Height: 184 cm  Felicità's father and current leader of Arcana Famiglia. He holds The World arcana. The members of the Famiglia refer to him as "Papa". Although he is tough and may be intimidating, he is a kind and friendly man. He is a loving father to his daughter and often shows a foolish side around her. It is hinted in ep.9 that his Arcana power "Il Mondo" is actually consuming his life energy and that he called for an "Arcana Deullo" in order to find an heir in his organization due to the fact that he is aware that he might not live long. Kio&#039;s badass uncle. Not much is know about him though he does have quite a interesting contacts in the undercover world. 

The father of Hitagi Senjougahara. He is often working due to being in debt after he and Hitagi's mother split. Upon noticing that Hitagi is more cheerful after being with Koyomi Araragi, he is happy that she is able to enjoy herself once again and thankful for Koyomi.

Zaraki's first name comes from the district he once resided in, Zaraki, which is district #80 of the North Alley of Rukongai. District #80 is the worst, most lawless region of Rukongai, full of thieves and murderers (whereas area #1 is the most orderly and law-abiding). While residing in District #80, Kenpachi was nameless. During that time, he became proficient in swordsmanship and killed numerous enemies. At some point during his travels outside of District #80, he found a small girl and named her Yachiru (八千流), in remembrance of the only person he ever admired, after she showed no fear of his sword. Yachiru came from area #79, Kusajishi (草鹿), where her parents were murdered. The two events were apparently quite close. On that day, he also took on a name: Kenpachi, the title bestowed upon the strongest swordsman, the one who has killed the most. The two developed a father-daughter-like relationship.

Also, at some point (before he became a Captain), he fought and defeated Ikkaku Madarame; for this reason, Ikkaku pledged to serve under Kenpachi from there on out (Ikkaku doesn't actually get the chance to do so until he joins the 11th Division), but Ikkaku would still jump at the chance to fight Kenpachi to the death. After some time had passed, Kenpachi found his way to the Seireitei. He defeated and killed the previous Captain of the 11th Division (whose identity is currently unknown) and gained his seat in the Gotei 13 in this manner. In the anime, his assumption of the Captain's seat caused Maki Ichinose to leave the Soul Society. According to the anime, it is also what convinced Ikkaku and Yumichika to join the Shinigami.

The Elder, is the leader of the season fairies and capable of creating any kind of weather. Though extremely wise, he often appears foolish, particularly in his dedicated pursuit of Ginger

A selfish bird who likes shiny objects. Joe is named by Phil. Joe always chase around Sugar and even had a fight with Cinnamon and Basil.

Mana Walker is Allen's foster father. Allen was originally abandoned by his biological parents because of his deformed left hand, which was due to his Innocence. When Mana found Allen, he decided to adopt him. Over time, Allen formed a very strong bond with Mana. It is unclear how Mana died though in the anime the secene of an over turned coach was shown. For Allen, Mana was like his father so he mourned for him. The Millennium Earl came to a grieving Allen after Mana died and offered to bring him back to life. Of course, as Allen had loved him, he accepted. Mana was then turned into an Akuma and infuriated at Allen's actions, cursed Allen by cutting the boy's left eye leaving a pentacle marking and also giving him the ability to see Akuma with his left eye. He was quickly destroyed by Allen's awakened anti-Akuma weapon. Before his Akuma form got destroyed, he told Allen that he loved him, and thanked Allen for righting the wrong he had committed.

Glock is reasonably large, is primarily covered with hair, and boasts a lot of strength. However, his cockiness sometimes borders  stupid, even ignorant at times.

Vodka is a member of the Black Organization who is often seen by [Gin's](https://anilist.co/character/6305) side. His official position is that of secretary in the general oversight division, so he handles most of the research and information for the duo, such as setting up meetings _(309-311),_ and relaying information to other members _(54, 345)._ Vodka is often seen using some transport. 

Vodka speaks and acts like a typical mafia or Yakuza type gangster, and he is just as ruthless a killer as his partner Gin. However, he is also more easy-going and trusting than the latter, thus making him more susceptible to traps [Conan](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) sets to apprehend the Organization. In addition, he tends to not perform well under stress without guidance from Gin or other characters.

Gelmar/Geruma is a devil with power over water. He is sent by Sirene to attack Miki. In truth, he is fodder sent by Sirene to weaken him so that she may finish him off with ease. 

A taciturn bounty hunter  who was hired by Douglas Rosenberg. He is a retired mercenary. In the later Episodes Ricardo and Nadie find themselves working together in order to thwart Rosenberg&#039;s plans to capture Ellis. He is generally quiet and would do anything to protect Lirio. It is possible that he either lived or worked in Australia as he is teaching Lirio to use a boomerang in the last episode.

The chief elven prosecutor for the world in which Elf Hunters find themselves. He is often looking for ways to end the heroes&#039; reign of terror.

Gendou Ikari is the commander of NERV. He is responsible for the research done on the Evas, Rei Ayanami, and the Human Instrumentality Project. He is the father of the Third Children, Shinji Ikari, and the guardian of Rei. His original surname was Rokubungi, but he changed it to Ikari following his marriage to Yui. At the start of the series, he is the only person having an effective connection to Rei. As the series progresses, his unscrupulous past is revealed, as is the intensity with which he loved Yui.

After Ruvie Tuesti dies, Gaskin found Denzel while looking for survivors in the slums. He takes Denzel with him and assisted in the construction of Edge.
