond of Nadie and Ellis as well. At the end of the series, Ricardo teaches her how to use a boomerang.     She very rarely speaks and instead, communicates with other people by smiling, facial expressions and nodding or shaking her head.

A third year student and the current rank no.1 Pandora of the West Genetics Academy. She is also the student council president, who escorted Kazuya on the day he transfers to the academy. Although having a somewhat friendly and laid-back personality, she's very strict about upholding the school rules, such as unofficial battle among Pandoras are forbidden.  She appears to be afraid of Satellizer like all the other students in the academy and warns Kazuya not to get near her. But in fact Chiffon is quite the 'monster' herself, being one of the most powerful Pandora's in the series. She is most likely stronger than even Satellizer as she playfully joked about it to Kazuya. The extent of her abilities as a Pandora are yet to be fully revealed, however, it has been mentioned that although, she has 4 regular stigmas and no inherited ones, she possesses a unique ability she devised herself called the "illusion turn" and is able to take down 3rd year rank no.4, Arnett McMillian with a single strike. Further proof of her abilities is how she was able to defeat Milena Marius, a fourth year Chevalier from East Genetics, seemingly without getting a single scratch, albeit with the help of Ticy Phenyl.  She was ranked 1st among all West Genetics third-year students, as well as being one of the world's five top-ranking Pandora, ranking at #1

Misaki is a friend of Tsubasa and likes to pick on him a lot. She also belongs to the Special Ability class and is one of the most normal looking people there. She has a Doppelganger Alice that allows her to multiply herself into two or more. She is very up-beat.  She danced the Last Dance with Tsubasa during the festival, which, according to the Alice tradition, is a 'dance of love', and any couple that dances during this will be together forever. She and Tsubasa have even been described as a 'married couple' in the anime.  She is also a member of Watching Over Ruka group. And it somehow appears that Kitsuneme and Yome have innocent crushes on her.[11] As a senpai, she takes good care of Mikan, especially in Tsubasa's absence. She is more like a big sister. She is shown to have good fighting abilities as she can easily beat up guys in a fight.  In the manga, her hair is a bit longer and she ties it up when she went to the Flower Princess Festival. 

Mutsuki, also known as &quot;Mucchii&quot;, is an exceptional athlete whose reputation often precedes her. In effect, sports clubs at school have invited her to participate in several club activities as an honorary member. Not wanting to turn them down, Mutsuki ends up participating in a multitude of other sports-club related activities in addition to the work she puts forth for the student council, despite initially not being an official member. This is due to her liking to help out where she is needed. She has a tomboyish personality, often hitting Mei on the back very hard and sporting a short haircut for a girl. Mutsuki's mannerisms are not feminine either and her voice is deeper than the typical female voice for her age. 

The main protagonist of the story. 2nd grader in Tsukishima Gakuen High school.  She transforms into Tsukishiro Miina by eating a carrot or any food that contains carrots as ingredients (such as carrot juice). She uses her Carrot Weapons to fight against and capture alien criminals causing trouble in the Earth. Special abilitiy is &quot;Carrot Hammer&quot;. Ironically though, she hates eating carrots.    Mina is scouted by LunaTV&#039;s Onoue producer, and debuts as an active high school student-announcer. After she&#039;s also picked by Rabbit Force&#039;s Earth commander Nanashi to become a Miina, she comes to live a busy life in 3 different roles. She is yet inexperienced both as an announcer and a Miina; but she overcomes hardships thanks to her hardworking nature and the encouragements of surrounding people.

She is Tazusa's quiet best friend and the designer of all of her skating outfits. She is always with Yohko cheering Tazusa on during competitions.  A running gag in the anime consists of Tazusa yelling at Pete who is invisible to other people only to have Mika mistake the target of Tazusa's tirade as herself.
