Belldandy is unflinchingly kind, patient, and warm, not only to Keiichi but to everyone, without exception. However, this does not mean that she is to be taken lightly; Belldandy is licensed as a goddess first-class, unlimited, and as such is highly skilled. Her power is so great, in fact, that she is required to wear a special earring on her left ear which constantly seals the full brunt of her magical strength. The only time at which she has ever revealed her true strength is during the Lord of Terror arc. At the end of this arc, Belldandy completely reconstructed their home from rubble, mentioning that doing so only took one ten-millionth of her power.

Belldandy's capacities and talents are diverse, whether magical or worldly. Not only can she change the appearance of her clothing and levitate (and, by extension, fly) as all full-fledged goddesses are expected to, but she can also teleport through mirrors, speak to and understand animals, "see" people's emotions as auras, heal minor wounds by speeding metabolism, and "speak" to machines. Furthermore, she is a superb cook, and her singing skills are held to be the best in the heavens. She is also incapable of getting drunk on alcoholic drinks, but instead gets drunk with soda (it has to be noted, however, that she's a complete lightweight in this regard. One sip is enough to send her in a drunken rampage—although given her personality, "rampage" takes an entirely different, but no less destructive, meaning). In addition, she is also the top broom racer in heaven, the only one that could rival her is Welsper from hell or Hild the Daimakaichou herself.

Belldandy's angel is Holy Bell (Bless餠Bell in some versions of the English manga); her elemental attribute is wind. Like all angels, Holy Bell augments Belldandy's magical powers when called upon, and like all angels, she also reflects her master's current state. For example, when Belldandy falls unconscious after being infected with a virus (in the movie), Holy Bell emerges comatose and covered with crystals that represent the virus.

Belldandy does not appear to play a significant role in maintaining Yggdrasil. Rather, she works at the Goddess Relief Agency which deals with granting wishes (forming contracts) with humans, similar to Peorth's work at the Earth Assistance Agency.

Uraha is one of the many servants in charge of Kanna's care. She befriended Kanna and Ryūya and ended up escaping with them during their journey to find Kanna's mother. Though unbeknownst to Kanna at the time, Uraha possessed powerful magical abilities that would come in handy later during their quest. 
~!After Kanna's sealing, Uraha honed these latent powers in an effort to lift Kanna's curse. Though eventually failing in this task, Uraha's powers are passed on to each descendant of her and Ryūya, granting Yukito his special talent of controlling puppets without physically manipulating them.!~

Shuko is Misaki's mother and Shoko's elder sister. In the anime, it is explained that Shuko left a 5-year-old Misaki to be taken care of her grandparents under the guise of work, when in reality she was going to Tokyo in order to find a way to cure the neurological disease she had been inflicted with. This disease inhibits nerve signals from reaching to or from her legs. Ichiro Mihara was a doctor attempting to work with her to find a cure when the two started Angelic Layer as a way to do research and raise funds when their original research funding was cut off. Shuko, or "Shu" as she is called when playing Angelic Layer, is the undisputed champion with her angel Athena, having won each of the past three national championships. Over the past seven years, she has avoided meeting Misaki, afraid of what Misaki would think of her. Sakura is second in command of the team who picks up Isurugi to drop him off at the 801st HQ in the beginning of the first episode. She has an aged dog named Patriot (who she loves very much) and is a compulsive gambler. Sakura gambles on virtually everything from flight exams, food contests, to horse racing, she also happens to be very good at it. Sakura loves karaoke despite her team mates unusual fear of her singing voice. When Sakura was younger, she became known as one of the top up and coming female pilots and her skills are actually one of the causes for the 801st being formed, which caused tension amongst other female pilots who were jealous of her talent and her stealing the heart of Konishi's best friend, Tokaji. Both Tokaji and Konishi were in love with Sakura but she seemed only interested in Tokaji. On the day of her flight exam, Sakura had been promised by Tokaji he'd be there to see her exam but was distracted by 3 jealous girls. Konishi ran up to Sakura and proposed to her but she expected Tokaji and said his name, forcing Konishi to give her the ring in Tokaji's name. Sakura took the ring and wears it to this day, never knowing until years later Konishi was the one who proposed and though it is never clearly stated, it is implied she has strong feelings for Konishi and seemed to reveal she loved Konishi in return.

Felicità's mother and the fortune teller of the Famiglia. The members of the Famiglia refer to her affectionately as "Mama". A mysterious woman from Japan. She is looked up to by her daughter and greatly influences Felicità's behavior.

Kuune is the captain of the Catian ship that came to Earth. She is Eris' commanding officer as well as the head negotiator for officially befriending Earth.

Akihisa's elder sister and an E cup. Contrary to her brother, she is good at learning and studies at Harvard University. She has a notable brother complex which greatly agitates Akihisa. She loves to kiss Akihisa. 

Miyuki Haruno is Miho's mother and the woman Mashiro Nobuhiro loved. She also loved Nobuhiro but could never say it. She later married someone else. She would watch Superhero Legend with Miho when she was younger. Nobuhiro's hero, in Superhero Legend, is based on their relationship. It is about a hero, Masculine Fantasy, who falls in love with a princess and wants to be the best hero ever. The princess confesses her love to him, he yells at her, then she slaps him and leaves. She wants Mashiro and Takagi to be a successful mangaka.  Haruno looks very young despite her age and wears her hair in ringlets. She bears a strong resemblance to her eldest daughter, Miho, especially when Haruno was younger, looking almost exactly like Miho.

Princess Rubina was an anime only character. She was the princess of and ambassador for the Amethyst Kingdom, and appeared only once, in the episode &quot;Holiday in Juuban! A Carefree Princess.&quot;    Princess Rubina was first mentioned at the beginning of the episode when she was reported missing from her hotel before an international conference which was taking place in Tokyo. She first appeared before Usagi and Chibiusa as they were arguing over carrying packages, and inadvertently scared them away by performing a custom of her country in order to help them. However, she followed them to their house, and later accompanied them to a festival the two had planned to attend.    Though Rubina enjoyed the festival, she got into trouble when she gave balloons away without paying for them. After this debacle, she expressed her wish to be normal and free from being a princess, and then ran away. She eventually bumped into Mamoru, who reminded her that her people were worried about her, and also convinced her to stay with Usagi and Chibiusa for a little while longer in order to think about her decision.    Rubina attracted the attention of the Amazon Trio. Tiger&#039;s Eye called her &quot;old&quot; and refused to go after her mirror, so she ended up being attacked by Hawk&#039;s Eye. She was saved from him and the Lemures Elephanko by Sailor Moon, Sailor Chibi Moon and Tuxedo Mask, who then returned her to her embassy after the festival ended.     Princess Rubina longed to be free of her royal duties. She was shown to be slightly whimsical, and a little strange to most standards, but kind. As suggested by her actions in the episode, Princess Rubina was willing to help people out if she saw a problem.    Her kindness was unfortunately hindered by her country&#039;s customs (such as covering a man&#039;s mouth when she asks for help), which scared some people away from her. In the anime, Aluminum Siren is very polite, ditzy, and oblivious when off-duty, and is always eating or feeling hungry; once engaged in battle, however, she drops her flaws and becomes completely ruthless. Reika Ayanokoji is the President of the Etiquette Club and heiress of Uruyasu Heavy Industries. Reika is soft-spoken and always protective of the secrets of the Battle Skippers, fearing they might fall into evil hands. Reika is a blood relative of her spoiled rival Sayaka Kitaouji.

Sephiria Arks in the manga Number I. Her weapon is 'Christ,' an extremely sharp sabre made of Orichalcum (Orichalcon) that is incredibly strong. Despite her gentle looks and young age, her swordsmanship is such that she can attack extremely rapidly and precisely, not even producing sound when her sword makes a cut. She can also move with such speed as to create after-images to confuse opponents. She is young but very charismatic, and genuinely cares for life. She can also see through a person's soul, it is said, as she can guess exactly a person's feelings. As a result of that skill, she often manipulates others, such as Train Heartnet. While she can be cruel and hurtful in her ambition, she is not a mean-spirited person. No matter if it's a friend or a foe, she hates seeing anyone sacrificed - though in a battle with Creed Diskenth, she would have given up her own life (via an explosive bracelet) to destroy Creed, if Train hadn't intervened. In the final tankouban of Black Cat, she mentions that her body possesses an enhanced recovery time because she was "born to live for Chronos" and "wouldn't die so easily". She is also a master swordsman, knowing all thirty-six moves of her style, the ultimate being 'Apocalypse' which completely reduces a target to nothing.  Sephiria Arks in the anime Sephiria holds much animosity towards Train for leaving Chrono, and is generally more aggressive than her Manga counter-part. Her appearance looks younger as well, and she seems to be near Train's age. Her manipulativeness is also played down in the Anime, and she is more forthright than sneaky. She decides to help Train in fighting Eden to rescue Eve when Train defiles her pride. In these battles she demonstrates her superior fighting abilities. At the end of the Anime, she leaves to rebuild Chronos from scratch.

Adam is the program that controls the giant machine Eden, that will grant &quot;Eternal peace&quot; to the world, and consists of transforming every person into a creature without strength of will and control of his/her decisions. Adam, inside Eden's chamber, takes the form of a boy, that tries to convince Eve into resonating with Eden. This subplot makes various references to the Biblical tale of Adam and Eve.
