Mayuri Kurotsuchi is Captain of the 12th Division in the Gotei 13 and the 2nd president of the Shinigami Research Institute. He gained his position after Kisuke Urahara, the former captain and president, was exiled by the Soul Society. His lieutenant is Nemu Kurotsuchi, his artificially created "daughter."

Freeza is a fictional graphic novel supervillain who first appears in the Dragon Ball manga created by Akira Toriyama. Freeza also appears in the television special Bardock: The Father of Goku; a few Dragon Ball Z movies, and in Dragon Ball GT. He is one of the most powerful major supervillains introduced throughout the Dragon Ball universe. In the gag series Neko Majin Z, it is revealed that he has a son, [Kuriza](https://anilist.co/character/9021). 

Freeza is introduced in the series as the powerful galactic overlord on a mission for immortality and conquest, ruler of an empire said to control seventy-nine or more planets. Freeza creates armies from the planets that he conquers, his most utilized race were the Saiyans. Freeza had heard about the legend of the Super Saiyan, a being with unrivaled power, but dismissed it as simple mythology; however, after several Saiyans emerged with rapidly evolving potential, Freeza began to fear that the legend would indeed come true, so as a result, destroyed the Saiyan race. His actions and lust for power eventually bring him into conflict with the heroes of the series when he tries to take possession of the wish-granting Dragon Balls on Planet Namek. 

~!Freeza's fears were realized when he was defeated by [Goku](https://anilist.co/character/246), who in turn had become a Super Saiyan. His character would return shortly thereafter, having survived the encounter with Goku but having been left with multiple metal prosthetics. Though accompanied to Earth by his father, Freeza is unable to avenge his loss, being killed with relative ease by a newcomer to the series, the half-Saiyan time traveler [Trunks](https://anilist.co/character/2707). A blood sample taken before his ultimate fate would later become a catalyst for the next arc's featured villain: [Cell](https://anilist.co/character/3908), a warrior genetically engineered to be perfect. Toei Animation would continue to make use of the character in their anime adaptation, with Freeza making brief cameo appearances during the Boo arc, animated features, and Dragon Ball GT. He is last referenced in the manga as a measure of the strength of the Kaioshin, the supreme lords of the Dragon Ball universe, as "each of whom could have felled Freeza in one blow." In Toriyama's out-of-continuity parody of his earlier work Neko Majin Z, Freeza sends his henchman Vegeta on errand to retrieve his missing son on Earth.!~

A somewhat conceited pitcher who overestimates his worth in the story. He has a decent curve ball, but is not considered a threat by any of the main characters. He is easily forgotten and ignored, but considers Akio Nitta to be his only rival.

Kabamaru (hippo's mouth) is a reference to his insatiable appetite. After the death of his strict grandfather and ninja sensei, Kabamaru moves to Tokyo with one of his grandfather’s acquaintances. The plot deals mainly with Kabamaru adjusting to an urban lifestyle after spending a childhood in the mountains and how he finds himself caught up in the rivalry between two private schools.  Igano Kabamaru has been adapted to television and film.  In the 1st manga edition (October 1982 – September 1983) it ended when Kabamaru went back again with his grandfather &amp; Hayate to Iga village while in the 2nd manga edition (1998) the story about Kabamaru's son (Ko)-Kabamaru Igano after marrying his love interest Mai Ookubo.

Kir is Jing's sidekick, a feisty talking albatross (Crow in the manga) with a big mouth(Really annoying). Despite being a bird, he is constantly chasing human women, and usually hits on each episode's Jing Girl at every opportunity. Nonetheless, he is always rejected (curiously, the rejection is always due to his mannerisms and personality, and not the fact that he is a bird.) Kir is a bit greedier than Jing and often wonders why the latter doesn't go after targets with more monetary value. Nonetheless, he is a steadfast friend and invaluable partner to Jing.

Cooler is the main villain in the fifth and sixth movies of the anime _Dragon Ball Z_, introduced as the older brother of Freeza, and the oldest son of King Cold. He was designed by Akira Toriyama, the original manga author. Like his brother, Cooler can push his body through transformations to increase his power. Although only two forms are seen, it is stated that Cooler possesses the same number of forms Freeza does, as well as a fifth and more powerful form.

He first travels to Earth in _Cooler's Revenge_ to kill Goku, the Saiyan that defeated his brother Freeza. He ends up fighting Goku in his final form. Once transformed, he increases dramatically in size, speed, and strength; four horns grow to form a crown atop his head as spikes form on his forearms, and he now sports a facemask of sorts, hiding all facial features save his eyes, which are now red and pupiless. ~!In the end, he is sent hurtling into the sun by Super Saiyan Goku.!~

In _The Return of Cooler_, ~!it is revealed that some of his remains merged with the Big Gete Star, allowing him to take control of it and create an indefinite amount of mechanical clones of himself that can constantly repair and improve upon themselves. Capable beyond his organic self, these Metal Coolers are a match for two Super Saiyans and now retain the ability of Instant Transmission. Cooler uses his newfound resources in a bid to absorb New Namek, but Goku and Vegeta destroy both him and the star in the end.!~

He makes cameo appearances in _Fusion Reborn_ and _Dragon Ball GT_, when all villains escape from Hell.

A small cloaked man wrapped in bandages who serves as the leader of the Ongyou. He is a spiritualist who is also referred to as a trickster while posing as a simple monk. He would usually be the one to kill the target sinner with Retributive justice and leaves an Ofuda on the body so the departed can be "sent to the next world." Nagamimi commonly calls him "trickster". At the completion of his task, he uses the phrase "ongyō shitate matsuru (御行奉為、おんぎょうしたてまつる)."


Tambourine is Piccolo Daimao's second son, a humanoid gargoyle-like member of the _Mazoku_. His orders were to assassinate all contestants from the _Tenkaichi Budokai_, in addition to acquiring the Dragon Balls. 

~!Tambourine murders Kuririn, as well as other tournament participants such as Man Wolf, Chapa-O, Pamput, Bacterian, Namu, and Giran. Later, he would be killed by Goku in revenge.!~
   
In a flashback, another _Mazoku_ similar to Tambourine is seen during the time of Piccolo Daimao’s initial reign, though it is impossible for them to be the same. He also makes a cameo in Dragon Ball GT as one of the villains who escape from Hell.

After Armitage and Ross go rogue- D&#039;anclaude is moved to a secretive section of a Mars hospital and the surrounding area is barricaded by official government tanks and droid troops. Amanojaku is a powerful entity that, long ago, was sealed by Satsuki&#039;s mother in a tree in the mountains, but was finally released from his magic prison due to urbanization. However, he did not have his freedom long, as Satsuki sealed him (by accident) in the body of her pet cat, Kaya. At first, Amanojaku is hostile toward the kids and takes great pleasure in seeing them in trouble, but throughout the series he develops somewhat of a care for them, especially for Satsuki and Keiichirou.

Lucemon was a Digimon who believed others could not think for themselves, and that the world would be a better place if he had absolute power and made all the decisions. Lucemon appeared during the war between Human-type and Beast-type Digimon that occurred in the ancient past of the Digimon Frontier timeline. Lucemon was able to stop the war, and created the rules for a peaceful society where he had been the ultimate sovereign. However, he was corrupted by his own power and became oppressive towards all other Digimon.  His power made him unbeatable until the first Legendary Warriors appeared and stopped him by sealing him inside the Dark Area. The governing of the Digital World was handed over to the three Celestial Digimon - Ophanimon, Seraphimon and Cherubimon. Lucemon was able to corrupt Cherubimon, and had him and, later, the Royal Knights collect the data that would be needed to revive him. They were successful, and Lucemon was reawakened. While he never did any fighting on screen in his original form, while he was imprisoned he was able to send out a burst of power that defeated a relativity unhurt EmperorGreymon and MagnaGarurumon and blast them away with his Grand Cross attack when he appeared on the moon. The Shrine Priest of Knowledge. The real villain that hass been controlling Kazane and Ryuusai. Seimei and his Spirit Summons fought him once before many years ago, but now he has returned to open the Gates of the Underworld. Rikugou was the first one to realize he was back because he heard Kazane talking to him through a second head protruding from her crow, Kai. When he was mortally injured, he transfered his soul into Ryuusai's body to continue his plans. He trained Kazane &amp; lied about what happen to her parents so she would help him open the gates of the underworld. He later also controls Touda since his blood was needed to break the final seal. He was finally killed, ironically by Kazane's necklace.

Moomintroll's immature friend. He is a small animal of a species similar to the kangaroo. He is one of the few characters who is sincerely interested in money, and is always on the lookout for another way to get rich quick.
