Tsukasa is a Wavemaster and the main character. He is a young silver-haired boy clad in grey robes,  At the start of the series, he is seen waking up to find himself in a dungeon in The World, but he has no idea why he is there or who he is. Not much time passes until Tsukasa discovers he is trapped in the game, unable to log out, while his real body is in a coma. He is initially depicted as a cynical loner who tends to avoid others as much as possible, but at the story progresses he begins to warm up to Mimiru, Bear, Subaru, and others.   ~!In the real world, his name is An Shouji, and he happens to be a girl. She was raised by her father after the death of her mother, and was physically and mentally abused by him. His abusive behavior also distanced her from her gender: he treated her like a boy, refusing to allow her to use feminine products and basic hygiene products. There are also subtle hints that her father is an alcoholic. After awaking from her coma, Ryo Sakuma, the player behind Bear, becomes her legal guardian and allows her to go to a boarding school. He later came to be known as MakubeX, the &#039;x&#039; symbolizing an unknown variable, and his &quot;name&quot; is always written in romaji. MakubeX is a genius hacker, capable of manipulating computers to do whatever he pleases. He was originally taught by Gen but swiftly surpassed him in skill.    

He was raised by Gen, whom he calls Grandfather, but left home to join the VOLTS. One of the youngest members of the Shinsengumi, he mastered all the sword techniques of the Tennen-rishin ryu (the style of kenjutsu used by the Shinsengumi) in his teens and went on to become a teacher in his twenties. He is considered to be one of the best swordsmen of pre-Meiji Japan.     Okita&#039;s childhood name is Soujiro, and you&#039;ll often hear children in the series calling him by that name. The reason he gives for allowing them to call him by such a nostalgic name is that if he uses the name &#039;Okita Souji&#039;, no one will play with him...Yes, he is in his early twenties, but he still plays with children all the same. He is short for a guy, and seems to like walking along with his hair flowing freely behind him when he is off-duty.    Hijikata, Okita&#039;s mentor, made Okita choose whether or not he would take up the katana at the age of nine. In episode 7, Okita accuses Hijikata of having made a mistake with him, by allowing him to hold a katana at an age where he was not yet ready to choose.    Although he is a fantastic swordsman, he has two weak points. He can&#039;t adjust his strength to accomodate the people around him, and as a result, no one wants to practise with him (since they always end up with injuries). Even with a bougu (armour) and shinai (bamboo sword) Okita can cause serious injuries. He also has a disease called Tuberculosis which surfaces from time to time.

One of the Dragons of earth, a dreamseer in a permanent coma, appearing as a tall man with a sad expression, golden eyes, long, pale hair, and almost always dressed in white. His ability to see the future in dreams was discovered at an early age, and as a result he was kept a prisoner by an unknown political group. Having never seen the outside world, he drew Sumeragi Hokuto into his dreams and fell in love with her after she showed him the sea through her own imagination. However, he foresaw that she would go to her death at the hands of the Sakurazukamori, and broke out of his room in an effort to stop her; shot by one of his guards with a sniper rifle, he failed to reach her in time and sank into the coma in which he spends the duration of the X story. The President of the Zuka Club. Benio is nicknamed "Benibara-sama" at St. Lobelias and is the most popular of the Zuka Clubs ruling council. Benio is also known as The Lady of the Red Rose. A Benibara-sama guardian club has been founded at St. Lobelias just to make sure she doesn't get mobbed when walking down the aisles. There is also a fanclub devoted to her. Benio doesn't exactly help matters; she flirts with girls with the same ease as Tamaki . On one occasion, Benio claimed that she was following in the footsteps of her mother, who was supposedly also president of the Zuka Club in her day. This may have been nothing more than a lie meant to sucker Haruhi into helping the Zuka Club out with a play.

Chie is Pearl number two and a member of the Trias. She is also referred to as 2nd Lieutenant Hallard by the Aries military. She is very boyish and often carries a blue rose around. He is arrogant and short-tempered but can also be quite compassionate at times. Wolfram is obsessed with Yuri and insists on following him everywhere as he claims it is his duty to protect his fiancé, though he also seems to want to prevent him from cheating on him.

Unusually handsome and cute, Kousaka is actually one of the most hardcore otaku in Genshiken. He loves hentai games and is undefeatable when it comes to video games, particularly the fighting genre. As Saki's boyfriend, Kousaka is largely responsible for Saki learning to be patient when it comes to dating an otaku.

Jomy is a student born in the Education City Ataraxia. However, he is actually a psychically gifted individual, of the race known as Mu. Later on, Jomy's dormant powers awaken, and he is confronted with the realization that he is one of the strongest Mu, and the only hope his race has for continued survival.    Unlike most Mu, who suffer disabilities, Jomy has a healthy body. He originally rejects the idea of him being a Mu but comes to accept it later on and succeeds Soldier Blue as leader of the Mu.

A typical headstrong kid who's hell-bent on being an adult, and yet when it comes down to it, he sometimes fails to perform up to expectations. This has some dire consequences which are revealed in the later released episodes.

Robert Haydn is a frightening person with an equally frightening power. He can boost his own natural sacred treasures by modifying them to a perfect ideal like absolute accuracy or ideal protection. The fault in this is that for every time he creates an ideal, he loses a year of his life, but once he creates this ideal he can use it any time he wants to. His abilities can't be used on living things, however, but his changes change as his ideals change, such as turning his Kurogane rapid-fire and/or unblockable. His level 2 power allows him to change gravity, and he can also make soap bubbles that can reverse gravity too.    That is also why the reason he forms Robert's Ten. They act as his brawn, doing the fighting for him in order to save those precious years. He is a fairly nasty character, not caring who he harms and how badly they are harmed. Like Ueki, he is a Heavenly Being with more power than the gift given by his King of the Celestial World Candidate.     ~!  But unlike Ueki, however, Robert has been training in his power for quite a long time. Robert has an unfortunate past in which he was treated as a monster by the people of his town. After being betrayed by his friends, he starts to hate humanity and destroys the entire village where he lived (1/3 in the manga) and gets eaten by Anon.    At the end of the series, he becomes a nice person like his childhood self, having been touched by Ueki and his friends!~

He is the fighter of the male Zero pair. He is one of Nagisa's experiments, and presumably the second generation of Zeros. He first makes an appearance in volume 2, when he and Youji corner Soubi when he's alone. When Soubi wins the battle, Natsuo tells him that he and Youji have no place to return to if they lose a battle. Soubi offers to let them live at his apartment, and Natsuo warily accepts. Enzan is your classic type of "I'm the best there is, now prove to me that your worthy to fight me" kind of character. Enzan is the creator and operator of the net navi Blues, otherwise known as Protoman. Both of them are very skilled and powerful fighters, Enzan alone is nicknamed the "prodigy netbattler" with hundreds of undefeated matches.   Enzan takes on in interest in Netto and Rockman early on in the series, after he hears rumors about the "incredible blue navi" that's been solving crimes on the net. However he believes that Netto isn't all that he has cracked up to be, as Blues ends up saving Rockman from deletion more than once.   As the series progresses further, we see Enzan opening up to Netto and his friends more and more. Eventually, we even get to see this boy start to smile on a daily basis (or almost). Still, Enzan never loses his series attitude, and he's always the first to think things through properly. He balances the rash Netto out quite well when they're in battle together.   It is learned towards the end of Axess that   ~! Enzan lost his mother at a very young age. His father, Shuuseki Ijuin, threw Enzan headfirst into the corporation of IPC as Vice-President. Having never known a true childhood, we can see where Enzan's cold demeanor came from.  !~

__Height:__ 156 cm  <br><br> Her name comes from Shinto ritual: the kanji for Kagura (神楽) meaning "entertainment of the gods". It was used to describe the traditional music played at shrines and the Imperial Court. Kagura also makes a cameo appearance as an anthropologist in Classroom of Thesis; From the Report to the Graduation Thesis by Kazuhisa Todayama which refers to several other Azumanga Daioh characters.  While she makes appearances earlier on as one of Nyamo's students, Kagura doesn't become a true acquaintance of the group until sometime later, joining Yukari's class in the 2nd year (Yukari selects her as a ringer to win the school athletic competitions). She devotes most of her time to the swim team but is an all-around good athlete. Thanks to her dedication to swimming Kagura receives some rather pronounced tan lines during the summer months, which friends like Osaka waste no time in pointing out.  She also has a one-sided rivalry with Sakaki and attempts to outdo her in all things, be it playing softball, sprinting, or even eating lunch. This is how her character was introduced to the rest of the cast, when during 1st year's field day, she was defeated by Sakaki in a running event. The next time the two meet, Kagura has decided to make Sakaki her rival, yet she also makes continuous attempts to be a good friend to Sakaki. Unfortunately for her, Sakaki is a natural athlete (and doesn't remember a thing about running against Kagura during the first Athletics Fest, which stuns Kagura) and defeats her in almost everything except stamina events. She has a mansion, but she lives in a huge, fancy hotel. She has a formal dinner with her-make shift family every night, and has the children driven everywhere in the hotel's car which eventually became hers
