Berthier (Bertie in the English versions though sometimes implied to be Birdy) is the second-youngest (youngest in the dub) sister. Her name is French, coming from the mineral berthierite, and is pronounced roughly as &quot;BEAR-tyay.&quot; Her magical attack is called &quot;Dark water&quot; and she is a counterpart of Ami Mizuno. She fears Rubeus but has no love interest for him unlike her other sisters.    In the manga, Berthier is given the mission &quot;Code002, Operation Re-move&quot; to kill the Sailor Senshi and capture Chibiusa. She disguises herself as a normal human and wows people with her dowsing abilities using a pendulum. When she sees Ami Mizuno find a leak in a pipe without using a pendulum, she deduces her identity as a Sailor Senshi. Skilled at chess, Berthier goes on television to challenge Ami to a chess match. At the match, she calls her &quot;Sailor Mercury&quot;, and tries to use the Black Crystal to manipulate and capture her. A fight breaks out between Berthier, Mercury, Jupiter, and Moon, in which Berthier is shown to be powerful enough to deflect Mercury's Shine Snow Illusion attack. At the end, Berthier uses the water from a sewer to surround and choke Mercury, allowing Rubeus to abduct her. Berthier is then killed by Sailor Moon.    In the anime, Berthier has a very darkly playful personality, but is shown to have great respect for all of her siblings. She is the only one shown to be upset when Cooan is purified by the Silver Crystal. Much like her counterpart in Ami, she is also a strategist and is incredibly talented at chess, though she apparently also cheats. On her final mission, Berthier plays a deadly game of chess with Sailor Mercury, but her plan to freeze them all fails when Petz and Calaveras arrive and tell her they will claim credit for her success regardless of what it means for her. Momentarily distracted, she loses her chance at the killing blow against Sailor Mercury when Tuxedo Mask arrives and rescues her and the other Sailor Senshi. Her two older sisters then abandon her as a failure. Distraught, Berthier decides she will sacrifice herself to kill the Sailor Senshi and uses all of her power (&quot;Dark Water! Full Power!&quot;) in one final blizzard. However, a newly healed Cooan convinces her that she is still loved and has a second chance. Berthier relents in her suicidal gambit, and allows Sailor Moon to heal her. Later, she and Cooan, along with the Sailor Senshi, are able to convince their other two sisters to join them and become normal women.

Puko was a Lemures used by Tiger&#039;s Eye to distract Super Sailor Moon and Super Sailor Chibi Moon while he attacked Saori. She, like Gum Mario and Elephanko, took on the form of a ball at times.    When Tiger&#039;s Eye found out that Saori did not have Pegasus in her Dream Mirror, he instructed Puko to kill her. Puko instead decided to attack Mamoru, who had been with Saori when Tiger&#039;s Eye attacked. Super Sailor Moon jumped in the way of this attack in order to save Mamoru&#039;s life, and was almost suffocated by the Lemures. Her selfless action managed to move Puko to tears, but that did not stop her attack. Mamoru ripped himself free of the throwing knives with which Tiger&#039;s Eye had pinned him down and used one of them to stab Puko. Puko burst and went flying off as she deflated. She tried to patch the hole and reinflate herself, but Sailor Moon destroyed her with Moon Gorgeous Meditation before she succeeded.

CereCere (called Cele Cele in the dub) is the pink haired, and most mature acting member of the Quartet. She is a trapeze artist for the Circus and can manipulate flowers; she is known as the Flower Magician and is the leader of the Quartet. She is very feminine and tries to be mature compared to the others in the Quartet. Her Senshi counterpart is Sailor Venus, and her colors are pink and yellow.    Naoko Takeuchi has stated that CereCere is sexy and talks in a very aristocratic tone. She is also stated as being the eldest of the four sisters which corresponds to the size of the dwarf planet she is named after, Ceres and the Roman goddess Ceres. Later in the manga it is revealed that she is actually Sailor Ceres, one of the four protectors of Chibiusa.    In the anime, she tends to be arrogant and haughty, and chases after people that will highlight her perceived beauty for her, such as when she chased after an artist and asked him to repaint her. She also appears extravagant and outrageous while disguised and not in her circus uniform. However, there are moments when she breaks the mature mask and plays for fun. The other Amazonesses see her as lazy, and take every opportunity to call her such. She stated that she hates dried squid. She summons only plant-based lemures, a possible nod to her Roman namesake, Ceres, a goddess of vegetation and plants.

Kawai is Nagisa's best friend and coworker. She works with Nagisa part-time at a fast-food delivery service, and is nearly killed by Fiber when Neos' forces attack the moonbase. She later becomes a member of the Queen Fuji crew along with Nagisa and Iczer-3. Kawai is a tender-hearted person, but she is deathly afraid of insects. She also worries for the safety of her parents, who live on Earth.

Lilica isn't the only one good with her hands. Nanvel (an American) has an obsession for invention. She's in a constant search for new and more explosive devices (which suits the gun-happy Maya just fine). Turn her loose at a machine and she'll figure out how it works. And she can whip out just about anything for you, although sometimes she just doesn't know when to stop.    She makes a signature with all her creations: like the clothes she wears, they're always pink and purple. Just be careful when trying out one of her creations. She&#039;s a Japanese woman who works as a maid in the house of Kallen&#039;s father to be close to her daughter.     ~! She&#039;s addicted to a drug called Refrain, which makes it feel like you are in the past, when Japan had not yet been taken over by Britannia. When Kallen sees it thus, and notes that she became a maid to, somehow, take care of her, she now regards her mother one more reason to fight.    In the end, when the world finally becomes a place of peace, it ceases to be employed and one is living with Kallen in a small house.!~

Yoko is a modest and friendly person whose fame hasn't got into her head and is devoted to her friends and fans; perhaps one of the reasons she has remained popular to this day. 

Yoko first met [Conan,](https://anilist.co/character/1742/Conan-Edogawa) [Kogoro](https://anilist.co/character/1746/Kogoro-Mouri) and his daughter [Ran](https://anilist.co/character/1748/Ran-Mouri) when she asked for Kogoro's help in apprehending a stalker who had even penetrated her apartment _(and of course, Kogoro would not hesitate to take the case)._ But in the apartment they found an unknown man impaled upon a knife, turning this case into a murder investigation. Soon, however, Conan figured out that the 'victim' had actually committed suicide: The man was Akiyoshi Fujie, Yoko's old boyfriend who still loved her. Due to a fatal misunderstanding, involving Fujie mistaking Yuko for Yoko, Akiyoshi fell into despair and plunged himself onto a knife, making it appear as if he had been murdered by Yoko in order to take revenge on her. Luckily, Conan found out the truth before damage could be inflicted on Yoko's career.

Overcoming her grief, Yoko has carried on her career and has remained a friend and valuable contact to Kogoro and Conan in the TV and idol industry ever since. She has also gone on to appear in several movies, such as "Kiss Note" and "Zombie Blade". 

Kogoro Mouri is completely infatuated with the young popstar and has all of her appearances in movies and music on tape and DVD, and has even once appeared on her cooking show. Yoko in turn considers Mouri, Ran, and Conan to be good friends. She often suggests Kogoro for participation in her TV shows and commercials, and often invites him, Ran and Conan to parties and dinners. However, the latter often tend to evolve into murder cases.

Satellizer&#039;s mother. The mistress of Howard el Bridget. She was moved in to the house of Bridget under Howard&#039;s will due to the reason that she is suffering from an illness.    She was the one who sowed the seed of &#039;never give up&#039; into Satellizer&#039;s mentality. 

Charlotte Phyllis Cazellnu was the oldest daughter of Alex and Hortense Cazellnu.

Another high school girl who attends a different school from Kai Nagisa, she is Iczelion Silver (シルバーイクセリオン Shirubā Ikuserion?). She is not so active like the other Iczelions, but is very calm, gentle and quiet. Kawai is the first to try to persuade Nagisa to fight alongside the other Iczelions and protect the Earth. Kawai is the one who explains why the Iczel were created. While other Iczelion may have their own reasons for fighting, Kawai firmly believes there is nothing more important than defending their home, Earth. Her signature weapons are her Beam Boomerangs. She can also enter Burst Teleport Mode for rapid short-distance evasion.
