Originally only known as &quot;Father&quot; to Teito, he took Teito into a church and raised him. When Teito was a child, he taught him many things, including the majority of the church&#039;s writings. Fia Kreuz was excommunicated from the Church shortly after Teito left, for escaping with Pandora&#039;s Box.    He cared for Teito very much, having raised him and being his primary father figure. He is actually the King&#039;s younger brother, making him Teito&#039;s blood uncle. Although there are many differences between him and Frau, Teito is still reminded of Kreuz a lot when Frau is being serious.    Fia Kreuz is also another of the 07-Ghosts, Vertrag.

The father of the Yamada family working as a graphic designer. He cares for Chi very much and frequently is buying toys and snacks, and worrying if she is lonely at home. He also is forced to do things like bring Chi to the vet or trim Chi&#039;s claws. As a result Chi sees him as the bad guy occasionally, but she gets over it relatively quickly. 

His clan, once prosperous was declining which caused his romance with princess Masako to become nearly impossible. 

His codename is Hei, which means black in Chinese. Hei is a very talented contractor, his Messier Code is BK-201. Hei lives two lives in the series. In public he is Li Shengshun, a foreign exchange student from China. He is very nice and well mannered. He lives in the Umitsuki apartments and is always working a new part-time job.He has a huge appetite, not unlike most anime characters.  Hei's other life is of a Contractor called BK-201 and also the Black Reaper, mostly by other Contractors. Before becoming a contractor Hei was an assassin which earned him his nickname. Hei is usually seen on the job in a mask and a dark bullet proof coat.  Hei has the ability to manipulate electrons and can also disturb matter on a quantum level.

Hirokazu Ukita is the most emotional of the Kira investigation team that is lead by L. 

King Bradley is the Führer of the Amestris state military and has all state alchemist under his direct command. King Bradley almost always maintains a kind and calm demeanor even when issuing orders to engage in battle. This trait often confuses his subordinates, and Roy Mustang admits that he "can't figure the guy out." King Bradley has a son, Selim, and an unnamed wife.  In both iterations of Bradley, he is shown to be highly skilled with a saber. He can move and attack with incredible speed and dismember with ease. 

The commanding officer of the geothermal power plant overlooking the boarder between Table City and Milos, and the film's secondary antagonist. He wears a white mask that conceals his disfigured face.    ~!He is revealed at the climax of the film to be Ashley Crichton, Julia's long-lost older brother, who survived being attacked by Atlas using a Philosopher's Stone kept by his parents. He commands wolf chimeras to search for Julia, and kills Atlas out of revenge for his parents' murder. However, he also tries to destroy Milos out of bitterness for the city's betrayal of his family, which brings him into conflict with Julia. Grevil is an aristocrat who had forced the local police to make him a detective purely because he had an interest in crime. The most noticeable thing in his appearance is his drill-like hairstyle that Kazuya thinks could be used as a deadly weapon. Despite being a terrible detective and always having to rely on Victorique to solve his crimes, he usually refuses to acknowledge that she even exists. When he comes to the library he speaks about the case that troubles him to Kazuya, saying that it helps him to clarify his thoughts. Kazuya tries to get him to tell it to Victorique, which he ignores. Victorique tells Kazuya to chat with the detective, that she will just read her books; if she says anything to herself, pay no attention. This is because he is Victorique's half brother and even if they are family they could never acknowledge each other in public. His mother was their father's proper wife and because he is the eldest son he takes all the glory for solving crimes and will take over after their father dies. He is described by Victorique as a heel and a playboy.

An agent of Section 2. Henrietta's handler and Jean's younger brother. Unlike the other fratello (sibling), José truly lives up to the name, caring for Henrietta like a protective brother and showing a good deal of interest and concern for her welfare. As such, he attempts to minimize Henrietta's conditioning as much as possible. Years ago, José had a younger sister who adored him and wished to join the Carabinieri when she was older, in order to protect him. She resembled Henrietta somewhat and died in a terrorist attack which possibly caused her to drown. Due to his sister's death, José gained a deep appreciation for life and a hatred towards terrorism. 

Basho is one of Neon Nostrade's new bodyguards, hired along with Kurapika. When he was first introduced he was quick to underestimate Kurapika, but after Kurapika's display of his 'Dowsing Chain', he grew respect for him. His nen ability is called "Great Haiku: The Wandering Haiku Poet," wherein Basho writes a haiku describing a condition on a piece of paper, which then comes true.  -Wikipedia

A hulking, Frankensteinian monster is what Franklin (Furankurin) appears to be, complete with scars and sewn-up wounds that ravage his face. It does seem though, that beneath his harsh exterior lies a small, caring spot in his character, as Franklin acts as a caregiver to Shizuku, and shows concern of her well-being. He is also composed and respectful, normally breaking up arguments and fights within the organization. He is one of the members of the Phantom Troupe that originated from Meteor City.  Nen Ability - Double Machine Gun: Franklin is a human machine gun, as his fingers cap off to reveal chambers where he channels his nen that shoot out as bullets. His fingers weren't required to be cut off and used as caps in order to achieve this, but Franklin did so because he felt "it would be more effective." Doing this actually did greatly enhance the force of his Nen Bullets, due to the commitment he showed in doing so. This power has been shown to wipe out a room full of people within seconds.

Go Hojo is the Chief Driver of the Sidewinders. He's quite familiar with Takahashi Ryosuke through his brother, as well as the the feud between them. Hojo helps Chief Mechanic Kubo Eiji to evaluate Project D's weaknesses.  (Source: Wikipedia)

At his Family's moment of crisis, however, he gave himself 3 minutes to fight and managed to save his friends when they truly needed him. The First Sun Guardian and Ryohei, Vongola Decimo's Sun Guardian, have a strong resemblance in their Weapon of choice, their way of fighting and their physical features. Sasagawa Ryohei is obsessed with boxing and is one of the oldest Vongola Ring Guardians. He is the older brother of Kyoko Sasagawa, a girl that Tsuna has a crush on. Ryohei&#039;s main motto of life is &quot;Extreme&quot; which he applies to whatever he does. He was once shot with the Dying Will bullet by Reborn and it drew every atom of his power from body because he is always in Dying Will mode.    It is mentioned that Ryohei was born with incredibly strong muscles, thus possessing greater strength than the average human being. But, he isn&#039;t able to use the full extent of his power, unless he has tremendous motivation, like being in a life or death situation, or fighting for Kyoko&#039;s safety.
