The training he puts Teito through is vigorous and often involves his 'dolls', life-sized puppets he controls with Zaiphon. One of the 07-Ghosts, he is 'Fest'.  After Teito discovers that Castor and Frau are both one of the Seven Ghosts, Castor decides to wipe away Teito's memories of the incident, because their identities must remain a secret. Frau, however, stops him, telling him that if he takes away Teito's memories of when Frau revealed himself as Zehel, Teito will not remember Mikage's last smile (Frau transformed to save him when Mikage was possessed by Ayanami). Hideyuki is [Kaori](https://anilist.co/character/2066/Kaori-Makimura)'s beloved older brother, and was [Ryou](https://anilist.co/character/2065/Ryou-Saeba)'s partner in City Hunter before his death.   Before he could tell Kaori a secret about her past, namely that she was found abandoned by Hideyuki's father and adopted, he was fatally wounded and later died in Ryo's arms. Hideyuki's final request was for Ryou to take care of Kaori.

Ryusei is the top pop singer in the country. He is very successful and is also signed to Cosmopop. Kyouta idealized him before meeting him. Ryusei tends to be egotistic and seems jealous of Kyouta&#039;s emerging success, yet pushes him to do better (through his own methods and for unknown reasons). Huey has many groups, of both humans and non-humans (his homunculi), working under him, like the Lemures and the Lamia. In the 1930s, Huey is arrested for terrorism and sent to Alcatraz. However, he still seems to be able to communicate with outside world, aggravating Victor to no end.   ~!Huey's mother was killed during the witch hunts which left him angry at humanity and wary of others. However, after meeting Elmer he begins to open up again, and even lets himself fall in love with Monica.!~

Emilio Lowe is Chrono Number III, and did not appear in the manga but they did mention number 3 once in a conversation.    Chronos Number III, Emilio rarely appears in the Anime, mainly in the final part of the story, on the final attack on Creed's base on Clarken Island. He is later broken out by the Apostles, and he gains the ability to decay and rot anything that comes into contact with his body. He can also extend his aura to effect the surrounding area. Daiji Hirasago is the leader of the bullies of Kusajishi who helps Ganju Shiba attack the Bount base at Kusajishi. Calls himself the Kusajishi Bull, Hirasago Daiji-sama. He was shortly introduced into the series (can be found in episode 97).

Maki Ichinose former member of the 11th Division, under the former captain that Kenpachi Zaraki defeated and replaced.     __ History__  Introduced in the anime&#039;s Bount arc, Maki belonged to the 11th Division until Kenpachi Zaraki killed the previous captain in a duel. Maki refused to acknowledge the new captain and left Soul Society, although he retains his shinigami abilities. While in Soul Society, he shared many ideals with Kaname Tōsen. He then traveled the human world, but one day, while in a weakened state in a desert, he fell upon a Hollow who almost killed him. The Hollow was subdued by Jin Kariya, who allowed Maki to kill it. Maki swore his loyalty to Jin after that, breaking the vow only once to fight Zaraki instead of stopping Ichigo and his friends as he was expected to.     He helped Kariya and the other Bounts by infiltrating Soul Society and provoking Mayuri Kurotsuchi into helping the Bounts enter. He is severely wounded by Kenpachi Zaraki during their duel, breaking his sword in the process. When he returns to question Kariya&#039;s motives and threatens him to help better the Soul Society, he is stabbed and tossed away by Kariya. What&#039;s left of his sword is destroyed when it inadvertently saves Ichigo from one of Kariya&#039;s lightning attacks, acting as a lightning rod. First appeared as a Demi-Hollow that was chained at the hospital. Don Kanonji accidentally transformed him by removing his Chain of Fate. His Hollow form resembles a frog. Ichigo Kurosaki managed to kill the Hollow and clean up Don Kanonji&#039;s mistake. His main attack is a spitting slime that bonds and solidifies whatever it attaches to. He uses this to bond Ichigo&#039;s sword to both his own hands and to the guard rail of the hospital roof.

Fun'ya no Yasuhide is a poor poet, who is trying to make a living in the court by writing poetry. He befriends Ono no Komachi and Ariwara no Narihide. Later these three will be included in the Rokkasen and in the Thirty-six Poetry Immortals.

Mitsuo Yamaki is a major secondary character in the Digimon Tamers storyline. He figures within the earlier part of the series as a troubled anti-heroic vigilante who is defeated in his plans by the very forces and tools which he used in his mission to rid the human world of the Digimon. He then becomes a valuable ally of the Tamers in their efforts to save both the Digital World and the Human World from the destruction committed by the D-Reaper. 

Inamori is a blond, 20 year old guy who showed up in the Gantz room before the Onion Alien mission. When Yamada Masashi tried to get everyone in the room to tell their names, ages, what they did when they were alive and how they died, he refused to do so. Instead, he kept asking for cigarettes. Kurono thought that Inamori had a girly face.   ~!During the mission Inamori was careless with the weapons. When he first picked up an X-Gun he pulled a single trigger while pointing it at Masashi, avoiding killing him only by chance. He also pointed the rifle at Hatanaka Hiroshi, making him angry, and demolished a wall when he missed shooting the Onion Alien. He later killed Hatanaka by accidentally shooting him when the big onion alien used his body as a shield to block the X-rifle.  Inamori was killed by the big onion alien during the first mission. !~

Isao Kondo is the Commander of the Shinsengumi. When not working, he is the stalker of [Tae Shimura](https://anilist.co/character/2944), earning him the nickname Gorilla-stalker. His superior is [Katakuriko Matsudaira](https://anilist.co/character/5972), a high-ranking government officer under direct control of the Bakufu. Even though the Shinsengumi are loyal to Kondo, he often has to use Vice Commander [Toshiro Hijikata](https://anilist.co/character/2650) to settle them down (with harsh words or use of violence) before conducting a speech. Kondo is good friends with Toshiro and [Sougo Okita](https://anilist.co/character/2282), and if one of them ever strayed, then the other two would punch him back to where he belongs, as Kondo once told Sougo. Sougo also often remarks that Kondo's nice-guy attitude is also his weakness as he never notices negative points about other people. In the Mutiny arc, he was described by [Kamotaro Ito](https://anilist.co/character/11458) as honest, pure and unsullied. In the same arc, Toshiro described him as the soul of the Shinsengumi, and the rest of them being the sword that protects him. Toshiro also said that everybody joined the Shinsengumi so that they could be with Kondo, and that as long as he was there, the Shinsengumi would not be finished.

When Kondo once asked Tae Shimura whether she would still love her boyfriend if he had a hairy butt. She became the target of his stalking when she replied that she would love her boyfriend just as much, hairy butt and all. Being a stalker of Tae, Kondo is often seen getting beat up or threatened by her, as she highly disapproves of his stalking and affection towards her. In the Yagyuu arc, Kondo had his mind set on being [Shinpachi Shimura](https://anilist.co/character/673)'s brother-in-law, even going as far as saying Shinpachi was the only one he could entrust the Shinsengumi to, much to Shinpachi's annoyance, answering that he doesn't give a damn about the Shinsengumi.

During his childhood, Kondo was a member of a dojo in Bushuu. There, he would soon meet Sougo and Toshiro, recruiting them both into his dojo. Kondo would later on take all the members with him and move from Bushuu to Edo in search for success, becoming what is now the Shinsengumi. Some characters in the series often call him "gorilla" due to his hirsute nature and although he is angered with this nickname, he sometimes uses the same word to identify himself. Kondo is loosely based on the historical Kondo Isami, famed for his role as commander of the Shinsengumi during the Bakumatsu period.
